Nick who is already in the office continues to think about the state of his wife, he is increasingly suspicious if something goes wrong which Kate continues to take drugs in large quantities. Looks like he has to figure out for himself what really happened.

"Boss, the meeting is about to start in half an hour" Scott said.

Nick nodded his head. "After the meeting, set the schedule for my wife's obstetrician, Scott!"

"Is the Madam's condition getting worse?" ask Scott worried.

"She can't walk and she's weighed 100kg more, I don't think it's normal" Nick said.

"Boss, actually... "

Scott finally told Kate's true circumstances to his boss, he felt Nick had to know. Actually Kate had kidney failure since a week ago but Kate still trying to be okay.

Nick immediately stood up from his place and grabbed the collar of the suit that Scott was wearing.

"Why not tell me from the beginning!" snapped Nick.

"Sorry Boss!"

Nick immediately sat down limp, it felt like Elena's incident would happen again but he would not let it happen.

"Scott, cancel today's meeting! We're going to the hospital now!"

"But Boss... "

"No words but, my wife is much more important!"

According to Nick's request, Scott canceled the meeting and quickly contacted the obstetrician who handled Kate to be prepared because his boss was heading there.

Upon arriving at the hospital, Nick went straight to the doctor and wanted to know in detail about his wife's condition. Of course, the doctor finally did not want to explain everything.

"Did the madam take her medicine?" ask the doctor after finishing explaining to Nick.

Nick who was still in shock heard everything could only nod his head.

Nick closed his eyes with tears. "Stop her pregnancy Doc. I can't lose my wife!"

While at the mansion, Kate was so happy because her Zygote had already kicked her in the stomach. Although he felt pain but it was all replaced by the movement of his son in his stomach.

Kate is still in a wheelchair in the mansion's garden and she calls Mich's nanny to pick up some of Mich's fairy tale books because she wants to read a fairy tale to her Zygote.

"This is Madam" the nanny said, giving Kate a fairy tale book.

"Thanks." -."

Kate started reading the fairy tale book but suddenly her vision blurred and she felt dizzy in her head.

Lusy who wanted to come to Kate because she wanted to give a snack of fruits was made anxious when she saw her daughter-in-law was like holding something back.

"You okay?" ask Lusy then.

Kate immediately complained to look at her mother-in-law while giving her best smile. "It's okay, mother-in-law. I just felt hungry this morning I was vomiting quite a lot so my stomach was empty!"

"You're just food in your head" said Lusy, relieved. Then he gave the fruit in his hand.

"Where is this fruit from, mother-in-law? Switzerland, Japan or Norway?"

"Zigot is the baby sultan" Kate added.

"Sultan from the supermarket!" answer Lusy briefly.

Which makes them laugh together but their laughter stops when they see Nick approaching them with a messy look.

"Nick, why are you home?"

"Have you been hit by a hit-and-run?" ask Kate wonder.
