Endra and Pingka leave together for Erly's mother's house. In addition to avoiding the mother's nagging, inexplicably Endra wants to take Pingka to the airport. There was a sense of unwillingness in him when Pingka spent the holidays in his hometown, not yet departed he began to feel the silence.
...----------------...
Pingka pulled her suitcase out of Endra's car. "Till here, thank you for driving me." He stepped back to Endra.
"Wait."
"Yes, is anyone missing?" Pingka turned her body. With a questionable look.
"Where's your phone?" Endra reached out his hand asking for Pingka's Mobile. There was a sense that he did not understand when the outback girl brought her suitcase in to check in.
Pingka pulled her phone out of the bag. They exchanged mobile numbers, long enough Endra fiddled with Pingka's phone.
"Fear me." Said Endra unknowingly and returned Pingka's phone.
Suddenly his phone rang. His lips lifted when he saw the name of the caller turned out to be a call from Melisa. He just left while answering his girlfriend's phone.
I always miss you... The question is, are you going to miss me too ? But there can't be anyone else you've always missed
Pingka stared fixedly at the back of the man.
...----------------...
Pingka enjoyed the trip home happy, she felt comfortable when she was near the man who two months ago became her husband. There was no good response from Endra. The feeling quickly turned around. But who would have guessed when the heart was already disappointed then it was difficult to repair.
Pingka must also prepare her heart to face Rania in the village if the woman knows her return. Rania holds a grudge against him because Hendri wants to divorce her on the grounds that he would return to the man.
Pingka has arrived in a small town close to his village. A tall, pure and handsome white man waved his hands with a smile.
"Back of Dawn ! I miss Brother." Pingka ran and hugged the body of the brother full of longing.
"So I miss you too, Orange ! Go home or we eat first. It's a good two hours drive away." Dawn while pulling suitcases and other items into the car.
"Feed first, brother. I only had a little breakfast before the flight." Pingka helped put her suitcase in the car.
"Let's find a place to eat." Dawn opens the car door for Pingka.
"Eat in the usual place, brother. I miss the cooking there."
"All right." Answer the Dawn that did not escape watching his sister's face. She just wants to know, does Pingka live happily after her marriage or not ?
The first month of Endra and Pingka's marriage was always quarreling. The second month of Endra turned out to be friendly and considerate. It is only natural that Pingka considers the man to have begun to accept their marriage.
After eating at one of the restaurants in the city, Fajar and Pingka continued to return to the village which was taken for two hours drive.
"Sleep, the journey is still far away."
"No, Brother. I want to see what changes are there ?" Pingka sees the scenery along the way.
"The proposal that you sent that tempo, has now been granted. Electricity has entered our village, now the process of erecting electricity poles. Maybe, the next two months will light up."
"really?" Pingka was so happy that his last attempt before he ventured into the city was granted by the local government.
"Yes, all in the process including the Tower has also been built close to the Village. So later our village does not only expect Tower from the company. But near our village there is also and the internet network will go in there." Clear Dawn.
"Thank God our village will eventually progress slowly."
Indeed, Pingka and the Village party submitted a lighting proposal. The village was asked to prepare a proposal to submit so that electricity could enter.
...****************...
Dawn and Pingka arrive at the village. The woman traced the Village where she was born and raised, the Village full of sweet and bitter memories. The village has always been his pride. It consumes a lot of oxygen. Feel the natural sensation of a village that has not been so contaminated by a distant factory.
"Let's go in." Dawn pulled out Pingka's luggage from the car.
"Finally, I went home too. I miss the atmosphere here."
"Sir Pingka." Greet the boy who carries a black crispy bag in his hand.
"Rio ! Well you're already big. Where are the plastic going ? How are your mom and dad?"
"All good, Brother. I'm here to ask for rambutan fruit." Rio pointed at the rambutan tree in front of Aunt Halimah's house.
"Let's get it." Pingka grabbed the tiny hand into her grasp. He glanced at the not-so-high rambutan tree. However, the fruit is very thick.
"Mother ... We're coming." Dawn slightly shouted while pulling her sister's suitcase. This man smiled looking at their always deserted home.
Aunt Halimah was moved from the kitchen to open the outside door.
"Fajars. Pingka !" Her irises glazed over - the glass welcoming her son into her arms.
"How's Mom doing?" Dawn hugged Aunt Halimah's shoulders while chuckling.
"Good Mom news, son. So, you go straight to the City to pick up Pingka."
"Yes, Mom. I'm taking a leave of absence too." Dawn is looking for her sister's whereabouts.
Aunt Halimah very longed deeply for her son and nephew, Fajar deliberately picked up Pingka directly from the company where she worked without stopping first to the village.
"Let's go in. Pingka Come on, son." Aunt Halimah realized they were the center of attention.
"In the meantime Bi, I'll get you some fruit for Rio first."
"Orang, let's go down. Later you fall so that Brother will take it." Shouts of Dawn from under the tree.
"A little more, Brother." Pingka dropped a few twigs.
"Rio, tonight tell Brother Ferdy here to bring his guitar." Pingka rubbed Rio's hair.
"Yes Brother." Rio left Aunt Halimah's house.
Pingka hugged Aunt Halimah lovingly and longing. His tears flowed without his permission, long enough in that position to attract the attention of neighbors and people passing by to pay attention to the haru scene.
Dawn, Pingka and Aunt Halimah talked a lot in the middle room. Not to forget they also asked about the marriage of Pingka and Endra.
"Clean your bodies we eat after that." Tell Aunt Halimah.
Pingka and Endra entered their rooms. In that room, Pingka let go of all tired and tired while in the City. He closed his eyes and inhaled as much oxygen and exhaled slowly.
Pingka's eyes opened slowly without feeling her tears flowing from the corner of her eyes, the longing for her parents was so very felt. Not wanting to be dissolved in his grief, Pingka immediately stood up and cleaned herself up. Finish cleaning themselves dinner together at a simple dinner table.
"Let's eat baby, Auntie deliberately cook our village vegetables."
Pingka stared one by one the food served. Really, food that tastes. There are vegetable tamarind fish Baung, pepes fish Nila and lalapan. Pingka ate almost all of her aunt's cooking.
"Slowly eat, Oranges ! Like never eating." Dawn smiled looking at her sister greedily.
The three of them ate quietly, Aunt Halimah's house used solar lights for lighting before sleeping at night and sucked water from the well to fill the bathtub and other necessities.
The three of them returned to tell stories in front of the television, only a few houses had televisions because electricity had not entered the village. After 12pm, the lights will be turned off and replaced with wall lights.
"How long are you on leave, son?" Aunt Halimah asked while tidying up the goods and souvenirs that Pingka had brought.
"Two weeks, Bi. Take me to the funeral tomorrow, brother."
"Yes Orange, what's your return. Endra knows ?" Ask Fajar while checking his phone if there is a call coming in.
"Yes, he drove me to the airport this morning." Answer Pingka smiled.
"Thank God that he could accept your marriage." Aunt Halimah.
"Hopefully, Bi."
The conversation just dissolves, not only about the household Pingka and Endra only. But also about work and friends in the City. While talking outside the door was knocked by several people.
"Aunt Halimah."
"Wait a minute." Aunt stood up and opened the door. "Ferdy, let's go inside."
Pingka smiled happily at the arrival of her friends. They hugged each other and missed.
"How are you doing ?" Ferdy asked as he landed his body on the side of Pingka.
"I'm good, Fer. It turns out Rio delivered my message. Let's sit on the outside porch." Pingka invites her friends to relax on the terrace. Enjoy the night breeze and the moon at the height of the sky.
On this terrace, Pingka and his friends sat playing guitar. It was still like the old village atmosphere that was quiet and cold. There were only passers-by who wanted to go to the stall down the street. Although quiet but the safety is maintained.
Pingka sings a song with her own guitar, she is one of the most talented students in her High School days. The friends who just came earlier were his High School friends, just a different Dawn. He was a year earlier from Pingka more precisely one generation with Endra.
Even though they were a university in college, Endra and Dawn did not know each other. After graduating High School. Pingka also continued to study at one of the universities in the city far from the village. He was used to living independently and working. While attending college, Pingka worked at a large cake shop in the city. The same thing Fajar did in college, he worked in a large workshop.
They were happy to see Pingka back. He lived in the city for a long time, but he did not change. Pingka still sings with the passion of anyone who hears would want to join in singing until the song is over.
Pingka's phone vibrated on her shirt with Endra's name on it. He forgot to tell the man. Wait ! Receive ? For what ? Endra didn't expect any news from him.
"Hello Mr. Endra" Pingka slightly moved away from his friend.
"Can you not call me by name, sir ? My sick I hear it."
"Sorry so what should I call?" Tanya Pingka. His face felt hot several times he flicked his hands to reduce the red taste on his face. Not only blushing, her heart was too beautiful to hear the voice of her husband.
"Call my name, have you arrived ?"
"Yes, I arrived this afternoon." An indescribable sense of happiness from Pingka's heart because Endra asked her the news.
"What sounds are so many ? Are there a lot of people ?"
"That's my friends, we're gathered in front of the house." Reply Pingka looked at her friends.
"I'll eat first."
"Yes, take care of your health." Reply gently to Pingka and the phone closes.
...----------------...
Pingka let go of all the longings that were very deep in the graves of her parents. He sat rubbing the stone carved by the names of his father and mother and plucked the grass children.
Sprinkling fresh flowers makes Pingka back to the events of how many years ago. When she cried. Losing both his parents, losing the one who whipped him to live a tough and independent life. The loss that shaped him to mature and take responsibility, the loss that slapped him in order to always survive.
Debris of sweet memories together when both of her parents were still alive created an arch of a sweet smile on her lips.
"Mothers... Dad, how are you ? I came home but not for long because there was a pile of work waiting there. Mothers... Dad, I want to tell you a story. Your daughter is growing up and I'm married, Erly's mother kept her promise to me. But he accepted me by force." Pingka was silent for a moment wiping away the tears on her cheeks. Adjusted his slightly tight breathing. The woman sighed and said. "Dad, is it too bad? I became his wife. I don't know when I started to love him. I know this is wrong, he's not just my husband. But she was also the lover of another woman who had it first. Fathering... Mom, she's been nice to me lately. My little hope is in him. Dad... can you ? I dream with my eyes open. Because I'm afraid to dream when my eyes are closed. I was afraid that when my eyes opened then the dream I had just experienced would just disappear. I love my husband. Fathering... Mommy." Pingka wiped the tears on her cheek.

Epilogues
Endra looked at her phone and smiled as she recalled Pingka asking her to take care of her health.
"It could have never said that, what was I thinking ? Why am I comparing my lover to that hick woman ? It's clear Melisa's the best." He muttered and went down the stairs to the dining table.
