Two Months Later....

Endra's schedule is in line with his plans, he started working from home two weeks ago. Even though Pingka had banned him from leave, Endra remained in his decision. That afternoon Endra and Pingka sat in their yard with Syila, the toddler was getting smart and quick to understand. The Endra family is gathering at his house .

"Well." Ringis Pingka holds the circle of her lower abdomen.

"Why baby?" Endra put Syila on the chair.

"Sa—sick." Pingka. He took a breath and exhaled slowly through his mouth.

"W-what's sick?" Endra suddenly panicked and trembled.

"Contractions."

"We're going to the hospital !" Endra said anxiously leading his wife to stand up and enter the house while holding Syila. "Mother, Melan ! Come here, my wife is giving birth. Let's go to the hospital !" Shouts again.

"Let's get ready !" Melan gave Syila to her nanny.

Endra went into the room to pick up a bag of supplies, and then put it in the car. There was Melan there who accompanied Pingka.

"Dear we went to the hospital." Endra peeped briefly at his wife's forehead.

He was driving quietly even though he was worried and scared. Endra also unceasingly prayed for the safety of his wife and twins.

From the hospital gate it appears that Doctor Reno and Arin are waiting with a gurney and several nurses, as Erly's mother informs them of Pingka's departure to the hospital. Endra asked his wife to climb into the gurney.

"Don't worry I'm okay." Pingka calmed her restless husband.

"It must hurt a lot." Reply Endra with his eyes red and teary.

"I enjoy it, because this pain is waiting for every woman."

Endra nodded while gently rubbing Pingka's hips. Seconds, minutes passed by the two of them strengthen and encourage each other until finally the time for childbirth arrived.

"Complete Opening dear, start straining according to my instructions. So that you don't get tired quickly you give birth to two babies." Arin said after the rupture.

Pingka's struggle began until finally the first baby was born into the world a few minutes later the second baby was also born safely and completely.

"Congratulations Pingka, Endra. Your babies are boys and girls." Arin said, pleased.

Pingka nodded and smiled, she was unable to speak so happily mixed with fatigue. Only his heart gives thanks and thanks to the giver of life.

Endra shed tears when he heard the holy baby's cry, he approached the nurse who cleaned the baby's body. Endra smiled, her hands trembling touching the smooth cheeks of her two babies. He still dreams of being a father.

"Darling is everything okay?" Tanya Endra approached to the side of Pingka back.

Pingka nodded. "I'm fine, what about our baby?"

"All is well, thank you for everything. I can't mention them one by one, nor can I put them in writing. Because it wouldn't be enough to describe my happiness, baby, I'm so happy." Endra buried his affectionate kiss on Pingka's forehead.

The nurse took both of Endra's babies out, as they would be taken to the baby's room for further examination. Outside the family room Endra was moved to see a tiny figure in a cradle by a nurse.

"One family member of Ms. Pingka please come with us." Nurse Saying

"Let me take over the care of her twin baby Mother Pingka after today."

"Well, now that Dr. Melan is coming with us, we'll be talking about the same pediatrician on duty today."

Melan agrees and follows the nurse with her baby Endra and Pingka. Erly's mother is still faithfully waiting in the waiting chair in front of the delivery room waiting for Pingka to come out.

"Auntie, has Pingka given birth?" Ask Doctor Reno. He just came from his room.

"Already, Ren. The baby boy and girl are in the baby room with Melan." Answer Erly's mother.

"Well, now Auntie is waiting for Pingka in her hospital room, so she can rest soon they will come out."

"They're all done, your baby's a boy weighs 1.9 kg and the girl's weighs 2.00 kg. They'll get special treatment until their weight is normal." Obviously Arin.

"So they have to be treated here?"

"As long as you are still in care they will also undergo treatment, because for babies with a below normal weight they must get good care. From room temperature, cleanliness of the place and so on until everything is normal. Melan knows that, too." Obviously Arin again.

"Then, after Pingka recovers, my baby will be treated at home." Endra.

"No problem. You discussed Melan first, if I agree with you myself." Arin.

Endra nodded then turned his eyes to his wife. "Don't be sad hopefully in one week their weight is normal." Endra.

"Well, we move in the hospital room."

Endra gave the nurse room to push his wife's gurney, while she went to the baby room to see her baby.

"How's it?" Ask Endra after reaching the baby room.

"All good. They are also healthy, but need to be treated first. Because he weighs less. Don't worry, I'll take care of him myself." Answer Melan.

Endra smiled looking at the faces of the two babies. "Can Pingka see the baby ? He just looked at me for a minute." Talk while kissing his son's cheek and then take turns with his daughter.

"May Kak, but only the female. Let's take it there carefully." Melan said as Endra put her into the cot.

Pingka smiled to welcome the arrival of her baby, not to forget Arin also taught how to give breast milk to her twins.

"Well, my baby's pretty." Doctor Reno exclaimed suddenly from behind.

"You see he's very similar to me." Endra said proudly.

"No, he doesn't look like you at all. But he looks more like me" replied Doctor Reno.

"That's just your feeling." Endra's reply was upset.

Doctor Reno held the baby girl. "Let's have my wife, we're home."

"Hey, that's my baby. Return it to the bed !" Endra's Word.

Doctor Reno laughed and put the baby back. They switched to sitting on the sofa letting Pingka rest. Erly and Melan's mother return to Endra's house because Syila lives there.

Arin returns to duty earlier he asks the nurse to look after the baby boy Endra in Pingka's room. So did Reno's doctor back at work.

Endra carries a tray of food sitting on the edge of the mattress. "Darling you eat first."

Pingka took over her rice plate.

"Let me eat myself."

Endra. "I'm just you're still tired."

"My pain and fatigue have paid off." Reply Pingka smiled

"They're so funny." Endra stood beside her baby bed. There was only a baby girl because her baby boy was taken to the baby room.

"Now you rest tomorrow at noon if you allow us to go home so you can be treated at home." Endra.

"Well you also rest at night, if the baby cries wake me up. It's a lot now." Reply Pingka.

Endra nodded, not a bit sleepy, he was still at home looking at his son's tiny face.
