Noah returned to his room and was about to clean up immediately. After completing his personal affairs, he again checked the system. Claims a random box and exchanges Points to raise its status. Even though his level had reached level 10, Noah still thought that he was still very weak. He should at least go to the dungeon to become stronger and gain EXP for his level to increase. However, during the recovery period, a Hunter was forbidden to enter the dungeon.
“Well, take the plus side. Lounging here is also good, after all I do not need to pay.” Noah chews on the potato chips, he shuffles the hologram screen checking for anything that catches his eye.
Noah also gained 2 skills as a reward after completing a mission, although until now he had not obtained a magic skill. However, the skills he possessed were very useful for self-defense. How to acquire skills is a little difficult because skills can only be obtained from the Player's direct experience of certain battles or events.
[Skill: Run]
When this skill is active, its running speed will increase by 35% and it will consume as much as 1 minute. “It is very useful for escape.”
[Skill: The Knife of the Milky Way]
“This is a skill I got after getting a black knife from a random box. A skill that allows me to use blade martial arts. Skill suitable for close combat, and consume mana as much as 2 minutes.”
Noah put the potato chips back in his mouth, “Even though it was great to fight, but my defense was still low. Even though I added a lot of points to Vitality, I would definitely have a hard time fighting monsters with intelligence. In conclusion, I need a skill that allows me to have a solid defense,” he continued with a full mouth.
He then pressed the trolley icon and the market menu was opened. There are many options ranging from items, potions and others. Everything is available there, but the name is there, of course, there is a price. Noah could only look around at what was on the market menu without being able to have.
“Ah, this feels like it is opening a shopping app but can't buy it,” her mumble while imagining the incident.
“What are you doing, Brother?”
A girl's face appeared in front of him. A girl in a school uniform was bowing in front of Noah, equalizing the height of the two.
Noah pushed his sister's face away from him in a fit of annoyance, so he was too serious to hear the door open.
“You didn't go home?” noah asked as her sister placed her bag on the hospital sofa, then sat on a small chair beside the hospital ward. Grabbing a packet of potato chips that had been exhausted by half of Noah's hand.
“Boring,” lamented while enjoying those potato chips.
“I have to get strong as fast as possible in order to cure Mom,” her mumble that made her younger sister glance at her.
“By the way, Brother.”
Noah turned, “What?”
“I don't know exactly, but it looks like big brother became a little handsome.” Lea looked at Noah's face carefully, while Noah was only dumbfounded.
Noah wakes up, touches his face for a moment and remembers the last time he looked in the mirror. “Is it because of the system? I feel my face feels fresher,” Noah muttered in a small voice.
A week passed quickly, Noah's appearance without him noticing had changed a lot. It gets taller and some of the stout muscles begin to fill in some specific parts. He was completely different from his old self, some of the nurses in the hospital were also fascinated by his good looks and proportionate body shape. Because of this, Lea sometimes accidentally hears strange rumors about her older brother from the women in the hospital. All the changes he certainly got from the results of carrying out daily missions.
…
A man in a shabby jacket stood in the crowd. After asking the hospital for permission, Noah immediately went to a place that the system said was. A special place where he could create an instant dungeon to become powerful.
In a dark alley away from the crowd, Noah pulled out a purple-colored key.
[By using this key, the Player will open the Dungeon Poison. Rank D]
After reading the instructions from the system, Noah put the key into the air and sure enough, a door appeared there with strange carvings surrounding it. For a moment Noah hesitated a little because the door was very different from the entrance of the dungeon he knew. If usually the Dungeon door was like a circle of portals surrounded by blue light with an electric voltage, then the door for the Poison Dungeon was like a house door only.
Noah swallowed his hard-earned saliva. There was doubt in his heart now. His brain began to think about strange things, about whether he could defeat the monster alone and other negative things.
Plaque!
Noah smacked both cheeks hard, “Till Noah, isn't your goal to this place is to be strong? I must not be afraid and if something bad or dangerous other, then I will immediately run out.”
After steadying his determination and courage, Noah grabbed the doorknob and turned it around. After the door opened, it was dark as far as the eye could see, but Noah boldly stepped in. And when both of his legs had crossed the door line, a warning from the system appeared.
[Player enters Poison Dungeon]
[Player can only return after successfully conquering the Poison Dungeon!]
A second after the warning message from the system appeared, a rumble rang out and as Noah looked back, the wooden door with the unique carving had vanished.
“Sial?!” Noah cursed in annoyance while fumbling through the empty void space. Not even the wall was there. He did plan to conquer this Dungeon, but he never thought if he had to do it in one try. Noah plans to conquer the early part first to check what level monsters are there and if that level of monsters is stronger than him, he will run away. After 1 minute had passed, Noah's surroundings suddenly changed. The empty dark place turned into a beautiful forest with a purple dominant color.
[Please be careful, as 98% of something in the Poison Dungeon has poison content]
Noah's amazement at how beautiful the scenery he saw instantly vanished as soon as the warning message from the System, “Gosh! Looks like I'm really killing myself.”
