125. Cake

"Yes, Aunt. Weva wants to" Weva answered quickly before Ken returned.

Laila smiled and immediately pulled Weva into the kitchen room making Ken hiss upset.

The still-drawn Weva turned his head and smiled infuriatingly at Ken making Ken even more annoyed.

"Ma! That's the danger of driving Weva into the kitchen!"

"He likes to eat cake!"

Ken supported his waist with a heavy breath from his mouth.

...****************...

Weva seemed so excited to stir the cake batter that was explained by Laila with a soft tone. While Weva just nods her head a sign of understanding. For Weva it was her first time making a cake, usually only a home assistant did.

"Tante is great, well, can make a cake."

Laila smiled after hearing this.

"Loh, Aunt is not a big jago, really. Surely your Mama is better because your body is bigger than Keken's body."

Weva laughed and looked down at the cake batter he was still stirring.

"But unfortunately Mommy Weva never makes cakes at home."

"Loh, why?"

"Mommy Weva is rarely home. Mommy Weva is busy working so never make a cake for Weva," he explained with a sad face.

Laila stopped the movement of her hand that opened the brown powder and smilingly looked at the bowed Weva. This must have made Weva sad.

"Who said that Mommy you never made a cake. This is Mommy you're making a cake again" said Laila made Weva look at Laila with a confused look.

"I mean Auntie?"

"Mama Ken, your mama too so you now have two mamas. Mama Laila and?"

"Mommy Sasmita," Weva replied slowly making Laila rub against Weva's stye cheeks that looked flushed with embarrassment.

The two now smile at each other and continue making brownies that had been delayed.

Not long after in silence the two made a cake to make Laila smile staring at the appearance of Mr. Ahmad, her husband.

"During the morning, Mr. Keken," said Laila.

Ahmad, who originally wanted to return a warm welcome from his wife, was immediately speechless and astonished to look at Weva, who was staring at him with a stiff and scared face. Fortunately Weva did not have a c in school, so he was not afraid of the value problem, but he was honestly embarrassed to have cried in front of Ahmad.

"Well, how?" Designate it.

"Em, the goal of the morning sir," said Weva nervously.

"Kok, are you there again?"

Weva was only able to be silent with his eyeballs that glanced at Laila to be saved from the question Mr. Ahmad.

"It's Weva, he wants to help Mama make the cake, won't Wev?"

"I-yes, Auntie," Weva answered quickly.

Ahmad silently stared at Weva sharply making Weva swallow. This time Weva was sure if Mr. Ahmad the favoritism teacher would scold and throw him out of this house.

"You-you"

"Weva, I'm sorry, sir. Then Weva came home first," said Weva cut off the speech of Ahmad who now looked at Weva in wonder.

"Where are you going?"

"Guva-"

"You make cookies, dad? Make me taste pineapple, dad!"

Weva, who was just looking at Ahmad with his feet, now turned into a face decorated with a joyful smile. The teacher is not angry.

"Yes, sir," Weva answered quickly.

Mr. Ahmad stepped out of the kitchen room leaving Laila and Weva who were still busy making brownies.

"Em, Aunt Laila," call Weva.

"Yes." Yeah."

"What cake are we going to make?"

"Today we're going to make Keken's favorite brownie."

"Do you like brownies?"

Weva nodded with a smile from her lips that was created without her expecting it. Somehow if talking about the monkey climbing tower tank school water makes him always smile.

Soon Ken stepped into the kitchen to make Laila and Weva look over.

"Keken, dear child Mama and Father already very, well?" welcome Laila cheerful.

Keken nodded as he rubbed his closed eyes and occasionally yawned wide and scratched his disheveled head.

Laila ran over and approached Ken who was still doing the same thing.

"Keken, take a shower first, Dad! After that eat porridge," said Laila while rubbing Ken's hair.

"What's? Porridge again?"

Laila nodded.

"Cock porridge, anyway, Ma? Ken has often said that Ken is big when he wants to eat porridge continues? How long will Ken eat porridge?"

"Well, it's okay, isn't it, Weva?"

The Weva who had just put on a flat face and digested their conversation now made him stiff.

"Em, yes Auntie," Weva replied hesitantly.

Ken rolled his eyes at Weva, who he thought was coming home.

"Lo?" Designate it.

"Well, how come you're not home yet?" continued.

"We...Weva"

"And Mama told me that Weva would help Mama make the cake," explained Laila cut off Weva's speech.

Ken nodded. Now after waking up from sleep his memory sometimes forgets. Ken turned to look at the clock on the kitchen wall that showed at half-seven. It took me a few minutes to reach seven.

"Well, Ken took a shower first."

"Yes, Keken. Take a clean shower, son! Put on some good-looking shampoo!"

Ken nodded like a child while Laila was seen rubbing Ken's hair to tidy it up.

"Heh, fat!!!"

Weva turned to look at Ken who was looking at him sharply.

"Hour seven we're leaving" said Ken and walked away.

Now the atmosphere of the kitchen suddenly quiet after the departure of Ken from the kitchen. There was only the sound of a bowl rubbing against the surface of the table as Weva tried to stir the cake batter.

           .

"Emm, Aunt Laila!" get Weva.

"Well, Auntie, anyway? Mama told me to call Mama, Mom! Don't think of Weva as a Aunt's own son."

Weva smile. It was unexpected that Ken had such a good woman like Aunt Laila.

"Yes, Mama Laila."

"Well, that's it, dong."

"We-weva can ask you something?"

"By, dong. Weva, what do you want to ask?"

"Em, Mama Laila, how dear is Ken?"

Laila smiled after hearing that made her move her eyes as if thinking about this.

"Mama babe bangeeeet same Ken. Keken was Mama's only son and father, so we love Keken very much."

"So, Mama Lalila and Ahmad only have one child? Just Ken?"

"Yes, God is just one."

Weva nodded in understanding.

"It is like a light to us that leads us down the path of love."

"The presence of Keken is not easy, it is very difficult. It feels full of struggle to get even if for example we do not try and be patient maybe there is no such thing as Keken in this world."

"Can't that be it?"
