Dreet...!
Dreet...!
"Mother.." Call Ardi, while touching Sri's arm.
Sri was jolted from her daydream. Although he was accompanying Ardi who was studying, but Sri's mind went nowhere. Until the sound of his own cell phone ringing he did not hear it.
"Yes baby?" Sri looked at Ardi and tried to smile.
"Mother's phone reads" Ardi said.
He looked at his phone that was still ringing. Then he grabbed the phone and stared at the screen.
Mas Deity
Sri frowned. Unusually while at Grazia's house, God never calls himself. But not tonight, suddenly he received a call from God.
"From dad, bun?" Ask Ardi.
Sri looked at Ardi and nodded her head.
"In a moment, you pick up the phone from Dad. How do you know, something's important." Sri tried to give understanding to Ardi.
"Yes bun." That boy's voice.
Sri got up from her seat and stepped out of Ardi's room, receiving the phone call.
"Assalamu'alaikum mas" Sapa Sri.
"Guilipinam,"
"What's up? Did something happen?" Ask Sri with worry.
"No. I just wanted to call you. And.. If you're pleased, I'd like to ask you out."
The deg!
Suddenly Sri's heart was pounding hearing the word 'dating' that God had just said over the phone.
"Hmmm.. mean?" Ask Sri.
"I'm outside. If you'd like, I'd like to take you to Ketoprak."
"Eating Ketoprak?" Sri looks confused by the speech of the gods.
"Yes. You remember, no, the first time we met?"
Sri also smiled to herself, as she recalled her first meeting with Dewa, when she had just arrived in Jakarta City. He just got off at Senen station. Then he decided to eat Ketoprak to wait for the time of dawn. It was there that he accidentally met the God, who turned out to be the older brother of his hostess friend. Yes, Cempaka.
"I-iya mas" Sahut Sri.
"Let's eat Ketoprak. If you can, we'll both. I'd love to eat in the same place with the same woman. Who was a stranger to me, and now has given me a handsome boy. That's if you don't mind" God said.
Sri speechless. His heart continued to pound irregularly.
"Ng.. mas, aren't you there? Why are you here?" Sri asked, who started to step into the front room of her house and then she peeked out from behind the window. Sure enough, right in front of the gate of Sri's house, seen God's car parked there.
"It's okay. I just want to spend time with you. Sri, I miss."
Sri speechless. The gods are silent. The phone call was silent for a moment.
"Do you want to be with me?" God asked, after a while the two of them fell silent to each other.
"Why..how are you.."
"The ardi? Is he not asleep?" Ask the gods again.
"Not yet." Reply Sri.
"But there's the mbok, right?"
"I-iya anyway."
"Yes it's okay. Our children are grown, not babies anymore. Come on Sri, just for a second." The voice of the gods was so pleading with Sri.
Sri still looks worried. Even he looks a little panicked, like a teenager who was asked to date by a man he likes.
"Sri's.." Call Gods.
"I-iya. I tried to tell the mbok first," Sri said.
And then the phone call ended. Sri also looks more panicked, until she walks quickly to the room mbok. Her devoted household assistant works at her home, from Ardi still in the womb, to this day.
"Mr.." Call Sri, while knocking on the door of the mbok room.
"Yes mom.." The voice of the mbok came from inside the room. Shortly thereafter, the door to the room opened.
"Mbok, are you asleep?" Ask Sri.
"Not yet ma'am. I'm folding clothes." Answer the mbok.
"Can I ask for help?"
"What is mom?" Ask The mbok.
"I want to go outside. I picked up Ardi. Don't forget, the door is in the lock. Say also the same akang, the fence do not forget in the key." Sri Terang.
"Yes ma'am." Answer the mbok.
Sri is smiling too. Then she thanked him, and he stepped back into Ardi's room.
"Dear,"
"Yes bun?" Sahut Ardi, who just finished studying.
"Hmmm, mama's got business. You're home first yeah, same mbok and the akang."
Ardi looked at Sri with a probing tattoo.
"Where are you going?" Ask Ardi.
"Mother's got the same thing Aunt Butet. Just for a second." He lied for the good. Sri can not say he went along with the Gods, because Ardi only knows when the current Gods are outside the City. Then it is impossible to tell the truth to the boy who is still at the critical age.
"Oh, yes, I have. Mother be careful yes," said Ardi, smiling and hugging Sri tightly.
"Yes dear. Mother stay first."
"Yes mother."
Sri also peaked the top of her son's head. Then he went from Ardi's room and went to his room.
Inside her room, Sri looks increasingly panicked. Like a woman who suddenly came to the lover of the heart, of course Sri panicked, because she had not dressed up and changed clothes that were worthy to go out of the house.
Sri opens her wardrobe and looks for a dress she deserves to wear at night. Moreover, the Gods did not invite him to eat at a fancy restaurant, but rather to eat on the side of the road, right in front of Senen station.
"What am I wearing?" Batin Sri, who continues to see one by one her collection of dresses.
Until finally, both eyes saw a dress with a simple model colored cappucino. Without thinking long, Sri also grabbed the dress and pushed the dress to her body.
That dress is not a new dress. Not too long either. Only, Sri had forgotten the dress, until finally she returned to glance at the dress tonight.
"Ok, I'll just wear this." Gumam Sri's.
She began to change her clothes with the dress. After wearing the dress, Sri went to her dresser. Then he looked at his face at the reflection of the mirror in front of him. Sri also let out a long breath, to expel her nervousness. After she calmed down, she began to polish her beautiful face with makeup.
While outside, the Gods were seen waiting anxiously. The god, who was still in his car, kept glancing towards the door of the house and hoped Sri would come out soon. But there seems to be no sign of Sri coming out. The god looked back at the screen of his phone. He was eager to contact Sri, but he continued to try to be patient.
About fifteen minutes passed, finally the God saw Sri out of the house. The god continued to look at the beautiful looking sri with her cappucino-colored dress. The god seemed excited and smiled to himself.
Sri moved towards the gate. A moment later, Sri opened the gate and went out. Not to forget he closed the gate again and locked it. While Dewa continues to monitor Sri from the rearview mirror of his car.
After finishing locking the gate, Sri stepped closer to the God's car. He opened the left car door and got into the car.
"Hi," Sapa Dewa with a smile.
Sri looked at the god and returned the smile of her husband.
"Thank you, I want to take you out" God said with a shy face.
"Together." Sri Sahut.
"It would actually be more beautiful to ride a motorcycle, like the beginning we met. The motorcycle has not been around for a long time. So just use the car." God Seloroh.
Sri smiled back and nodded.
"It's okay" Sri said.
"Yes, we're on the road now."
The god began to drive his car with a flowery heart.
