A few hours ago Grece returned to New York, the last moments of his departure he hoped if Andrew would appear before him. But it turns out that fate says otherwise, Andrew could not meet him because he was busy with his work. Grece felt very disappointed that Andrew did not come when he returned to New York.
Some time when Grece left Andrew came, but it was too late because Grece had already left for the airport.
“You are late,” said Kim who turned inside the Hospital to his hospital room.
“I'm sorry because I'm so busy,” Andrew said following Kim.
“You should have said that to Grece instead of to me.” Kim kept walking leaving Andrew who stopped his steps.
Kim continued walking but suddenly he felt heat in the abdominal area that spread to the chest cavity and his body was sweating. His breathing began to feel very tight and his chest felt very painful, with Kim slowly pressing his chest to endure the pain. A few seconds later his body went limp and collapsed onto the floor.
Andrew, who was right behind him, walked up to him while supporting Kim's head with both hands. “Kim are you okay? Can you hear my voice?” andrew exclaimed at Kim who was about to lose consciousness.
Within seconds Kim was unconscious and at the same time Andrew immediately took Kim for treatment. After handling Kim began to breathe normally using an oxygen hose in his nose.
Andrew did a re-examination of Kim and the results surprised him greatly. Some time Andrew drowned in his daydream because he did not think if the heart condition of his best friend or rather the woman he loved deteriorated and had to do a heart transplant as soon as possible otherwise Kim could not survive as the doctor who treated Kim, Andrew did not give up because he would try his best to save Kim from death.

Kim woke up from her sleep and she felt her chest ache as she was about to sit up from her sleep.
“You just lie down,” said Andrew who sat beside where Kim lay.

“I'm fine, you don't have to worry like that.” Kim forced herself to sit up from her sleep and was helped by Andrew.
“I don't think you look all right,” said Andrew, looking at Kim's very pale face with no blood fibers on his face.
“Why do you say that?” the weak Kim.
“Because of the results of the re-examination, your heart condition is very bad and from now on you will often get a heart attack even if you do not do strenuous activity.” Andrew lowered his head and did not dare to look into Kim's eyes as he spoke.
Hearing what Andrew said, it flashed through Kim's mind what if in his last moments he could not see Ken again. Kim's tears just flowed down his cheeks, what Andrew said broke his heart.
“How much time do I have left?” kim exclaimed with tears flowing slowly down her cheeks.
“The time you have is only two months left before doing a heart transplant.” Andrew answered honestly.
Kim remained silent after getting an answer to his question. Only tears showed what he was feeling right now.
“Before finding a donor for you, what do you want to do?” ask Andrew to Kim.
“Nothing I want to do,” replied the weak Kim.
“Nothing,” the same answer came out of Kim's mouth.
Andrew took a deep breath and said back to Kim. “Is there anyone you want to meet? or someone who can get you excited again?”
Instantly, the question that Andrew asked managed to make Kim look up and look at him.
“Truly there is no one you want to meet?” ask Andrew this time.
“There was one person I really wanted to meet,” Saut Kim who managed to make Andrew curious.
“Who is he? Try to tell me.” exclaimed Andrew who was excited because he thought, it could be that person can help Kim to survive.
“For seven months I left New York, I could never forget it. On the contrary I miss it more and more, every time I think about it this heart always beats very fast.Sometimes I lie to myself that it is not real but I will never be able to lie to my heart, because my heart tells me that he is the one I need so much right now. For these seven months I tried desperately not to go back to him.” Kim smiled to himself as he told Andrew his heart.

Actually Andrew did not know what to say anymore, the question he asked did not really want him to ask because it was certain that the person was perfect so that it could make Kim fall in love with him. the person who gets Kim's love is the luckiest person according to Andrew.
If only ten years ago Andrew had said what he felt for Kim, it might be possible that Kim's heart was now entirely in his possession. But the reality is different because fate says there are others who have snatched Kim from him.
