“Do you really want to leave me alone?” Ken asked the woman again. “Didn't you think about how I felt when you left me. What should I do if you really leave me alone. Can't you think of how I could live if you weren't beside me, I would be devastated if you weren't.” Ken voiced his heart. Ken held back his tears by biting his lips.

Kim's black eyes widened, she was shocked to hear what the man she loved was feeling. He forgot what Ken was feeling. “If you want to go, I will come with you too. Wherever it is I will stay with you.” Ken makes Kim cry. “better I go with you than I live with the suffering of not being able to forget you.” Ken kept saying what he felt. This time he will say all that he has in his heart so that he is no longer sad.

“I'm sorry, for not thinking about you.” Kim hugged the man tightly and his eyes were wet with sadness. “I must how so that you do not grieve. I don't want to see you destroyed because of me. What should I do?” Kim cried in silence. Likewise with Ken, the two could not hold back their tears because there was nothing they could do about the fate that was about to separate them from the person they loved.

“Yes, I really want to do it. Please stop crying.” Kim wiped away the tears on Ken's face.

No words can convey Ken's happiness when he hears the woman he loves agree with what he wants. Only a close warm hug could describe Ken's current feelings, and happy tears streamed down Ken's face.

“Why are you crying more?” Kim Exclamations. “Not that I asked you to stop crying.” Kim rubbed Ken's tears that kept wetting his cheeks.

“I can't stop, these tears come out by themselves.” Ken smiled with tears streaming down his cheeks.

After Ken exited, the door to the operating room was tightly shut. A red light indicates that the operation has begun.

“On the count of ten you will fall asleep after we inject anesthetic fluid on you,” heard the sound of the doctor counting down.

Kim could listen to the countdown that the doctor did after the drugs that were injected began to make Kim can not feel anything. The smaller the number, the more unconscious kim was.

During the operation Ken continued to pray in his heart. Not a second did Ken not pray for the safety of the woman who was struggling inside. He asks for the safety of the woman he loves.

Behind the door is Kim, who is fighting against the death that awaits him. With his eyes closed Kim could still hear the noise of his anesthesia monitor that was about to disappear in his ears. Fearful of death, Kim shed her tears as she kept remembering the face of the man she loved so much.

What if he never woke up again after this? What happens to him if I can't be with him after this? Can he face everything after I leave him? How did he live his life without me?.

This is the question Kim kept thinking. He did not know what would happen to the man if he did not wake up after this. Only tears could speak, tears of pain Kim felt while on the operating table.
