Rannie

Rannie
New Mentari

The chirping of birds in the morning is a blessing to all beings around this world. A bright morning became a precious moment to watch the new sun inaugurate the throne.

Aqyla continued to set her sights on that sun while hoping that her throne would be immortal the entire time. The sunlight that struck her radiated her beauty to every corner of the room. For the first time in his life he was able to stand by the window in the morning while enjoying the pungent aroma of coffee.

"What happened to me last night?" Afgar suddenly asked him.

"You passed out last night because you listened to me play music" he replied, sipping on the scent of a cup of coffee he was holding.

Afgar tried to recall what happened to him last night. A glimpse of Ranni appears in his memory, but he feels fine. He then got up and approached Aqya with a smile.

Seeing Afgar's reaction, Aqyla also smiled as she continued to cast her gaze out the window.

"Af... You'll be mine" she muttered inwardly.

Geck...Geck...Geck...

"Non, your father and mother are waiting downstairs" the waiter came and told them.

"Good bi" he answered briefly.

The waiter then left them.

"Come...!!!" he pulled Afgar's still-silent hand while looking out the window.

Afgar nodded and followed Aqyla's steps leaving the room. But when he was going down the stairs he suddenly remembered something. Quickly he put his hand into his jacket pocket, he seemed to breathe a sigh of relief. The little album was still safe and he still had it.

"What's wrong?" ask Aqyla confused.

"I was just checking something" she smiled at Aqyla and put the little album back in her pocket.

"Why do you keep bringing that album?" aqyla asked to confirm something.

"Have you seen it?" ask Afgar while pulling Aqyla's hand.

"I caught a glimpse of it last night when you fainted your hand kept hugging the album" he replied indifferently.

"What do you see?" ask Afgar worriedly.

"I didn't see anything, I was surprised to see the album. Why do you keep carrying blank albums and protect them so much?" aqyla replied as she continued her steps.

Afgar was stunned for a moment by swiftly taking back the album and looking at the photos stored in it. He was so relieved when he saw the photos were still there, the album was not switched.

"Can't you see the album? Is there a picture of a woman smiling happily?" he pointed the album at Aqyla's face.

"I didn't see anything" Aqyla replied as she shook her head.

"But here......" Afgar did not continue his sentence, the photo he observed bewitched him for a moment.

"Oh yeah, I can only see one photo there" Aqyla replied as she stared at Afgar.

"Which photo?" he asked with a worried expression.

He took the little album Afgar was holding and looked for photos he could see.

"The picture of this cute little baby." she pointed to one of the photos and returned the album to Afgar.

Afgar was stunned, he wondered why Aqyla could not see the other photos in the album.

"Why are you confused, son?" dr. John suddenly patted her on the back.

"I'm fine, um." she was shocked and immediately put the little album in her pocket.

dr. John glanced at the album and pretended not to see anything.

Afgar continued to look confused, the food in front of him could not take his mind off.

"You why Af..?" Aqyla held Afgar's hand to resuscitate him.

"I'm fine" she smiled at Aqyla and took a spoon to eat.

For a moment the room went back to silence, they enjoyed the food served with their own minds, whether it was thoughts of violence or mere imagination.

"Af.... Yesterday a teacher came to see your mother" Dr. John opened the conversation in the silence.

"Why is he visiting Mom?" surprised answer.

"He was about to give your mother a letter" Dr. John let out a long sigh.

"What letter?" afgar was confused.

dr. John just bowed and went back to enjoying his meal with a disappointed expression.

"I got kicked out of school?" asked Afgar with a stoic expression.

"You don't have to worry, I've enrolled you in Aqyla's school" replied dr. John is smiling.

"Mother has prepared your uniform Af.., you will eat later late to school" Aqyla's mother smiled at Afgar.

"But...., isn't Aqyla a music school? I don't know anything about music" Afgar scratched his head.

"Silent Af... I'll teach you, I'll be your little teacher to you" she smiled at Afgar with great happiness.

Afgar had no other choice maybe his destiny had to change. There is no reason to go back to a school full of memories of Ranni the daydreaming girl.

After their meal, they immediately get ready for school, the first day of school and the first day to get back up. She doesn't have a dreamy girl next to her but the gentle Aqyla makes her enough to be a new force that can help her paint her day back. He still deserved to get out of the storm that had engulfed him these past few days.

"Af... You got a SIM ?" Aqyla's mother suddenly appeared from behind the door.

"Can you drive a car?" she gently asked again.

"Yes, I can" Afgar replied with a flat face.

"This.." he gave Afgar the SIM and a car key.

Afgar was surprised and watched Aqyla's mother closely.

"I apologize to you, I will take good care of your little goddess and your mother but in return take good care of Aqyla as well. Make sure to always be by his side and treat him well" he looked sincerely at Afgar and turned and left Afgar alone.

Afgar watched her, it seemed like Mother Aqyla uttered it sincerely. He smiled then observed the SIM and the car keys in his hand.

"You don't want to be late on your first day of school, do you? Come quickly don't just daydream!!" Aqyla appeared in front of the door and called out to Afgar then ran hurriedly.

Afgar caught up with him while smiling.

Arriving at school, he was shocked. He just found out that in his country there is such a school. A beautiful and very relaxing school. Trees lined up neatly everywhere, as far as the eye could see the flowers were blooming. The blue flowers were like creating a calm ocean on land.

"I miss this place a lot..." Aqyla muttered as she touched the flowers.

"You come here every day but still miss him? This place is already like your lover" Afgar pointed at Aqyla's forehead with a smile.

Afgar still has not forgotten, he always did that to Ranni when she was daydreaming. Now the one in front of him was not Ranni but another girl. It seemed like all the girls in this world would become Ranni in his eyes.

"Today is also my first day." he smiled at Afgar and ran down the flowers.

Afgar just scratched his head and caught up with Aqyla.

Everyone welcomed Aqyla when she entered the classroom. He is very popular and plays his part. She was not like Ranni who had always hated herself. After all they are different people.

After class, Afgar looked glum and stood by the window enjoying the music that was heard from everywhere.

"I turned out to be very lousy" he muttered then looked out the window.

"Why you?" Aqyla.

"I don't fit into this school" he spoke in a very disappointed tone.

Aqyla did not let Afgar despair. He picked up the violin he used to play and played it.

All eyes were on him, he was a great violinist. Afgar listened to the groan while observing out the window.

He was so desperate, seeing that Aqyla stopped playing the violin and pulled Afgar's hand.

"You have to start here" he pointed to a piano.

"I'm definitely just going to ruin that poor piano" she kept feeling desperate.

"I told you I was going to be your little teacher" she smiled and pulled Afgar's hand to play the violin.

They were very compatible to play the violin, the tone that would be tampered with Afgar's hand slowly sounded melodious. All musical instruments touched by Aqyla will surely roar with melodious strains.

Ding.. Dong..

Hp Afgar suddenly shook messing with his syahdu atmosphere.

He picked up his phone and looked at the message he had just entered.

Looks like you have a lot of questions for me, meet me at our school cafeteria.

To: Anndin

Seeing the message Afgar was surprised, he immediately rushed out of the room. Aqyla was shocked and chased after Afgar.

"Where are you going?" he asked worried.

"I have a little business" he answered briefly.

"I'm coming" he pulled the hand of Afgar who was leaving him.

"You wait here, I won't be long" he took Aqyla's hand off and ran to leave her.

"I....." Aqyla looked out the window.

The sun was shining so bright, the light was so dazzling. Aqyla dodged the beam, she ran into the classroom and hid under the table. Body shivers.

"It's so hot in here, Af. Don't leave me" she fell into the floor.

When Afgar arrived at the school, he immediately ran to the cafeteria. All the students who saw Afgar were astonished. He was wearing a different uniform and dared to enter the school environment. They tried to stop him but he rebelled.

Arriving at the cafeteria he shouted to call out Anndin's name.

"Anndin moved in a few days ago, you don't make a mess here" a student scolded him.

Ding... Dong...

Her heart was shaking again.

He quickly checked the incoming message on his phone.

Your little teacher seems to be in danger, I just want to uncover who he is.

To: Anndin.

Afgar looked very angry, he grasped his HP and ran to meet Aqyla.

The sun continued to shine with scorching heat, not allowing Aqyla to breathe. He almost lost himself...
