Chapter 19: Don't have a home

So that's the truth, Aiden is just a human being who was brought to another world and cursed to become a demon. The result of evolution that starts from anything still can not be called a pure Devil, evolution is still evolution, unless he was born from a demon from the beginning.

All he could do was, accepting this reality, even though the physical changes of demons with this form might increase drastically for their battles, at least Aiden would try to learn by himself with the power he had now.

Even so, he would not give up so easily, this was another world as his second chance to prove that he would not be the lame person who would always lose again.

At the last time was the time to go home all the students, Aiden was the one who came out of the class as the third person after the other two students who left the class first.

He walked along the corridor of the school that was so big and long. Lots of twists and turns and other classrooms.

But moments later it all felt strange, he turned and instead returned to the same path when in front of him was his classroom door.

"Wait a minute, why am I here??"

Out of astonishment, he quickly turned back and looked the other way, he had just turned on the three previous turns, the students from the other classes also omitted, too, the noise of the people who are happy to go home from school, where are they?

One path in the same way, he would not turn at the previous turn, he continued walking on the path that should be another exit from this place.

Once at a different turn again, he still met the same place, where he was right standing at the crossroad and faced with the door of his class that opened a little.

Without him realizing it, the atmosphere became like the view of this building at night, like creepy. There was no one here, the lights became completely dim and darkened slowly.

Aiden began to feel bad, his mind mixed, trying to find help. He called out several times whether anyone or anyone could hear him.

There was only one light that was still visible from within his class, when the door opened slightly. He tried to go in there again and check, it was possible that there was someone inside who could help him, but it was a stupid thought. Because there's nobody here right now.

The door was slowly opened, when the classroom atmosphere was completely empty without anyone. The lights immediately went off completely and it was pitch black.

BUCK!

"Ah? Why this??"

With a surprised tone accompanied by fear.

Before he was still a coward about the feeling of darkness, not because of the dark or anything so invisible, he said, but what he was afraid of was something behind that black darkness that might be able to attack him suddenly and kill him.

It didn't matter if he could rival the strength of something behind that darkness, but he was afraid that he would not be able to fight back because such a weak power and die in vain.

"No, I'm a demon now, everything here is a demon, I can't be afraid of my fellow demons!!"

Then the sound of footsteps slowly rang out from the darkness inside the classroom. Aiden tried to see who it was, like there was no one, was this a ghost.

Then the lights immediately lit up brightly back in an instant, illuminating all of these class areas. What was seen was a white-haired woman standing very close right in front of him.

"Ahh .. teacher? Ye?? What are you doing here???"

"I'm the one who has to ask, why are you here??"

"Eh, I didn't mean to yell disrespectfully like that earlier, but I got lost along the way and kept coming back here."

Valerie explained quite briefly and deceivingly, that before she left the class, this red-haired student remained inside the class and simply stuck her lesion face on the table

She says that the red-haired girl Marie doesn't have a real home, and she has to stay at school alone, sleep in the classroom, and be alone, waiting for the morning to arrive as a student who still looks fine.

Valerie can't accept anyone else being with her, but Marie proposes one of the friends she has in class is a guy named Aiden. Therefore, Valerie immediately tracked Aiden's point and made her exposed to the illusion of turning back to this place and meeting him.

In short, Valerie wants to make a new path and make a deal between herself and Aiden that might help this poor Marie.

"What?? She doesn't have a house?? So where have you disappeared into that dark circle? Didn't you come home to her that she never told me?"

"Actually, he was so embarrassed to tell you that he had no home, no family, and no one."

"No way!! He told me that he's been alive for over a thousand years, then who does he have now??"

If Aiden asked them that question, then the answer would be "nothing" no one he has now. Not having a home and anything, just his strength that made him able to survive.

"Aiden, I heard that Marie said you have a pretty big house and not too many residents, is that right??"

"That's right, t-t-but."

"Then, what if as a good friend, you would let her stay with you? Hows it? Please help her."

Aiden was stuck in his unclear mind, somehow the truth of the words between these two people.

"Died with me?? What will I give him?"

"You don't have to give him anything, just by allowing him to stay with you alone, that's enough to save him."

Then Marie showed a little of her teary face and wanted to shed tears. Aiden felt pity and was completely affected by these words. No. This foolish child is hard to refuse to help others, he always wants to help others as much as he can.

"Huh? Whatisthis? I-I was here all of a sudden??"

"I'm moving the three of us, just calm down, don't be such a fool."

In just an instant, the three of them moved into the living room with a well-seated position in the existing chair.

These two maids, Eugene and Wanda should not feel that there is anything strange about Marie. In Aiden's view, Marie is now a girl with unexpected abilities who turns out to have no home, and her nature is a little open and strange.

But in the sight of these three people, Valerie, Eugene and Wanda, Marie was the figure they had to serve for the rest of their lives, a demon queen who pretends to be an ordinary demon in Early Nature only to get her love.

However, his blunt nature was very less effective at getting his wish easily for others, so he will command some of his best underlings to create a plan so that he can get close to Aiden and take his heart.
