Hearing her daughter being cared for again, both of Manda's parents rushed into her room. The two grew increasingly fearful and anxious to be suddenly notified by the security guard while taking care of the administration.

"Thank God, we're really afraid he'll be in a coma again. We don't want to wait five months." Father's words surprised Rafael until he silently stared.

"Auuu, sick!" ringis Manda rubbed his ex-infusion. After that, he walked out. But as he passed through the door, he stopped and was shocked to hear the familiar voice coming from beside him.

"Hey, don't force yourself. You just realized, right? So you still need a break, you should know that."

Manda's reflex turned towards the voice. He was silent for a long time looking at the man smiling towards him. 

"Ra-ranges?" Manda's mouth seemed to move itself said that name. But he was not Rangga, but someone else. 

Noah was aghast in shock, he looked grimacing as Manda mentioned the name.

"The ladder? My name is not Rangga, my name is Noah!" noah approached him. This time the surprised Manda was shocked.

"What, Noah? Y-you're serious? You're not lying, are you?" ask Manda. He had not realized that he had moved thanks to the diamond.

"What are you talking about? You know I'm Rafa's cousin" Noah said, not getting dizzy anymore.

"Oh my God, am I back?" manda suddenly looked down. He is happy and sad tied to two worlds. He was able to return to this world and was sad to have his parents suffer.

"Hey why are you crying? Are you all right?" asked Noah to see Manda sobbing.

"Slap me, slap me, Noah!" manda asked.

"What, are you crazy? You want me chopped up with Rafa? Where can I be brave," Noah said loudly.

Manda looked at Noah with a pock, she knew Noah would not do that, as well as Rangga who would not hurt him but Manda already felt hurt by the man who used to love her. What about Noah? Did he dare to hurt a woman like Rangga?

Noah panicked, and he immediately contacted Rafa to go to Manda's ward. Rafa who again accompanied his three children to check up on his health condition rushed to his wife's room, he was happy to hear that he had been awake from his stupor for seventeen days.

"Calm down, don't cry." Noah calms Manda down, he helps Manda stand up.

"Are you having a bad dream?" noah asked. Manda lowered her hand. Suddenly he felt something in his grasp. Instantly he stared at the diamond in his hand.

"This brilliant?" Manda's hand shook, she was suddenly frightened. He was fully aware that this diamond was like a magical portal object.

"Well, what a beautiful diamond." Noah was amazed to see it, he was lulled with the diamond. Manda thoughtlessly gave it to Noah.

"Take it if you want," said Manda thrusting it while rubbing his eyes. 

"You really gave it to me?" shocked Noah pointed at himself. Manda agrees, she intends to live by her husband and twins rather than return to her original world. 

Noah slowly took. Both of them touched the diamond on the other side. Suddenly a small light slowly appears, but it instantly disappears when Manda's hand does not touch the diamond again when Rafa's voice shocks her.

"Sheila!"

Rafa hugged him, he clutched his wife's body.

"Hey, you're all human. I'm so worried, I miss you, baby,"

Rafa kissed Manda's forehead, he re-clutched her into that warm embrace. Rafa is so happy to be able to hug his wife again. He had been very worried for seventeen days. 

Manda sobbed, she drowned her head into that embrace, she hugged Rafa tightly. This scent really belonged to her husband.

Seeing the two embrace, Noah leaves them. He felt strange, it hurt, it was tight to see Manda being hugged in front of his eyes.

"Hoooh, what happened to me?" he thought he was carrying the diamond.

After pouring out their longing, it was now the turn of her three crying twins to see their mother standing fit in front of their eyes. Rein, Rara and Rain called out to their Mother with a cry.

"Mommy,"

"You boys, Mommy's kids," said Manda kneeling and hugging the three. She was delighted with her happy cries of hugging her three twins again.
