Chapter 1 The first day in Bandung.

Hi, I'm Karaina Jovanka. I'm not a special person and I don't live as an important person. I have nothing I can be proud of other than my hard work to live in a country for education. I was quite proud of my independence when I just graduated High School continued my studies in Berlin without relatives waiting there. I was completely alone, yet I was able to live well until now.

Now, I'm standing in front of my mother's house. My mother I left a few years ago. The woman I love the most, who hugs me warmly and tearfully as she is today. Her warm hands caressed my face and I was smiling longingly.

Yeah, I'm home. I came home not because my education was over, but because there was something I had to do.

He was my friend when I was a kid. When he entered middle school he went with his parents. And we were in school again in high school. She became my upperclassman and indirectly became the older sister who took care of me a long time ago. Now he's standing here not as a friend or brother to me. But as my partner.

Yep, dad asked us to get to know each other. It's no wonder. Finding a life partner has become a tradition for the elders in my family. If not interfere it feels there are less—according to them.

Both my parents were also originally betrothed. My grandparents and even my great-grandfather. They're all set up. My family is really good at finding a partner. They know what gives money and wealth.

I'm not surprised. Even when I was in High School I was warned not to have a boyfriend. I have also been told that someday I will also be betrothed. And foolishly I sometimes think and wonder, as to what kind of figure will be betrothed to me.

This is where everything is answered. All those questions I swallowed again round and round. This man who grew up really fit my family's criteria.

"No need to rush. Make it just as comfortable."

I smiled wryly.

"You look very surprised."

I glanced at him when he first spoke. "I wasn't surprised when Mom said they found someone. But I was surprised because that person was Big Brother." I smile. "Funny yeah, I think brother will still be my brother." And chuckles at the end.

"But Rain, the decision is in our hands. You have the right to choose. I don't want to be a coercor and take advantage."

I gasped and looked at him. I don't want a big head but the sentence is very ambiguous. We were silent with our eyes as if trying to communicate with each other.

Arjuna King Altherio.

How should I describe it? Oh no, he is perfect.
