Chapter 71 Buying a new home.

After finishing checking some documents during the day, Nata idly made a design for the nursery, on the right left of his office workspace now does not see his two wives Nata who used to always accompany him while working in his study. Sabrina and Jessy's workspace on the right left of Nata's workspace is now tightly closed.  After finishing making 3D design of the nursery using the application on his laptop, Nata immediately sent some of the three-dimensional designs to Sabrina and Jessy who are not currently in the office.

It wasn't long before Sabrina made a Video Call. Nata answered the call immediately.

“Good baby room kang.” Said Sabrina who was seen with Jessy in the living room of their shop.

“Iya later in the afternoon there are some messengers who will come there to measure and then tomorrow will start arranging the nursery, you just show them later the room intended as our nursery later.”

“Iya. Akang do not order food for lunch, we will send it to lunch akang.”

“Ohh you same Jessy cook ?”

“Not us who cook kang, this is our first order from catering, we also later every day eat from food delivered by Teh Mira from their store catering.”

“Have started running the program ?”

“Already kang, to know today we distribute as many as 200 rice packs.” Jessy replied, who also spoke on Sabrina's phone.

“Alhamdulillah may continue to run its blessing sharing program. Where's the Sabrina?”

“Amin Kang, Sabrina is receiving food package for our lunch. There is Ojol who came to deliver it, maybe soon it will also arrive at the office.”

“OK. In a moment I will pray Dzuhur, already yes, be careful you do not get too tired ya.”

“Iya Kang, I'll also be home soon when the work is done in the office.”

“Iya darling.”

“OK Assalamualaikum.”

“Waalaikumsalam.” Nata replied and then closed the conversation through the Video Call.

After that Nata continued to make baby bedroom designs, while looking for literacy on the internet about homes that already have baby rooms. Inadvertently Nata read the writing in the property ad, the house is sold complete with all the furniture with five bedrooms two of which is a child's bedroom and a nursery, including a baby's room, the house with a two-story building with a total building area of 900 square meters and a land area of 1500 square meters, a parking basement that can accommodate about five units of cars, and a parking basement that can accommodate around five units, above the basement there is also a swimming pool. With a fad Nata contacted the owner of the house, then asked the offer price of the house.

Nata who was originally just a fad, is now increasingly interested in the occupancy that looks very beautiful and modern, Nata then held a meeting later in the afternoon around four o'clock in the afternoon with the owner of the house, which is very beautiful and modern, with the aim to be able to see firsthand the condition of the house offered by the owner. Two hours later Nata exited the Bank NSP headquarters building by driving his Black Rubicon Double Cabin. He headed to a housing complex in the Setra Duta area, located not far from the toll road, not far from Husein Sastranegara Airport. Travel time only takes five minutes from the Pasteur toll gate, if traffic conditions are smooth. That is the consideration of Nata.

Twenty minutes later Nata had arrived at the location of the house sold.  A couple welcomed Nata's arrival, when he arrived at the parking lot that was quite spacious. Nata then reviewed every corner of the two-story house. Starting from the basement, the first floor that has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shoe storage room, bags and clothes, home theater room, also a swimming pool, and, the sauna room is located not far from the pool, followed by seeing three bedrooms on the second floor, which is equipped with a library, fitness room, three children's bedrooms including a baby's bedroom. Nata took pictures using his phone. The house is also equipped with an elevator, from the basement to the first and second floors can even go to the roof top or roof floor of the house that has a garden roof top. Nata was really impressed at first glance when reviewing the occupancy that seemed very neatly arranged. All the furniture and home fixtures also look very neatly maintained.

“Why is this house for sale pack ?” Nata asked the owner of the house named Wibisana.

“We sold this house because we agreed to move to Europe, to take care of all the business that we have started since, also continue the business of my wife Cindy's parents, Cindy is eager to continue the plantation and farm owned by her parents who have just died.”

“Innalilahi wa inna illaihi rojiun, sorry sir.”

“Fastly sir, tomorrow the day after insya Allah we will come here, invite my wife too, along with the Notary, in order to transact here only, this is my business card.” Nata said as he handed over his business card.

“Alright, ohh Pak Nata is the owner of Bank NSP who just moved from Jakarta ?”  Ask Wibisana when she finished reading the business card handed by Nata

“True Sir.”

“Great, still easy, have your own Bank.”

“Thank you sir, the Bank is only part of my business, besides that I also try in the property sector to also build a campus to educate prospective technicians and other young entrepreneurs. Back again at the price of this house, can it be less sir ? Will I transfer at this time also as a sign of fastener or down payment hehehe.” Said Nata while chuckling.

“Hemm if Pak Nata directly who bought it we will discount by 15% deh, because we do not use the services of intermediaries or brokers. This is my bank account number.” Wibisana said with a smile and then showed his account number.

“OK deal sir. Soon I will contact my father. I implore you to immediately deliver this news to my wife. I transfer 100 million as a sign of what it is now.”  Nata then operated his mobile phone to transfer funds of 100 million rupiah to Wibisana.

“I have received Mr. Nata. Anytime Mr Nata will come here, we will wait for him, is it necessary to hand over the keys of this house now ?” Wibisana said, as she received a notification from the banking app on her phone.

“Alright sir, I say goodbye, Assalamualaikum.”

“Waalaikumsalam.” Reply Wibisana then deliver Nata, until Nata out of the parking lot of the house. At six in the afternoon, coinciding with the voice of the Maghrib Adhan was heard, Nata was already in the basement of his shophouse. Sabrina and Jessy immediately welcomed the arrival of her beloved husband. They kissed Nata on the back of his hand.

“Let's pray Maghrib first.” Take Nata to his two wives.

“Akang want all afternoon baths ?” Ask Sabrina. When the three of them took the elevator to the third floor of the shop.

“We have prepared a change of clothes for akang.” Jessy added while helping to carry Nata's bag.

“Yes, thank you Sabrina and Jessy I love.” Nata replied, then immediately stripped all his clothes in his bedroom. Meanwhile Jessy and Sabrina immediately took ablution water located next to the mushola.

After they finished the Maghrib prayer and continued with Isya prayer, they had dinner together, after finishing eating, they then chatted three in the living room. Nata who sat on the soft sofa accompanied by Sabrina and Jessy began to tell about all the events in his office that day, then continued by discussing the house to be purchased by Nata.

“I will present a new home to you two, a home that is complete with all the furniture.” Nata said then showed photos of the house they would buy it. Jessy and Sabrina then noticed all the photos from Nata's phone screen.

“Good kang.” Jessy and Sabrina both said. The faces of his two wives looked very happy and happy. Even Sabrina's eyeballs began to glaze over, because it was very moved to hear all the narrations from Nata.

“Thank you kang, but later this house how ?” Ask Sabrina.

“We make a computer show room or workshop only for Jessy's computer store, so Jessy no longer needs to rent a store room in the mall. Do you agree ?” Ask Nata.

“We agree with all plans, right bestie ?” Sabrina then looked at Jessy.

“Alhamdulillah, thus I no longer need to extend the rental period of the computer sales place again, hehehe.” Kekeh Jessy's.

“OK then, schedule for tomorrow's event, then invite a staff from the Notary Office, so that tomorrow we carry out the transaction in our new home. You two don't need to go to the office, let me just do tomorrow.”

“Thank you kang.” said Sabrina and Jessy, then hugged Nata tightly.

“Now it's our turn to both of us who will pamper me all night. Let's go to the room now kang.” Take Sabrina.
