Chapter 22 Fast work accurate results.

The meeting that day felt smoother and faster, because it was only left to determine when the day where the Bank handover would take place. After finishing the meeting with the old bank owner, Mr. Rahmat. Nata pleads for willingness from Mr. H. Mumuh to continue the conversation outside the topic of the Bank handover. Nata who had agreed with Jessy and Sabrina then determined the date and place of Lounching handover, as well as their wedding anniversary later.  They then bring up the matter and ask for willingness to Mr. H. Mumuh to be the judge over Sabrina and Jessy.

“Alright I am willing, it is truly an honor to be your parent's guardian, I will take that very important time for you both Jessy and Sabrina.”

“Alhamdulillah thank you Mr. Haji.” Reply Sabrina and Jessy together.

“Later schedule and execution time will be handed over to Mr. Haji, from the Wedding Organizer that we have appointed.” Sabrina.

“Alright then, since it is afternoon I beg pamit.” Said Mr. H. Mumuh that.

“Once again we thank you for all the help from Pak Haji.”

“Sama-sama Mr. Nata, I pray also all our plans and work will run smoothly in the future.”

“Aamiin ya mujiba salim.” Reply Nata while taking Mr. H. Mumuh in the basement to the vehicle parked in the basement. The senior Notary also left the shop accompanied by the gaze of three pairs of eyes.

“From some land data and assets sold by my observations in the field, there is a building in the city of Bandung that is suitable to be used as the headquarters, the building is still new, strategically located, and the, access road is very easy, also close to this shop.” Jessy said in a fiery manner.

“Hmmm can also tuh, I forgot Jess which data is ?”

“This kang, we have stored in Holder map on this shelf.” Answer Jessy and then hand over the data stored neatly in Map Holder Nata's workspace. Nata then reads and examines it witnessed by Sabrina and Jessy.

”OK deh, immediately you execute, schedule a meeting for the transaction, sure it is safe is not a problematic building land ?.”

“Safe Kang's. The owner sold the land assets of the building because it is in desperate need of funds, because it was affected by the pandemic for the past two years.”

Then Jessy and Sabrina arranged the task. Sabrina called the owner of the building for the first step. Jessy and Sabrina say goodbye to Nata. After that they both drove the Red Porshe owned by Jessy sliding to a place where the owner of the building is now located. “Yaa already, we ate first I already ordered food for our dinner.” Take Nata ahead of Sabrina and Jessy to the dining room. Then Nata opened the two food hoods on the dining table.

”Wow no fish gurame.” Squeeze Jessy and Sabrina together.

“Iya this time Sundanese meals. There are fried gurame fish, satin fish soup and vegetable kale, karedok longhaul, jengkol stew and various lalapan.”

“Wah makes sleepy all nih, hehehe.” Jessy.

“Iya would be sleepy if you are full of food, hehe.” Nata Kekeh. Then Nata led a meal prayer for dinner at that time. The tongue shake event happened without any sound, they really enjoyed the dishes ordered by Nata. After finishing dinner, still at the dinner table, Nata began to ask Jessy and Sabrina.

“How was it, successful negotiation ?”

“Alhamdulillah kang, success, the building owner is willing to release his assets, then want to come to sign the news of the sale and purchase of the assets at the Notary Office Pak H. Mumuh.” Answer Jessy.

“Alhamdulillah Must Be Mr. H. Mumuh was happy, because he got another job order for his office.”

“Iya kang, surely he is very happy.”

“Alright for the first year, we finish all our work. There is one more asset that we will buy for the first year. Later we continue to buy other assets if all our efforts have been running for a year. Remember this is just the first step or the first step. Our Work Plan program is still very long.”

Then the three of them immediately cleaned up all the eating utensils, after all finished washing the three of them then headed to their respective rooms to take a shower. Nata quickly rushed to the bath first and only wore shorts and tee shirts after finishing the bath. Then Nata headed to the home theater room. He chose several paid movie titles from the online theater platform. Some films have been successfully bought online so that they can be watched whenever they want. The choice is some films that have not been in theaters as well as some films that have never reached the box office.

The fragrance of the different perfumes of the two different beautiful girls the character was now beginning to smell by Nata. Nata then allowed his gaze to look at the two beautiful girls his future wife was walking towards him.

“Wow you guys are beautiful once tonight.”

“Ohhhh so the nights before we are not beautiful yaa ?” ask Jessy with a smile.

“Ehhhh that's not what it means. You two are beautiful from birth. Your looks are so different. Hehehe.”

“Cie somebody seduced us Jess.”

“Indeed the reality is so right ?  Ehhh accompany me to watch dong movie. I've downloaded some movie titles that are box office or that are not in the cinema yet. Look, the titles. You want to choose which one.”

“Akang only choose we come watch deh.” Answer Jessy

“Iya it's my turn to choose, we'll take part.” Sabrina then sat down beside Nata on the soft sofa. While Jessy pulled the sofa footrest first so that the three of them were more comfortable watching it while half lying on the soft sofa. Jessy sat down to her left. The initial back sound of the first film began to sound, rumbling. The sound of the suround sound system began to feel, but not deafening, that makes the atmosphere more relaxed. Sabrina then got up, to grab a few bottles of soft drinks from the cool show case cabinet in the home theater room, even Sabrina also brought some snacks that were in the storefront near the show case.

“Well then we're like in the VIP cinema hehehe.” Sabrina shared the snacks and soft drinks for Jessy and Nata.
