"lex? Why are you saying my name? Are you still mad because I yelled at you this morning?" Alex asked as he rubbed his face rough.

Mentari took her breath on the other end of the phone, she was very lazy to argue with the husband who had betrayed her. "I'm not angry, mas. Why am I angry just because of such a trivial matter? Unless you betray our marriage, and have an affair with another woman, then I'm angry. And maybe I'll never forgive you, even if you bow at my feet." Mentari's voice made Alex's heart beat very fast.

"Sorry, mom. Looks like tonight I'm gonna stay at my mom's, so you're gonna have dinner at home, yeah." Rejecting Mentari made Alex snort annoyed.

"Can't, baby. I came home early on purpose just to take you out to dinner, and now you're saying, you want to stay at your parents' house?" Alex said a little. "If you don't want to go home, let me take you to your mother's house, now." After saying that, Alex immediately disconnected the connection, then he pulled his phone and put the flat object into his pants pocket.

Alex drove his vehicle with an above average speed, his phone kept ringing, but he ignored it. All he had in mind right now was Mentari. Mentari that he thinks has changed is not like the old Mentari.

It only took half an hour, Alex had already arrived at his in-laws' residence. The security guard who saw his arrival immediately opened the gate. Without saying thank you Alex immediately took his car into the yard of his in-laws' house. Alex immediately approached his mother-in-law, then he greeted him with respect as usual. "Yes, mah. Where is the mentari, mah?" Alex asked while looking for his wife.

"The commentary's in her room, Lex. You just go to his room."

It did not take long, Alex had arrived at the door of the wife's room, he immediately grabbed the handle of the door and turned it impatiently until the door was wide open. Alex immediately stepped his foot into his wife's room, not forgetting he also closed the door neatly, then he again stepped both feet to the sofa where his wife was.

Alex stared intensely at the wife who looked very focused on the novel she was reading. She was not even aware of the presence of her husband who was standing before her.

"Mas, since when did you stand there?" Mentari asked while looking at her husband who looks very neat tonight.

"Since you focused on your novel." Alex answered as he walked to his wife. "Let's go, I want to take you out to dinner tonight." Take Alex with her hand to Mentari.

Mentari gave a rough sigh, he closed his novel book then said. "I'm lazy to get out, mas. If you're going to dinner, just stay here. There's no need to go out."
