Episodes 3. Second meeting

Michael's phone shook, he quickly answered the phone.

"Call..."

"Hi Prince, I have long been together. How about tonight we gather at the Domino?"

Michael thought the phone was from Rose, apparently from his college friend. Somehow the young man felt disappointed, in his heart he hoped Rose would contact him.

"Okay, the night I went there" Michael answered briefly.

Michael is getting ready for the office, today there is an important meeting with a client from France. Gerry had been waiting in the car, he had brought all the documents needed for the meeting.

Gerry is an assistant to Michael who has been working for him for 5 years. Gerry did all the work perfectly without any loopholes, he was the best graduate at GIO University. GIO University is one of the famous universities in the city of X.

Michael reached the office, all eyes glancing at his handsome face. Michael has just moved to the city of X, before he worked in a branch of the company in France. He worked with many large companies in France and returned to the city of X to take up the CEO position that his father had left behind.

The meeting went smoothly, they signed a cooperation agreement letter. Michael shook hands with the client and ended a meeting that had taken 2 hours.

The time has shown at 11:45, Michael told Gerry to look for a hygienic restaurant, understandably the man was a little over with hygiene problems. He will not touch food that is considered unhygienic.

"Young master, around here there is only one restaurant that fits the standard, do you want to eat there?" said Gerry.

"Whatever, the important thing is worth eating" Michael replied with a chuckle.

Michael looked at the phone screen, he remembered Rose who had not contacted him until now. His feelings became irritated, for some reason he was very curious about the woman.

Meanwhile, Rose was having lunch with James. They are doing group work. Since it was time for lunch, Rose chose to eat at a nearby restaurant.

A Lamborghini stopped at the door of the restaurant, Michael got out of the car while Gerry drove his car into the parking lot.

Michael walked into the restaurant, his eyes sparkling as he looked at Rose who was sitting beside the glass wall. The girl's face was glistening in the sunlight.

Michael picks a table behind Rose, he eavesdropped on Rose's conversation with James.

"Rose, you got it?" james asked while typing on his laptop.

"It's hard to ask permission to record video at the factory. It seems like they are afraid of the company's secrets to unload." Rose replied with an annoyed face.

Gerry walks into the restaurant, he sits opposite Michael. Gerry who is sensitive and genius certainly knows that the man is eavesdropping on Rose and James talk.

The two people were still discussing their problems, Gerry was astonished to see Michael who was interested in other people's problems. Usually Michael does not care about other people especially people who are not known.

Michael asked for a paper and pen from Gerry, he called the waiter and handed the paper over. "Please give this paper to the woman sitting there." Michael pointed at Rose, he continued, "Take strawberry-flavored ice cream for her. I'll pay their bills."

"Okay sir." replied the waiter.

Michael and Gerry get out of there after finishing eating, he pays Rose and Gerry's bills.

"Excuse me, there's a letter for you. And this is ice cream that the person ordered to mbak." said the waiter as he put the paper and a bowl of ice cream on the table.

Rose frowned, she asked the waiter. "Which person is Mas?"

"Babooooooo, just got out" replied the waiter.

Rose opened the letter and read the contents. "Bill on the table already I paid, don't forget to contact me to take the rest."

"Who's Rose?" ask James.

Rose recalled the business card given by Michael, "It looks like the man last night wrote this letter." Rose thought.

"Maybe the guy from last night" Rose replied.

"I swear... For what?" asked James with a surprised face.

"What the hell is James!" Rose was annoyed to see James's shocked face because of Michael.

"This rare news, if I were a journalist, this news would definitely be the main topic" said James.

Rose looked at James with a curious face, James explained with a burning spirit.

"Michael is notoriously cold as all girls, some even say that he's gay. Well this is even a letter and ice cream, food payin trus. Amazing exactly... Maybe he likes you Rose."

Rose nudged James on the forehead, saying, "If you're imagining not heights, it's a pain after falling."

"Yes, please don't imagine. Since when is there a written rule forbidden to fantasize?" James complained in a annoyed tone.

"Udahs unfortunate? Yuk cuss look for another company." said Rose then stood up from his chair.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

"Mr Wilson, I've got the data on the person in the photo you sent" a detective said.

"Give me!" Wilson took the envelope from the detective's hand and read the report inside.

"Bold homecoming rivals Wilson Harris. Find dead people." Wilson thought.

"Take a lesson to that selfless man! tell him not to go near Rose anymore." Wilson ordered one of his men.

"Well, young master." replied a man at the side.

Wilson's men wait for James in a van parked in front of James' house. They see James getting off a red porsche car, they kidnap and put James in the van when they see the porsche car has moved away.

James was taken to an empty building, he was tied up and beaten to a pulp. After beating up the young man, Wilson's men threw his body into the deserted streets.

Rose just got home, she sent James an online message to let her best friend know that she had reached home. It was their custom to send word to each other. A few hours had passed, Rose felt uneasy as James did not reply to the message.

Rose called James a few times, but no one answered. Rose snatched the car keys located on the desk, she immediately headed to James' house. Rose's feelings became unsettled during the trip, James had never ignored a message or phone call from Rose. No matter how busy he is, James will answer the phone and reply to the message of his sabahat.
