Sam
Sam's Business

Everything is so rowdy. Kusno, Sam and Revi enter Reva's room due to Siti's screams.

The first time Sam saw was Reva who was in Siti's arms. Wailing and occasionally thrashing until several times apart and want to take a knife that has been stung on the floor.

Kusno repeatedly asked Siti and Reva, but no one answered. Siti was still trying to calm Reva down on the right side while Kusno was on the left side of Reva.

Revi still stands confused trying to understand what happened as well as Sam.

"Ma_affin Reva, Bun." It was that word that was repeatedly heard in between Reva's cries. Siti herself can only be as excited.

"Ma.. af," Reva repeated.

Revi approaches his twin brother. "Vaa," he called her raucous.

Reva is still in Siti's arms just shaking her head. Kusno tried to tidy up Reva's disheveled hair. A beautiful face that is usually always cheerful is now not seen anymore.

When Sam's eyes tried to pick up the knife at that moment he saw a fleeting object like a thermometer slung apart from the fruit knife that had been Reva's goal. He picked up immediately and the unexpected was plastered there.

Deggs.

Time stopped turning. The world suddenly darkened. The sound of Reva and the sedative words of Kusno so echoed over and over again that it made Sam like a boulder hit him and swallowed him to the bottom of the earth.

"So, what's Sam?" kusno asked, breaking Sam's consciousness.

Sam had not yet managed to control the pounding on his body. Kusno had already seized a rectangular flat object with a line of two in the middle.

"Pak_" Sam's voice choked while Kusno was sitting limp on the floor with Revi hugging his father.

While Reva increasingly roared and joined the rest at the feet of Kusno. "Sorry Reva, Paaak. Sorry."

"Who is Reva?" Lirih Kusno and make Reva more and more firmer weeping bitterly. "WHOA!" Kusno's screams filled Reva's room.

"Te-friends Rev.a, sir,"

Sam sits alone on the porch of Kusno's house. It's almost midnight. His eyes were blank, staring somewhere.

Sorry Reva Sir. Maafin Reva has tarnished my good name. Maafin Reva, buk. Reva has disappointed everyone. Reva's future is ruined. Reva will not be the pride of father and mother. It's no use living Reva anymore. All wrong Reva. Wrong Reva can't keep honor well.

Without feeling the tears Sam dripped without being able to be dammed. He could feel how his cousin's bitter cries seemed to tear his chest apart. The disappointed look of Kusno and the empty look of Bulik Siti back dancing in front of his eyes.

The phone in front of him vibrated displaying some unread messages. Slowly, Sam's hands stretched out and scrolled the screen slowly.

Replying to Royan and Akmal's message asking for his whereabouts. Apparently the two men had been looking for him to the workshop and to the house. Obviously they didn't find it.

When looking at the time instructions in the corner of the screen. Sam slowly stood up and entered the house. The heartbreaking sight was again presented before the eyes.

Reva sleeps on the bed in front of the family room. Sleeping between Kusno and Siti. Revi embraced Siti tightly.

Sam could see Reva's face still palely imprinted with dry tears. He tidied up a thick blanket to protect the four people he loved so much.

Is this the future that is broken? Is this what a real mess is? No matter how much he wanted to deny this reality, in fact the suffering was increasingly visible dragging him to follow the waves. Moreover, there was still the occasional sound of a biting from his cousin's subconscious.

Sam has arrived in front of Nada's house. With confidence he stepped away from his motorbike approaching the door made of teak wood wrapped in brown pelur. Greetings came out of his lips along with a slow knock. Looking at the watch in his left hand, Sam believes Nada is no longer home.

As soon as the door was opened, there was Hardi who was a little surprised by his arrival.

"Assalamualaikum, sir," said Sam slightly nodding and immediately got a greeting answer from the middle-aged man.

"Here, Sam? "asked Hardi and Sam nodding in disdain. "Friend Tone?"

Sam nodded again and a smile fell on his lips a little volume.

"Let's go in!" Hardi guides Sam to sit in the living room.

As soon as the two sat down, Sam made small talk as necessary, until he ventured to reveal the purpose of his arrival.

"Sorry, Sir. Does Nada, your daughter already have a close friend? Some kind of boyfriend or fiancee?"

Sam seemed relieved to hear it.

"But, two years ago, he had rejected the proposal of his friend. The boy had brought his parents along." Hardi sighed, "Tone makes the whole village talk about it." Hardi shook his head. There is shame in talking about his son.

The middle-aged man now looked at Sam intensely. As if to give an opportunity to comment.

"Sir, so my intention here is to make sure Nada is not in a relationship with anyone. Second, I want to ask for the blessing directly from the father as Nada's parents, to allow me to have a serious relationship with him ."

Hardi was slightly stunned to hear Sam's words. There is a sense of admiration as well as fret that accompanies his feelings.

"This father is indeed Nada's parents. But regarding who will be chosen by Nada as his companion, you will not force it. You leave it entirely to Nada."

Siti who was sitting holding a tray filled with drinks also sighed. Sam was not the first to come to ask for his blessing to approach his son. But, Nada is really hard to understand. There is a fear of seeing the child is not as open as before.

Siti herself is not sure Sam will succeed in breaking down Nada's hard side. Seeing how the child was so flat and so cold to the brightest boy friend approached him.

Suddenly there was the sound of a motorbike stopping in the yard. There's Nada coming teeburu into the house. After he knocked on the door that was already open in greeting.

As soon as Nada found two people sitting opposite each other in the living room, her chest thumped faster. True as he expected, Sam came back after he saw one motor matic with a black CC 150 that he recognized.

Same with Sam, he turned his head when he heard the arrival of Nada. To find the woman he was so eagerly waiting for his presence coming sooner was simply not in his shadow.

"Well, you're home, Na?" tanya Hardi made Nada approach her to make Sam sit unsettled.

"Yes, Sir. There's a workshop to Solo tomorrow morning. So, Na, go home first to finish the task," he explained and looked at Sam. "Mas, why didn't Na come, first?" Nada was forced to smile seeing father looking at him full of search. "Sir, I'm the same Mas Sam talking outside, first, yes, ' he said to surprise Sam. Talk to him, father!"

Hardi certainly smells weirdness, not usually the tone applies so. However, he had no other choice but to look at Sam with an unpleasant look.

Through the language of the eyes, Sam seemed to ask permission. Although I don't know what game Nada is planning. Because the meeting of the two at the convenience store yesterday Nada did not show a friendly look.

Sam according to when Nada walked out of the house first. Apparently Nada wants to talk on the porch of the house. Sam sat in front of Nada who was only attached to one long table.

"It's been a while, Mom?"

The question of the obviously unfriendly tone was forced to be restrained when Marni came to bring a drink for Sam. Sam thanked him and nodded politely as a courtesy. After that, Marni passed inside again after having a drink.

"So, Mas. You've been here a long time. What did you say to my father?" repeat the tone with a heart that is no longer good. Afraid Sam would say anything.

"I ... I said I wanted to marry you." Sam is not honest. But he was relieved to be able to say this to Nada even though he had just asked Hardi's permission to approach Nada. To be honest, this is the main goal. But he felt he had to melt Nada's heart first.

"You don't want to, yeah, Mom! Why don't you ask for my approval first. You're too confident, Mom. You know, I even have my own choice."

Sam smiled faintly even though Tone's speech felt sore. "You don't have to lie to reject me. Enough to be yourself, Tone. Don't be like everyone else. I've known you before. You're not good at lying, Nada. I know that."

Tone hid his fret. "I'm going to marry someone. It won't even be long. Just wait, you will definitely get the invitation, really."

Sam was so observing the body gesture full of unrest in the woman with the khaki dress in front of her. Nada did not even want to look at his face and preferred to stare in all directions.

"Tone, maybe you could run and I was so stupid to give up before I acted. But I can make sure that this time I don't let you go again."

"Boy!! What have you said to your father?"

Sam smiled faintly and lowered his gaze. "Tone, are you punishing me now? Don't force me to admit everything in front of your parents." Sam said that. "Come, Tone. Help me to account for this guilt."

"Yes. And you want to receive a terrible tantrum from your father?" challenge Nada. "Already, Mas. You can go home, and just wait for my invitation."

"Relight, Nada. Make peace with your pain so that your feelings can be relieved. Open your heart, Nada. Give me a chance to fix everything." The more sad Sam begged Nada.

"The glass that has been broken, can't be repaired anymore, Mas." Tone glanced cynically while Sam grew calmer.

"And I'll reassemble the glass to get it back to working as it should."

"It won't do, Mom."

"Then let me give you a new glass. New chapter, new life."
