6 Months later things really improved for Naina and Nickolas. The status of their marriage relationship is now known to the public. Not just among the hospitals, but all of the Carter family colleagues.
It's just that Naina and Nickolas aren't celebrating any party. Naina doesn't want any celebration in the same year that her mother died. Naina is now 2 months pregnant.

"Hurry up and finish your breakfast, Daddy's going to take you to campus" Daddy Rayden told his Aylin and Kiara.
"Okay Dad" answered the two girls.
Nickolas also began eating his food as his wife began to eat.
