Eventually, William agrees to go with Amanda and her team to Japan. The flight by private plane is approximately 5 hours, used by Amanda and her team as best as possible.

They speak in English.

"What's this?" asked William who was surprised when Buffalo gave a black map in front of him quite thick.

"Cecil's recognition since he joined The Circle under the guise of the CIA. It's original. Yuri and Maksim who took this document straight before Cecil breathed his last," Amanda replied with a serious face.

William grabbed the map nervously and opened his first page slowly.

"Although the 13 Demon Heads and The Circle are at odds, at least this document lets us know that all this time we've only been toyed with and harmed by it, William. Open your eyes and mind wide," Amanda said firmly looking at him while crossing her legs.

"Here? Who?" asked William with a frown.

"Madams. Sierra Becca with the alias Selviosika Bianca Feros. Exactly what my husband, Boleslav, thought. We've been investigating your leader for a month. He has been hiding for years from the world, William. The surprising thing is in Cecil's confession on the 37th sheet. Read it," Amanda replied pointing at the black map.

William took a deep breath and opened the page mentioned by Amanda.

William seems confused by this. He closed his eyes for a moment to think about Amanda's speech and the writing Cecil read.

William continued reading notes from Cecil from the first sheet to the last page.

Amanda and her men stared at William's movements carefully that seemed so focused on reading.

"You've secured a copy, haven't you, Buffalo?" amanda asked from an electronic message she sent secretly via mobile phone.

Buffalo who was sitting on another chair nodded slowly with the phone in his grasp.

Amanda anticipates William's actions that could have defected someday as happened when he pretended to be sad, but it turns out his goal was to kill Cecil when the woman was off guard.

Finally, their flight ended. Amanda's plane landed at Kansai International Airport the next day.

William, who is still in custody by Amanda, is heavily guarded by Buffalo and his team when he enters a pickup car to take them to Hashirama Headquarters in Kyoto, Japan.

William is stared at sharply by Amanda and the blue-eyed man is bowed. For some reason, every time Amanda saw him, guilt rose in her heart.

Before long, they arrive at one of Vesper's headquarters, a relic of his late father, Hashirama.

William saw around where this was the first time he had come to a headquarters in Japan, especially belonging to one of the 13 Demon Heads council members.

"Come in" said Agent S pointing to a chair inside a cell and William according to.

William looked at the people who looked like they were talking about something outside of his cell.

Amanda and Buffalo are still in front of bars with the man who claimed to be named S. William silently watched.

William was stunned when a woman entered the room followed by two men wearing black yukata and a katana sword sheathed on both hips, looking fierce and tough.

"Put it there," the black-haired woman's pinta pointed to a table placed in front of the iron bars.

William got out of his chair and approached the bars. He saw a large ancient book with Japanese writing.

"Can it be Japanese?" ask the beautiful woman. William shakes.

"However, you're pretty good for something else, Vesper-sama," said the man beside her smilingly.

"The Vesper? You Vesper?!" pekik William loudly stared at Vesper sharply.

"Yes. Wh why? Am I one of the targets you have to kill?" asked Vesper looking at William casually.

"No. You're the only councilman I can't kill."

Vesper and the others were stunned.

"Why? Just this time I escaped murder. Oh, I'm so curious. Can you tell why?" ask Vesper happily for a moment.

"Eitherway. Tessa and Nokomis say Vesper is not a target, but the rest is. Oh, including your four children. Sandara, Lysa, Arjuna and Jonathan. They're not targets either."

Vesper and the others were shocked. Vesper came to William and looked at him closely.

"Let me know, why does Tessa want Arjuna so badly?" asked Vesper looking at William closely.

"I just know that Tessa loves him. About your other three children, I don't know why The Circle didn't target them" William replied seriously. Vesper nodded slowly.

"Williams. You've read the notes from Cecil. Did you record it in your troubled brain?" ask Amanda to look like she hates him. William nodded slowly.

"Well, we'll use this translator. I know you're the kind of person who needs clarity on evidence. Let this tool translate for you. Agreed?" asked Vesper while showing a black pen that turned out to be a translator. William nodded.

William stood facing the ledger. Vesper stood next to the book while directing the pen like someone was spelling. Before long, the female voice of the translator machine sounded.

William was surprised that the tool worked so well that it even translated perfectly.

William listened carefully to the utterance of the Japanese translation before him.

"I. Kai Hashirama's. The first 13 Demon Heads. I leave this record as evidence of the history of the formation of mafia empires in the world. We call ourselves the Council. Only 13 of the strongest mobsters can sit in this big chair" said the translator.

Everyone was silent listening. Vesper again directed the pen to the next sentence calmly.

"Lucifer Flame, is the one we finally know as the originator of the 13 Demon Heads. Our long search for years unfolded after we managed to search for clues from the initials D meaning Death or death."

William gulped, inexplicably he became tense hearing the confession of a man named Hashirama.

"We're hunting Lucifer Flame. Until finally, we knew where he was and who his descendants were. Lucifer just took advantage of his revenge on the government by using us as his puppets."

William's speechless. It was like starting to examine and compare the stories of Tessa, Cecil and Hashirama.

William looked at Vesper carefully who was lifting his translator pen. Vesper looked at William who looked confused about this.

"Thus ... Madam, aka Sierra Becca, used the name Lucifer Flame to form No Face and 8 Mens to destroy her enemies, the 13 Demon Heads. Madam regards the 13 Demon Heads as a threat because Lucifer gave them a mission to kill Sierra Becca and take revenge on the Government that had made her suffer for her sacrifice for the peace of the people" Vesper explained.

William's breath felt choked. He walked backwards looking dizzy thinking about this while holding his head.

"You, exploited, William. All the videos you've been watching all along are the truth. As Tessa and others said, it was a lie. Your parents died because of The Circle. They're after me, William. Just because your father, Miskha helped me back then. What's wrong, if your father helps a woman who's lost in the woods and gives her a place to rest even last night? Is it wrong for me to repay your father's kindness by giving him money? Why is it that for The Circle what I did was considered a crime? They killed both your parents for the kindness of my heart. Who's crazy here, William?! Me or them?!" yelled Amanda with eyes filled to vent her anger that had been hidden.

William held his head with a downcast face. Clearly, he was depressed about all the things that went into his head at the same time.
