My Promise

They speak in English.

Finally, the exhausting flight was over. William arrived in Kaliningrad, Russia and immediately went to a car rental service near the airport.

William again contacted Sia who had obtained a house on the beach. William quickly drove his car to the beach near the Baltic Sea.

William's heart is beating. He hesitates if this is a trap, but he assures his heart that Sia cannot betray him again.

"I believe you, Sia. You can't lie to me" William said as he entered the beach.

William's eyes monitored the area and looked alert in case there was a sudden attack that might kill him.

Until finally, William's blue eyes were fixed on a wooden house where GPS showed if the location of the destination had arrived.

"Hmm, this house reminds me of Tyumen" William said softly as he parked his car in front of the house.

William got out of the car with a pounding heart. He looked around again to make sure it was safe including sniper shots and unidentified group ambushes.

Just as William was about to knock on the door, suddenly the door opened and Sia appeared who immediately embraced him. William was surprised and stood there.

"Oh, it's really you, Will. I was so scared" said Sia, burying her face in her lover's chest.

William was stunned, but he quickly hugged Sia tightly back and immediately kissed her soft forehead.

William let go of his embrace and looked at Sia nervously.

"Sia," he said with a raised smile and Sia nodded softly in tears.

"Sorry, Will," said Sia, looking guilty.

"Hey, it's okay. I'm sorry too, Honey," said William rubbed both cheeks soft Sia.

Sia pulled William's hand to get inside and the handsome man rushed to follow his lover. Sia immediately closed the door and William hugged her back.

Long enough the two lovers let go of each other and even hurt each other because of differences in life choices.

"You okay? Why suddenly?" ask William curiously.

"So, Will. I just feel like my choice was wrong to stay in the Boleslav family. The mafia life I lived .. was different when I was with Rio and my father. There was too much pressure and I was always scared every day" she replied, looking sad.

William looked at his beloved pity. The agent held Sia's chin gently and kissed her lips longingly.

Sia closed her eyes. She misses the loving touch of her lover.

"Sia. I want to make sure one more time that this is all true and I want you to be honest. The reason I came here is because I believe in you. I'm also pretty sure that you still love me. What was my guess wrong?" tanya William looked at Sia sharply as if searching for a lie in her eyes.

"I love you so much, Will. I tried to forget you, but. You have played too much in my life" replied Sia staring at her lover.

William's smile was broken. She looks so happy because Sia still loves her.

William clasped his lover's hands and sat on the bedside. He pulled Sia's body and now the beautiful girl was on his lap.

Sia looked nervous when William looked at her as if he wanted to say something.

"Sia. Will you marry me?"

Sia surprised. He didn't expect William to want that from him. Sia nodded slowly, William's eyes widened instantly.

"really? You want to marry me? Promise never to run away again?" tanya William felt his breath as if stuck for a moment. Sia nodded with a flared smile.

"Oh!" he said he immediately hugged the slender body of Sia and made the beautiful girl join clutching the head of the lover.

Sia kissed William's head lovingly. William closed his eyes. He did not expect if Sia was willing to marry him after the previous invitation failed twice.

"Tomorrow. I want us to get married tomorrow" William said firmly while letting go of his embrace.

Sia was stunned until her eyes widened. "Tomorrow? In here?"

William nodded. Sia looks confused, but William convinces her that everything will go fine.

"OK," Sia replied with her innocent face. William's smile was broken.

That night, after the two let go of the longing by taking a bath together and having dinner, William and Sia slept together.

Both smiles look great. William hugged Sia from behind, wrapped in thick blankets with the sound of the roar of the waves as natural music lullaby.

Morning's approaching.

Sia smelled the delicious aroma of coffee and the vanilla fragrance of a cake. Sia opened her eyes and looked at the delicious breakfast before her.

"Good morning, Sweet heart. You sleep well. You're making us late" William said, wearing shoes, apparently preparing to leave.

"Too late? Where are we going?" sia asked confusedly and woke up slowly with my eyes.

William's smile was gone. "You forgot? We're getting married."

Sia's mouth immediately gaped. He remembered his promise last night. Sia's smile emanated and nodded slowly.

"I'll be ready" he said immediately getting out of his lazy bed.

He went into the bathroom to clean himself up. William got out of the cottage house and got into his car. William stared at the movement in the hut from the steering wheel.

William was curious about the function of his watch. He fiddled with the watch and was shocked when the mobile phone belonging to the mohawk-haired man bartering with him rang.

There's no number there. William hesitated when he received the call.

"Hallo?"

"What do you need, Will?" ask someone from the phone.

William's surprised. The voice from behind the phone was very familiar to him. The voice of one of the known agents.

"Liev? Is this you?" ask William to guess.

"Hi, Will. I can't believe you recognize my voice. So, what can I do for you?" ask Agent Liev.

"I'm leaving Russia with Sia today. Make sure our flight is smooth. So far, the mobsters have not shown up to bring Sia back," William replied nervously as he thought the call was from Yes, his new boss.

However, new suspicions arise in William's mind about Agent Liev's involvement.

"I've locked your position. It's just that Sia can't fly on a commercial plane. The mobsters have a kind of computer system that can track someone's whereabouts. Sia must be on the main search list. The only way to sail. I'll send you a yacht to pick you up" Agent Liev replied.

"OK, Liev. I leave it to you. Pick us up at midnight. I have important business this morning."

"important business? What'sthat?" ask Liev curious.

"Later I'll tell you. Thank you and see you," William hung up on his phone call.

Luckily, when the conversation was over, Sia was already seen preparing. William smiled and immediately got out of the car, back into the cottage house.

"Where have you been? I thought you were leaving me," asked Sia, looking annoyed.

"where possible. There you are, you leave me," replied William staring at his lover sharply.

Sia turned her lips around, but William quickly kissed her lover's lips. Sia was upset and hit her lover's arm. William chuckles. He could not resist the temptation not to judge his lover.

They both ate breakfast before leaving. William takes Sia to a church to register their marriage.

It's just that, since they were both American citizens and there were no witnesses to present, the pastor could not respond to William's request.

They speak Russian.

"You'd better get back to America and get married there. Don't be in a hurry, I can see you love each other. It's just that a marriage without witnesses for us is considered invalid. Sorry before," the pastor advised and William nodded.

Both of them came out of the church looking lethargic.

"This time I promise to marry you, Will. Mm, what if we asked a woman who was pretending to be a nun back then?" sia asked embracing her lover's arm as she went down the stairs.

William's forehead frowned trying to recall the incident when Sia refused to marry him.

"Oh, Cecil you mean?" william asked ascertained and Sia nodded.

"alright. We're going to ask Cecil and maybe my adoptive mother, Rika to be witnesses to both of us when we get married" William agreed with Sia's proposal.

William then invited Sia back to the cottage house to get ready immediately. He said it would take Sia out of Russia to return to the United States by water.

Sia did not mind and wanted to leave the continent immediately. William takes Sia away from the cottage house to the location given by Liev.

William's car was speeding. The two of them disguised themselves with wigs and glasses to avoid being recognized by the mafia who sought Sia's whereabouts on the advice of Liev.
