William returns to Virginia with agent Cecil. Cecil knew that William was angry and disappointed because his love clapped one hand. Cecil tried to mediate.

"William, where are we going?" cecil asked curiously because William wanted to take him back to the CIA office.

"I want to be re-assigned as an official agent" replied William quickly.

"Why? We see your movement is quite good" said Cecil judging.

"I want to report everything I know to Rika" replied William again.

"Sorry, Will. Rika is no longer active in the CIA. He is retired" said Cecil and his speech surprised him.

William braked his car and made it stop in the middle of the road in surprise.

Cecil then asked William to marginalize his vehicle so as not to block the road. William obeyed him and now he stared at Cecil sharply.

"Rika's been retired since you joined the special forces. Sorry I just told you this. When you decided to cross, Rika had retired only she asked for a break from wanting to make sure you chose the right path. However, his efforts were in vain, you still pursue Sia," Cecil added.

William was stunned and looked like he was losing. He didn't know if Rika was lying to him.

"Workaholics. Maybe that's why I'm not married and have children, just like Rika.
