It's a sunny day, at lunchtime. The same scene has been seen every day for the past four years. When two handsome doctors sat in the cafe inside the hospital.

"Hufts... It was exhausting today. I barely have time for lunch" Willy said, feeding a spoonful of food to his mouth.

"I'm also a lot of patients today" Marchel said. "I have an appointment this afternoon with my patient at the clinic." Marchel sipped a cup of the warm tea she had just ordered.

"Why don't you eat?" Willy glanced at his best friend, who some days looks less appetizing, during the day only ordered warm tea, sometimes accompanied by toast only.

"I'm not feeling the taste."

"Marchel, you're a doctor. You'll be laughed at if you get sick just because your diet isn't right."

Marchel only replied with a small ruckus. Occasionally his eyes glanced at the TV hanging in the room, which aired news that some days was very excited among the top of the hospital where he worked.

"The news is stirring. Yes, who would have thought if the sole heir of the Darmawan Group was still alive and would soon return from Germany," Willy said while chewing food.

"I think he really died in an accident like you said back then."

"The story is confusing. Rumors have it that he died in an accident with Mr. Surya Darmawan. His body was washed up in the river and was not found. Turns out he's alive. I'm so surprised." Willy looks enthusiastic when discussing the sole heir of the Darmawan Group.

"They said he was very young. She's only 21 years old, didn't you say you'd cut off all your girlfriends and go after her if she were alive? I heard she's a very pretty girl." Marchel gave a small laugh making Willy choke on the mineral water he had just gulped.

"Geez-uhuk!" Willy coughed so much that Marchel patted his back a little hard. "Where would he go with a doctor like us? He would definitely choose a chief director in a company that was worth it, not a doctor."

Marchel fell silent, his mind drifting back far away.

"It's lucky that the man who married her later. You know how rich the kingdom of Darmawan Group is. The company is everywhere, at home and abroad. Even this hospital and Pelita High School are only a small part of his assets. I bet the shoes are made of gold." Willy continued while shaking his head, thinking about how much wealth the Darmawan Group had.

"You're overreacting, Will."

Willy let out a long sigh, rubbing his chest slowly, "Qiandra Sheila Darmawan...

Our big boss."

"Yes... You surprised? Her middle name is like your wife's. I really wonder what his face looks like. The media never even managed to find him. Mr. Arman really took good care of him, he hid it like a pearl on the bottom of the ocean. Ahaha!"

"I'm not interested in that." Marchel played her index finger on the screen of her phone, staring at the plain face she missed so much.

"Yes, of course. You're only interested in Sheila, right..."

"Did you find any information about Sheila's whereabouts?" ask Willy.

They were walking to their respective rooms after lunch at the cafe.

"Not yet! I'm still looking for him."

"Patience! One day you'll definitely meet him again, it's just a matter of time."

"So, it's been four years that I've been looking for Sheila everywhere. But I haven't found him yet. I don't even know if she's okay or not, who she lives with. He was that angry at me until it disappeared for so long."

"I'm concerned" Willy said. He knew very well how Marchel struggled for four years desperately looking for his wife.

"But I will never get tired of waiting and looking for it. Because I love her so much."

Willy patted his best friend on the shoulder, "Come on, don't keep on being sad like this. If you are a match, one day you and Sheila will be together again.

In the distance, a female doctor is seen walking towards them.

Audry, who had only been accepted to work at the hospital a few weeks ago, was a Doctor Obgyn.

Marchel rolled her eyes lazily, when Audry was already in front of her.

"Good day, everybody!" he said with full confidence. However, neither Willy nor Marchel refused to accept the greeting.

"Marchel, I'll go first, see you." Willy stepped away leaving the two men behind. While Marchel, was about to enter his room, Audry clasped his wrist.

"Marchel wait!" audry.

"Let go!" Marchel threw Audry's hand violently.

"I want to apologize for what I did. I know I was wrong. But..."

"For me you're nothing more than a murderer!" Marchel quickly cut off Audry's talk. "And remember one thing, I didn't drag you to jail just because my mom was involved. But once Sheila comes back, everything will change. If he wants it, then I'll put you in jail."

Without saying much more, Marchel walked into her room and slammed the door hard, leaving Audry leaping in shock. The woman took a long breath.

"I'm not giving up. One day you're gonna bend your knees in front of me, Marchel."

Inside her room, Marchel dropped her body on the chair. Grabbing a small teddy bear she found in her son's grave four years ago. Marchel placed the doll on her desk, looking at her as she missed Sheila.

"Sheila's... Where are you, honey? I miss you so much" he said, wiping the little teddy bear.
