Caroline received Keano's tempe chips gladly. It apparently made Arnold's heart burn with jealous fire. After Keano returned to her shop, Arnold again approached Caroline and troubled the woman with some requests about the clothes in the store.

Caroline simply smiled stiffly and immediately ran away. Although he initially thought Arnold was stupid because of the tempe-flavored fish, but the thought instead haunted him and made memories appear in his head.
