Yes, since Nabila worked at Fatima's boutique she decided to live in her Boss' apartment as her sister Rehan requested when they stayed together at Rehan's apartment.

Fatima had just returned with her business outside, seen in the family room of her sister and nephew was busy watching TV who was airing Kevin's favorite cartoon. With hurry Fatima approached her second.
