Srikandi Tanah Pasundan
The Challenge for Doni

Airlangga's sturdy body stood in the dark. He let his long hair run. His chest which field left not covered a thread. His breathing was regular and his eyes were closed.

"You've been waiting for me apparently," his grin was cruel.

Slowly the sharp eyes of an eagle opened, the reddish pupils of his eyes seemed so suitable for a beautiful demon face.

"I'm flattered that you've been hunting me all this time" he took a deep breath and went back to talking to himself.

"In a moment we'll meet the beautiful, you owe me! Since we are now balanced, then this will be a very interesting fight …,"

Airlangga smiled widely and laughed. His loud laughter echoed to the end of his palace. Demon palace. A place shrouded in eternal magical fog, a place hidden between two dimensions.

Sari had awakened her warrior demon's passion back. Just by imagining Sari's face alone Airlangga immediately wanted to fight, test his strength, test his level of immortality, and test who was the greatest among his knights.

"I'll come to you soon!"

...----------------...

Sari and Doni still spend the night at Mr. Agus' house. He wanted to enjoy the atmosphere of the village, monitoring from afar the development of the demon invasion that was infested in the bodies of the young knights. Monitor Pandji and others from a distance and of course keep the Giandra as one part of the ancestral Sari breed.

Sari was late in meditation when Bayu came to greet her.

"Am I interrupting?" Bayu's voice greeted Sari gently, Sari smiled before opening her eyes.

"When not visiting, is there a need?" Sari turned to Bayu who was now sitting nearby while staring at the moon.

"Eclipses are about to happen, I just want to see them with the great woman next to me." she replied with a typical Flamboyant Bayu smile.

"Uhuuuk .. You made me choke Bay!" Sari laughed amusedly at Bayu's words.

"May your husband not hear it, I will be lectured until dawn!" Worrying about Doni being around them.

Sari laughed again, "Just this time I saw you scared of Doni,"

"Hmm, how is he the only one who can come in and out of my house just to ask me to help keep you from awakening the demon spirit within you!"

Bayu's words were enough to make Sari slack, he did not think his beloved husband upset Bayu, the handsome man he knew when he met in Kasepuhan.

"He's your wonderful guardian!" whispered Bayu with a ignorant smile.

"Yaaa, you're right he's everything for me. As a husband and also as my guardian too!"

(He is everything to me, as my husband and my guardian!)

The two of them threw smiles at each other then, compactly gazing towards the darkening moon.

"The process begins," Bayu said softly while sighing lightly.

"Satanic glory?" sari asked curiously without looking at Bayu.

"Hhm, based on such a prophecy. But it seems that the devil has manipulated the situation. Another thing will happen, the opening of the book Dead by the girl of witch descent."

"Michael?"

"The girl named Mikaila will open and read it. But rather, someone would come to help her from another dimension!"

Bayu then explained to Sari about Welas, Asih's twin brother who had once become a great witch in his time. Welas, the daughter of the mpu who is now in the captivity of the demon king.

Aghast at hearing Bayu's story, Sari captures a veiled mission charged to Alaric's first son. He still continued to listen to Bayu telling a serious story but then his hand coded Bayu to stop talking.

"He's coming," Sari's eyes instantly glinted reddishly.

"So he's the author and owner of the book, it's amazing!"

The eyes of Sari and Welas in Mika's body were roaring. A faint smile was seen from the figure of Welas, he knew Sari was looking at him. Sari nodded as a sign of respect so did Welas.

Sari simply observes and chooses not to listen to what conversation Pandji and Mika possessed by Welas. All he knew was that they were learning a soul-transfer spell. Ancient mantra that also had Sari learned from Bayu.

"Pandji is quite great as well, his ability is on par with his father who is so easy to learn science in just a short time." Sari was amazed by Pandji's ability, he was only seventeen but his prowess was on par with his immortal self.

"His destiny is as Satrio Pamungkas Sar, so it's no wonder that he can easily master various sorceries quickly." Bayu added.

"You're right, so what's your purpose here? Tea party in the garden?" Sari turned to Bayu when the moon had returned to normal.

"Is there a coffee option? I need a little caffeine, "he replied with a witty grin.

Sari laughed as Doni joined them.

"Well, there's a distant guest apparently? Long time no see Bay, how are you?"

Doni greeted me kindly.

"Hmm, we only met a few nights ago, right? You forced me to come help!" Bayu showed his annoyed expression.

Doni chuckles at Bayu's face and his protest style. "I'm sorry, but without your help .. I can't beat Sari," Doni drank his coffee one sip that is now no longer warm.

There are doubts that arise from the words of Doni and it is also felt by Sari.

"Sorry," Sari touched Doni's arm gently trying to calm her husband's anxiety.

Bayu sighed heavily, "That was also my purpose here." Bayu changed his sitting position facing Sari and Doni.

"Your job as Sari's guard will be even heavier Don, you should be able to master the demon spirit seal spell in Sari's body!"

Bayu looked at Sari and Doni alternately and then resumed his words, saying,

"Airlangga has risen and is now training herself with new magic. If the seal spell is not fully mastered, it is not impossible that Sari will get out of control!"

"You mean ... am I being evil?" Sari was a little unsure of the question.

Bayu nodded, "Yes, and you will be overrun by Airlangga. I suspect Airlangga will take you as his ally, in another sense .. um," Bayu hesitantly continued.

"Sari's the companion? That's what you mean?" Doni immediately responded, he replied with a serious expression and was also annoyed.

Sari was surprised, she reflexively looked at Doni. What Bayu fears could happen, Sari does not want herself to be part of the darkness for good.

Unlike Sari, Bayu can only smile wryly, the fact that Doni will compete with other handsome-looking demons to defend Sari is inevitable. There's only one way to overcome that, mastering the guard's spell.

I lost to the devil? Sure enough, ugly like this I am part of the high quality husband line!
