"Listen, if we had two hundred men in a horde going through this cornfield, we would have been caught. So I'm going to split our squads into just five people per squad."
"Every squad should continue to hide and kill as many goblins as possible. I can't tell you what the target is but at least kill thirty goblins per squad."
"After successfully killing the goblin, hide his corpse in the field. Two of the most important things in this mission, we need to be quick and don't make a sound."
"You understand?" Eugene asked with his soldiers in a whispering voice.
"Understand captain." The soldiers replied in whispers.
Eugene then divided all his members into forty squads of five in each of his squads.
"Alright, you all split up and launch the mission, good luck."
"Execute" the soldiers replied and immediately dispersed.
As previously explained, this food barn is in the middle of the corn field. And there are also many branching roads that connect the main road with the granary. Along the way the goblins roam around guarding the barns they control.
As the goblins passed by, the soldiers would emerge from within the rows of corn trees and slit their throats. Pull the body inside and repeat it continuously.
Noiselessly, unwittingly, after hours and hours of everything went very smoothly, hundreds of goblins were successfully slaughtered without causing any casualties on Eugene's side.
Currently Eugene and several soldiers who were in a group with him were hiding in the middle of the field. Breathe in for a moment while staking out the next target.
"Alright, there are five goblins out there. We're doing it fast."
Eugene's squad quickly killed the goblin, after the goblin died, they all worked together to pull his corpse into the fields.
"Uurgh, help me lift this one." Eugene with difficulty lifting one of the fat goblins.
Not yet able to hide all the corpses of the goblins, a goblin riding a wolf without any sign jumped towards one of Eugene's squads and injured him.
Eugene and his team who are not currently hiding meet a goblin wolf rider. Eugene and his team prepare to kill them and pull out their weapons.
*Wuusshhh, several other wolf-riding goblins appeared before Eugene's squad and attacked them continuously.
"Goblin rider well, and again this much. Where they all come from."
Sweat poured out of his face and Eugene began to resign.
They were cornered surrounded by a dozen goblin riders, currently Eugene and all of his members turned their backs on each other.
As if he had understood the fate of all of them, the fear and resignation had turned into a high fighting spirit, with pride Eugene and his men they raised their swords and prepared to kill them all even if they had to die here.
"My soldiers, it's an honor to fight with you. Let's end it all here. live as soldiers, die as soldiers!"
"As usual you always amazed us captain, when we all resigned to our death you stood tall like a leader." One of his soldiers spoke in the middle of the goblin siege.
"What are you talking about? Whatchu mean?" With her face Eugene asked.
"Hehe, I agree too. There's no way we're gonna let our great captain die in a place like this."
Said another soldier.
"All of you, what are you all planning! I would rather die than leave you all!" Eugene scolded the entire group.
One of the other soldiers looked at Eugene's face.
"There must be someone to help Mr. Rondo. Captain Eugene save our village, our hometown!"
*bupp, one of the soldiers pushes Eugene down into the cornfield. Distracting the goblin was only to his warrior warriors.
"May luck be with you!" they yelled at Eugene at the end of their lives.
With regret, Eugene ran aimlessly away from his warrior warriors down the cornfield crying and mourning for his soldiers.
....
Turning to the border of the Northern forest, the fight against the goblins led by Joseph Vaustine is still ongoing.
"Godghhh!" Vaustine and the rest of the army attacked the goblins.
The sixth wave of the goblin force was successfully stopped, the rest of the surviving soldiers rearranged the ranks and waited for the final wave of goblins.
"Sixth wave is done. I don't know how we survived until now. That was two thousand goblins against four hundred people." Vaustine took a long breath.
"Hey you give me a report! How many soldiers are left." Vaustine asked one of the army leaders from the village.
"Report! The total remaining soldiers at the moment were two hundred and sixty-eight people." The soldier answered.
"Two hundred wounded warriors faced the seventh wave of Goblin Horde. The scouting team inside the forest had already been slaughtered so we had no information about the seventh wave we were about to face. However, my estimate is around 2500 goblins."
"Alright I've concluded, this is impossible! Me and all of my bandits are gonna get out of here right now." Vaustine was really preparing to ride his horse with all his bandits.
"Hey Vaustine! Where you want to escape! Have you forgotten about the blood contract that you agreed to with Lord Rondo!?" One of the leaders of the village soldiers shouted to Vaustine.
"Don't be stupid, the contract is me and all my members must attack the goblin seriously and not play. All this time I've been seriously attacking them. I was only asked to attack them seriously not to sacrifice my life."
"If there is a possibility that even if only a few of these combined forces can win the fight then I won't be able to escape. But the current situation is the same as suicide! This is no longer a strategy or a tactic. You'd better run away while you've got some stupid soldier." Vaustine got on his horse and left immediately.
Just as they were about to flee, a swarm of people came from the opposite direction towards where the Northern army was.
"Boss! Look there!" One of the bandits called Vaustine.
*Drap drap drap, pounding the legs of the horse from the horde to the battle field of the Northern army.
One of the men from the mob goes down and confronts Vaustine.
"The reinforcements from the village hall as well as the patrol troops are ready to help the Northern troops! The number of reinforcements was one hundred and eighty people!"
A new hope for the Northern army, the village soldiers were excited and cheered with joy, while Vaustine and his men looked very upset.
"Damn! this is how I can't escape. You shouldn't have come and given hope to this army." Vaustine was upset and got off his horse.
Vaustine walked forward, standing among the remaining troops shouting his words as the leader of the war.
"Damn you all!! I don't want to die!!!! The chances are very small and the worst possibility is that we will all be slaughtered!" Vaustine shouted in an indistinct tone.
"Do you want to die fucking people!?" Vaustine shouted louder to all the soldiers.
"Tiidaakk!!!" Everyone shouted in response to Vaustine.
" So shut up and follow all my orders! We're going to strike back at that bastard goblin from now on!
"Wraghhhhh!!!!!" Everyone without exception held up their weapons high and shouted with a tempestuous breath. Can they survive against the last wave of goblins.
