Juna looked at Naina with teary eyes, he brought a red map and placed it on the table.
Naina gulped at Juna's illegible expression, even more so when Juna snapped at him. Something Juna had never done before.

The morning before Juna and Naina meet. Juna went to work as usual. That morning Juna received important news from Ardi, with his panicked face Ardi approaching the boss who was sitting in his chair.
"Sir! I've got it. I've got it" Ardi ran over to Juna with a panicked face carrying his phone.
"Can what? why are you so upset?' ask Juna who is busy with documents piled up on the table.
"That doctor I got his cell phone number. Our men have found him, and as you might expect, the doctor is hiding"
Juna's eyes glanced at Ardi, his hands stopped signing the documents on his desk. His focus was scrapped listening to Ardi who got news about the Maldives doctor.
"Call him, don't call! video Call only!" juna's word to Ardi
"Alright sir, I will connect" replied Ardi nodding obediently. Ardi picked up his phone and filmed the calls of the people Juna had hired in the Maldives.
It did not take long for them to lift the video call, seen there the doctor tied up on the table with 3 of Juna's men.
"Hello boss, this is the doctor" said a man in sunglasses on Juna
"You who? why are you doing all this? I don't even know you?!!" ask the doctor in English
"We don't know each other. But I had to know the doctor. I'll have my people let go of the doctor if the doctor answers some of my questions honestly!" Juna shows his damage, a different figure when he faces Naina.
"What question??"
"It's about a girl named Ninaina Alisya Aditama" Juna replied while showing a photo of Naina to the doctor by phone
The doctor's eyes were rounded looking at Naina's photo, like she still remembered the figure of the patient she had treated.
"Seeing from your face, like you know what happened to this girl? was I wrong doctor?" juna asked as he held his own two hands, and stared intently at the doctor.
"I don't know anything, I've never met him" the doctor replied
"Doctor, don't you want to confess? if you don't want to confess, I will ask my people to end your life right now" Juna threatened the doctor who made the people around him stunned.
Naina's secret I need to break.
"I really don't know!" exclaimed the doctor who must maintain the confidentiality of his patient information. It had already become a code of ethics in his work.

"I will send you the documents, please see the documents" replied the doctor with a sad face.
After the conversation, Juna asks Ardi to print the documents sent by the doctor to him via mobile phone. Juna read the document carefully, so surprised that Juna's body collapsed sitting on the chair.
"Sir.. why??" tanya Ardi was surprised to see Juna's face that looked shocked.
"No. is impossible.. Naina's..." Juna held his head which suddenly felt tired. Juna looks sad.

"Sir President!!" Ardi did not understand why Juna was like that.
"Ardi, clear my schedule this afternoon"
"So, meeting?" ask Ardi
"Cancel! I want to meet Naina" said Juna with a frustrated face, he squeezed the document.
"Good sir" Ardi obeyed
What the hell's going on? the results of the doctor's examination, what?. Ardi wondered with the documents that Juna read, he was curious.

"Just look at this!!"yelled Juna while throwing the document at Naina
"You can't scream!" exclaimed Naina who was shocked because she had never seen Juna that emotional. Naina reads the document that Juna threw, she is surprised to find a report about her illness there. "Juna, are you investigating me?!" naina asked in anger
"I thought you would regret and apologize for hiding it from me, I didn't think you were even angry" Juna with his cynical smile that showed deep disappointment.
"June.."Naina is confused to explain what to Juna, her hands trembling
"If I hadn't investigated it, maybe I would never have known! because you don't want to talk, you always say you're okay. This big problem you hid from me. What do you think of me as, Nai?? am I your fiancee?" juna asked in a disappointed voice, she was disappointed heavily at Naina.

"I'm sorry Jun.I'm sorry. But please don't tell them, I'll tell them when the time comes, Jun..After the wedding I'll tell them, I promise" Naina cried begging Juna, clasping Juna's hand tightly.
"Naina, you really are.." before he could finish his words, Juna was surprised to see towards Naina.
"Ohuk!" Blood spurts from Naina's mouth, flooding her blue-coloured blouse.
"DWELL!!" Juna holds Naina's hand, the woman's body collapses and falls into Juna's arms limply. But his eyes are still wide open. "I'm taking you to the hospital"

"Ninaa!!" yelled Juna furiously with both of the burly hands supporting Naina's body. He panicked to see Naina vomit blood in front of him.
"Promise first, you don't tell my family that I'm sick" she asked in a faint voice
"Nai, don't be rich I can't!" Juna refuses Naina's request to keep her secret.
"Just until tomorrow, please keep it a secret"
"Naina you are..."
"If you don't promise, I won't go to the hospital" Naina threatened her fiance with risking her life.
Not bear to see the condition of Naina, finally by being forced to agree to keep Naina's condition secret until tomorrow, the day Kelvin and Keira's marriage will take place.
"I've promised, so we go to the hospital huh" Juna's voice began to soften looking at the pale Naina with blood all over her mouth.

Naina was immediately rushed to the ER room. Theo examines Naina's condition, oxygen hoses and infusions attached to Naina's body when Theo diagnoses that Naina is deficient in fluids and severe anemia.
In front of the ER room..

The door of the room opened, Theo wearing his doctor's suit and an eared stethoscope came out of the room. With a quick step Juna approached Theo.
"Theo, what about Naina? he's not papa?" ask Juna worriedly
"He had severe anemia, fluid deficiency and I also found that there were indications of chemotherapy drugs on his body. Juna..
