While waiting for his wife to wake up, Bryan talks to the doctor who treated Naina, Firlan's doctor. Firlan's doctor apologizes for her hiding Naina's illness from the family. It is his duty to protect the wishes of his patients. Including Naina's desire to hide her illness. Bryan had no problem with it, he just wanted Naina to get well no matter how.
Doctor Firlan explains that the only way is to perform spinal cord surgery.
"That means there should be a family-matching spinal cord?" bryan asked the doctor with a stressed face

"Then, just take my bone marrow! I'm Naina's twin sister, doc!" kelvin said as he got out of his chair, he approached the doctor with a red face. The wedding day, which should be a happy day for the newlyweds, became a day full of tears.
Meanwhile, Juna, Nisha and Theo listen to the conversation. Keira was in her mother-in-law's room, waiting for her kiss.
"We can't do it yet, before doing a match test" replied Doctor Firlan
"That means I have to have that test? just test me doctor, test now!" kelvin
"Papa's going to send everyone to the hospital to do the test" Bryan said, taking his phone, looking unsettled. Bryan called someone, he walked away from Naina's room. He'll have everyone from his family do a spinal cord test.
"But even though we have done a match test we still can not do surgery for Ms. Ninaina" explained Dr. Forlan.
"Why can't you?"kelvin was confused
"Operation can only be done if Ms. Ninaina is awake and her body condition improves. But at the moment he is not awake and still in a coma" explained doctor Firlan with his sad face.
"Then when will my sister get along?" kelvin asked, hoping his sister would wake up soon.
"I'm sorry sir, I can't predict that" Doctor Firlan replied in a weak voice
"How can you not predict it?!! are you a doctor or not?!!" kelvin shouted as he pulled the young doctor's white coat and shook the body of Doctor Firlan.
Theo pulls Kelvin away from Firlan's doctor, then he tries to calm his best friend down. "Vin, calm down Vin. It's a hospital, don't fuss here. Your anger won't make Naina sober. Be calm! think clearly" Theo reminds Kelvin to be calm in dealing with all this. Thinking rationally and not expressing emotions.
Kelvin sat back with his empty eyes, staring sadly at Naina's room. Nisha saw from the window of the room, Naina lying unconscious with many hoses attached to her body. There was also the sound of a machine filling the room, a sound that might be uncomfortable to hear. The sound of life and death, "Tit.. Tit...Tits..."
"Nai, you must heal Nai.." Nisha's hand touched the window, she shed tears for her best friend who lay in a coma inside.
In the nursery of Alma. Keira sat down beside Alma, she was still wearing her wedding dress. Her mother-in-law was still unconscious after 2 hours of fainting.
Shortly thereafter, Alma slowly opened her eyes. He looked at the whitewashed room around him, the pungent smell of medicine was smelled by him. His eyes looked around the room, he saw Keira beside him.
"Ma.. mama.. is it conscious?" keira asked relieved to see that her mother-in-law was awake
"Where is Naina?" that was the first thing Alma asked as soon as she came to her senses from her fainting.
"Naina. she's..."
Alma moved out of her bed with a panicked face and a staggering body. "Mama has to meet Naina" Alma said as she pulled out the infusion hose attached to her hand.
"Ma. mama is still weak, mama fell asleep first yes" pinta Keira who was anxious to see the condition of her mother-in-law, moreover saw her pale face.
"Naaina..Naina my son.." Alma dyed here and there, the woman cried. She walks out of her room, followed by Keira behind her.
Alma seemed to lose her mind, she walked barefoot with shaky steps. Juna looked at Alma and held Alma's hand. "Auntie.."
"Juna, where's Naina? Naina where's Juna? why are we in the hospital?" alma asked the prospective daughter-in-law, holding her hand Alma looked at Juna full of hope.
"Naina's in the ward, auntie." replied Juna limp
"What's Naina doing there? shouldn't he be home?" alma asked with a confused face.
"Mama... Mama is conscious?" kelvin asked his mom.
As Alma walks toward her eldest son, she keeps asking where Naina is to Kelvin over and over again. Alma told her son that she had a dream that Naina vomited blood and was taken to the hospital.
"Well, it wasn't a dream, Naina was actually taken to the hospital. Naina is sick..Naina is sick with cancer, the same as Almh's grandmother's disease" Kelvin tried to resuscitate his mother from the shock that had hit Alma due to Albry's death. She doesn't want her mother's heart to be hurt again, and her circumstances to be dropped just like the time Alma lost Albry.
"No!! Naina is not sick, Naina is healthy!! Your sister is fine, Vin. Your sister is fine! you must be kidding, right? Naina is healthy, she's not sick at all..Naina.. is fine Vin" exclaimed Alma as she struck Kelvin slowly to vent all her sadness and anger. Alma did not believe that her son was seriously ill.
"Yes ma, Naina will be fine..Naina will definitely recover" Kelvin hugged his mama. The mother and son calmed each other down.
Everyone there saw how shocked Alma knew her son was sick and in a coma. They are sad because Naina, the cheerful and smiling child will suffer from a deadly disease. He also hid his own illness in a bitter smile. How many hearts did Naina break seeing Naina's current state? all of this was so sudden, especially for her family. Will the girl have the same fate as her grandmother? or will he be healed?
After her condition calmed down, Alma and Bryan entered the room where Naina was lying in a coma. With shaky steps, Alma approached her daughter whom she loved dearly. Bryan followed Alma from behind.
"Darling to wake up, son" he said, clasping Naina's hand and kissing her."Aren't you just like mom, who hates hospitals? then he quickly woke up, dear.. If anything happened to you, how will mama live? mama has lost your sister, do not let mama lose you also dear.mama.hiks.mama can no longer afford Nai. please wake up dear..Mama, papa and everyone are waiting for you." "I want to wait for Naina until she wakes up" Alma said, not getting out of her chair
"Naina will be angry if she realizes later, you stubbornly do not want to rest and do not want to eat. Naina will be disappointed and sad, if you are like this dear" Bryan advised his wife to stay strong for Naina. Naina herself will not be happy if her mother slumped because of her circumstances. "I don't want Naina to be sad" Alma replied as she held Naina's hand, she reluctantly left Naina there.
"If you don't want Naina to be sad, we go home first. Eat, rest and change clothes. Believing in God that Naina will be awake and healed soon" explains Bryan trying to be sure that his daughter will be healed.
"What if God takes someone precious to us again? I can't afford Bry.." Alma lowered her head with a sad face.
"Honey, let's be strong! let's think positive for Naina's safety. There are still many people who love Naina, they must be praying for Naina's safety. Naina can definitely get through it, we have to believe that our child is strong! we must also be as strong as him! you remember, what Naina said when I got a fever first?" Bryan reminds Alma of Naina's childhood.

In Bryan and Alma's room, Bryan was still lying in his room that was not as usual that always sports on Sunday morning.

"Thank you dear" Bryan smiled at his wife.
Alma came out of the room and walked towards the kitchen. He saw the little girl reading comics while lying on the carpet. She was Naina when she was 7 years old. On the sofa there is also Kelvin is busy playing games on his mobile phone.
"Mama!!" call the little girl to her mama, she approaches the mama who will walk towards the kitchen
"Dear what's wrong?" tanya Alma stopped her steps
"Where's papa ma? he said you want me to run to the park in the morning, but why haven't you got up yet?" asked Naina with a frown that was wrinkled because waiting for her papa from this morning did not come out of the room.
"Oh.sorry yes dear, rich papa you forget and never had time to tell. Papa you can't walk this Sunday" Alma's class with a sad face
"Why ma?" asked Naina with pursed lips.
"Papa you're sick"
"Papa sick?!!" Little Naina was flabbergasted in panic hearing her papa was sick. She ran without asking her mother anything more. Naina ran to her parents' room.
Alma just smiled looking at her daughter. "If his papa business alone he must always be excited, I became a little jealous" muttered Alma then stepped away towards the kitchen.
Naina approaches her papa in the room, she sees Bryan lying down with his warm blanket. "Father!!"
"Eh baby? I'm sorry you couldn't run this morning" Bryan rubbed his son's head gently. Naina put her little hand on Bryan's forehead.
"No papa pah. Mama said, papa is sick again huh? it turns out that papa didn't lie" Naina was sure that her papa was sick
"What's? haha. lah is the time of papa lying" Bryan chuckled, even though his body felt uncomfortable. The situation feels better because there is a favorite daughter there.
With her anxious behavior, Naina checks her papa's condition like a doctor on her patient. Bryan just shook his head to see his little daughter.
A few minutes later, Alma came with compresses, porridge and medicine for her husband. Naina immediately grabbed her mama, she took a small towel and squeezed the towel out.
"Darling, what do you want??" alma asked her daughter who was compressing Bryan's head with a wet towel.
"I'll take care of papa! papa must be healed, I will be strong for papa's sake.I can not be sad sad, if I am sad papa later the situation even more drop" said Naina while smiling at her papa.
"Where did you learn words like this?" Bryan smiled and pinched Naina's cheek in a fit of anxiety.
"Hehe, said our teacher's mother should be strong for the person we love. When our loved ones are sick, don't be sad! but we have to be strong and be a force for that person to heal quickly" Naina explained to her papa and mama
Naina is like the sun shining brightly for those around her. He is always encouraging and always smiles under any circumstances.

"Not say I'm mah, but said the teacher's mother" Naina replied with her innocent face. Alma and Bryan smiled looking at Naina.

"I never forget Bry, I never forget.hiks.." Alma cried remembering her child
