Kidnaping

Suherman accepts Jerry's advice with a happy face, but he tells him to keep a close eye on their progress, so that investors can improve.

"So far sir, investors are still waiting for the certainty of this case. The project is still running. Only consumer and investor confidence has declined due to conflicting employee conditions" Jerry said.

Suherman has fully accepted the company's certainty of employee conflict. But he showed an adviser to change this condition for the better and not for too long.

Jerry had received Suherman's instructions to be stronger in understanding this matter with a serious face. Then they leave the room to return to their respective jobs. Suherman goes to meet Fida in the kitchen.

Arriving in the kitchen they chatted together with a cup of warm tea made by Fida in the kitchen. And asked for proof of voice recording so that it could be processed as evidence to be taken to the police station.

Fida received this recording and started hearing it through his phone. It just so happens that the voice recording is connected to the mobile phone, so when the recording process is complete, the sound can be played.

Suherman heard that they were the perpetrators of the incident in the warehouse by entering the sound of the handset form both ears, then heard Rio and Sakti's words.

Hearing that, Suherman had an angry face and wanted to immediately bring this to the police station by standing up from his chair.

Fida prevents by holding her hand and advises her to be patient. Because road mediation is good so as not to lose. "If reported to the police, investors will stamp the company has a bad employee, and if mediation is successful then the company will be clean from bad employees" Fida told Suherman while telling to be patient.

Fida told him to return the evidence to her and kept it with a smile.

Suherman accepted all of that and entrusted it to him, standing up from the chair with a patiently restrained face.

Fida told Suherman to focus on work and various office activities. So was she in order to be able to give the mediation speed to Rio and Sakti.

Suherman went back to work in the room and did office activities as usual.

Rio and Sakti were discussing together in the kitchen of the hall which happened to be unused by the clerk. "What if it's better to kidnap Fida so he can't report the case to the police, he's a victim anyway, so he can't testify" Sakti told Rio.

"I agree that if Fida gets kidnapped after work, we take him in a car and wrap him in a sack. Then let it be in the forest." Rio told Sakti.

Fida is preparing tea and snacks in the kitchen, Suherman comes to take dinner at home after work. He accepted the offer with a smiling face, shaking hands.

Fida returned to work delivering food to the desk of the employee, then when he entered the room, many office employees saw with a cynical face. He was nervous and put the table on the employee by saying excuse me to a male employee and walked out again by seeing many employees looking with a cynical face.

He was shocked at being treated like a criminal, but patiently and calmly faced those who did not know anything and closed the door of the clerk calmly.

Fida stood up by stroking his chest and said patiently and steadfastly to face this with gusto. He then went back to the kitchen to wash dishes and glasses with a tap water rinse.

Evening arriving, Fida prepared to get down from the stairs of the employees, while walking to the office yard, Rio and Sakti called him, telling him to come closer to the car.

Suherman walked towards the exit, he peeked at the two of them chatting in the car park area, behind the glass of the building, standing near the exit. Then there's a message on the phone coming in and looking at the contents of Fida sent to cancel dinner today.

Suherman sent two security guards to help follow Fida from the back of his car ride because he was suspicious of Rio and Sakti's invitation.

They took a car out of the office gate to a forest area on the edge of town. Suherman also followed along with two office guards, one guard driving a car with speed. Suherman sat at the back, feeling suspicious of Rio and Sakti frantically-faced.

Fida sat in the back, Rio and Sakti sitting in front carrying a speeding car. "Where are we going?" said Fida.

Rio and Sakti remained silent and speeded the car towards the quiet and cold forest area coincidentally down a drizzling rain. Fida was frightened by holding the car door with a panicked face.

Up at the top of the forest, they go down with Fida also told Rio to get down from the car, happened to be the driver and opened the car door at the back door and pulled Fida down with a confused face.

Rio and Sakti were standing before Fida looking confused because they should eat at the city stall while discussing. But Rio conveyed the discussion here and Rio picked up the sack and rope raffia in the car seat.

Rio then told Fida to forcefully enter the sack. But he refused because it was so strange.

Then Rio put the sack over his head and Sakti held both hands to tie with the rope. Fida rebelled by kicking his leg and shaking his entire body to escape.

Suherman got down from the car with the two guards and ran towards Rio and Sakti, pushing the two of them backwards and then they ran towards the car.

"Are you okay?" suherman ran over to Fida.

"No sir, thank you for saving me."

Rio and Sakti looked frantically at the director and got in the car, rewinded the car and left them in the middle of the forest.

Suherman told Fida to get in the car with two office guards and start the journey home to Suherman at night.

"Look sir, Rio and Sakti told me that he still wants to discuss it. But I was surprised how they took me to a faraway forest and put me in a sack and in a rope. But lucky that I was saved by the father happened to come, I thank the father" Fida told Suherman along the way.

Arriving at Suherman's house, Fida told him to change clothes in the bathroom and gave him clothes that fit to wear, security guards were also given change of clothes.

They also headed to the dining table to enjoy the dishes that had been provided by the household assistant along with the security guard.

Fida was happy to see Mr. Suherman care about the employees by hosting dinner with respect.

Fida also talked to Suherman about his favorite events and daily activities while enjoying good food. The security guard laughed when Fida started laughing at Suherman and the two guards.
