After eating, they were told to go to the television room to watch interesting shows.

They sat together, enjoying a small snack in a jar of snacks while talking and laughing sitting on a large carpet with a big screen television.

Suherman talks to Fida about Rio and Sakti being unable to mediate the matter, as the company needs certainty.

Fida replied to be more patient as he was trying to finish well.

Suherman gave the idea that Fida, Rio and Sakti be shut down from the office so that the compromise process goes well.

Fida accepts this idea wisely, but the reason for the holiday so that Rio and Sakti are not caught needs to be thought of again.

Suherman gave reasons for Rio and Sakti leave to be more productive at work. Fida received the input well and hoped this time could provide a calm compromise.

Fida stood up, looked at the two of them with angry faces and pulled the collar of their clothes together, to settle the case tomorrow.

Rio and Sakti silently did not react, but Fida stared with an angry face and told the two of them to go home from the boarding house.

In the morning, Fida entered work, headed for the kitchen room preparing a cup of tea, then he brought it into the director's room by chance had not yet arrived, so he put it on the table.

Suherman also hurled harsh words to the two of them sitting down to bow their heads because they had a bad employee, but Suherman wanted to fire them both. But Fida advised to remain patient.

Around 10am, all the servants gathered in the hall room sitting without knowing the reason, by Suherman's order.

It seems that entertainment is also present covering this incident which was deliberately called Suherman to record Rio and Sakti.

Fida and the perpetrator in the warehouse with the director standing in the hall stage were equipped with a voice recorder and video camera standing upright in front of the chair, to prove this in order to clear the company's good name.

Suherman told them to open their mouths before him and the camera that was already in front of him.

Suherman, Jerry, Fida stood with a tense face looking at Rio who had to admit all their mistakes.

"I'm Rio, admitting guilt for the incident in the warehouse and holding Fida, because I'm angry with him" Rio told all sitting employees.

The entire employee who heard that was confused by Rio. But a high-ranking official sitting in front stood up and scolded Rio harshly for not being fit to go to work again here.

The entire staff looked uneasy with the reaction of a high official and sneered at Rio.

Rio was silent and just sat down looking at them with a flat face. Then Suherman stood up to calm down the rest of the employees who were getting restless.

All employees were calm, Fida told Rio to get up from sitting and Sakti sat alternately facing the camera in front of the camera.

Sakti started admitting mistakes to all employees and in front of the video camera was on.

Sakti seemed nervous to see the faces of all the servants and high officials who were sitting. So does the entertainment covering Sakti.

"I'm Sakti, pleading guilty to keeping Fida in the warehouse. And I promise I won't do this again.

All the employees seemed to be cheering including the top company officials blaspheming Sakti from the top of the hall stage.

Suherman told them to calm down using a voice microphone. The entire staff looked calm and sat down listening to Suherman's orders.

Suherman told Sakti to get up and out of his seat and go to the kitchen accompanied by two security guards.

Fida also stood facing all employees with a microphone and video camera and entertainment is recording.

Suherman stood behind Fida, Jerry, and the security guard leader stood with a tense face.

All the officials and high-ranking officials looked at Fida with a tense face. He was standing on stage in a janitor's uniform.

Fida began to convey this to all sitting employees hoping that he would change all of these employees for the better.

"Good morning everyone, this incident is a lesson for all of us. But I as a victim was angry with both of them, but we have to forgive the deed freely. So I said that Rio and Sakti will not be extended in the police force" said Fida.

All the employees who heard this seemed confused by Fida's intention to convey it and sneered.

Suherman looked silent and looked at the restless servants.

Fida stood facing all the servants, and had expected in his heart that everyone was unhappy about this. But he was silent and remained calm.

Fida returns to the kitchen and is guided by two security guards who hold him. Suherman walked forward wisely and began to calm them all down.

All the employees stood up and returned to their respective rooms without any comment from them, as Suherman was banned and returned to work as usual.

Suherman was in the room along with the company advisor talking about this at the office desk with a cup of tea.

He saw the investment chart is still not going up, even though there is entertainment, but felt it is unlikely that the company's confidence returned to normal.
