Fida this morning entered work with a face of passion. While going to work, two young boarding children began to follow him on foot with angry faces from behind to get out of his hostel alley.

Fida looks surprised, seeing two young boarding children, but still act ordinary, until in front of the alley. As he left, two boarding children stood up with angry faces looking at him. But Fida remained calm and indifferent.

Arriving at the office, Fida heads to the kitchen room to put his bag and pick up cleaning supplies in his kitchen warehouse, enter the men's bathroom to fill the water in the bucket and put the floor cleaning detergent to mop in the corridor of the second-floor office.

While mopping the floor at 08:00 a.m., Handoko passed in front of Fida and drooled from her mouth into Fida's mop bucket.

Fida scolds and pulls Handoko's collar, telling her to forcefully replace the mop bucket with fresh detergent water and follow her to the bathroom and bring the bucket with a new detergent water mixture.

Handoko was speechless seeing her reaction out loud, and followed her orders without speaking a word.

Then Fida told her to leave, from the second-floor corridor and return to work as usual while shaking her head while mopping the floor.

Handoko came down with an annoyed face, and thought of a way to teach Fida a lesson while hitting the wall of the building.

Finished cleaning the floor of the corridor, Fida noticed there was a small surveillance camera right at the end of the corridor, in front of the kitchen. He went to the office's camera surveillance room and went inside immediately.

Then Fida had officers open the video file yesterday at about 2 pm in front of his kitchen and saw the condition of the kitchen room that was scrambled to dirty. It turned out that Handoko who ruffled her kitchen to get dirty all the time until it happened that Suherman came to scold her.

Then Fida told the video clerk to call Mr. Suherman to go to the room immediately. He saw showing video evidence to the director, it turns out the director realized that Handoko was the one who littered his kitchen.

The director immediately called Handoko by the office phone. Then he walked into the room and told her to look at the video of him on the monitor screen. He was shocked and silent at the action. The director immediately scolded Handoko in the office's surveillance camera room, but Fida told the director to be patient and not have to scold her for threatening her health.

The director then sent Handoko and Fida into his room to scold again in front of Fida. But he told her to be patient while stroking her shoulders and told her to issue the first warning letter to him.

Handoko fell silent unable to say to the director and Fida looked with an ordinary face but the director was already angry at him.

Even Fida also told the recurs this morning that he did it again and told me that yesterday did not skip work. The director held back his anger and wrote a 50 percent pay cut letter this month for him. Handoko received the letter with a sad face.

Then Handoko returned to work in the courtyard of the building, sweeping slowly with a sad face. Fida sees Handoko from a distance and goes back to work.

When Fida returned to work, Rio and Sakti stood in front of his kitchen table and forbade entry. He was astonished and silent for a moment, then left but the two of them remained standing there with astonished faces.

Arriving at the office monitoring room, he told the officers to open the video file today and saw them both recorded blocking Fida from working.

Fida calls back into the office monitoring room and sees evidence that they both are blocking him from working.

Fida saw that the camera was very small but covered with white so they were confused to see the location of the camera that even sought would not meet. Luckily Fida guessed the surveillance cameras and reported all their activities.

The director called Sakti and Rio into the room. There Fida saw them standing in front of Suherman. They were confused, then the director gave a letter of deduction pay this month by 50 percent to them and said that he already knew the behavior of both of them. But they were confused and unaware of their mistake and they left the room.

Fida saw the two of them in a confused condition and was surprised to see the director give a salary cut letter without cause in front of the recruitment room.

Fida exited the room and looked at the two of them with ordinary faces and left the two of them towards the work kitchen room.

Fida continued the work as usual. During an office break he stood to the window of the office looking at the outside atmosphere filled with vehicles and people who were shopping stood alone on the second floor.

Suherman happened to pass by the corridor and saw Fida standing alone looking out the window. Suherman briefly looked and entered the staff room.

Rio and Sakti are planning something to train Fida cause they are given a pay cut letter by bringing him into the office warehouse.

Meanwhile, the afternoon had arrived, Fida took a briefcase to go home to the boarding room on foot down to the building's courtyard.

But Rio came to Fida and drove to the warehouse room to meet Suherman with the word lying.

Arriving at the warehouse room Fida was told to look for the lost items told Suherman earlier and Fida searched and shifted the cardboard slowly and looked for rings that fell near this cardboard.

Shortly after Rio and closed the warehouse door, Sakti turned on the warehouse lights. Fida was shocked and saw that he was also inside.

He stood in front of them, and looked confused on his face with their behavior. But Rio and Sakti with angry faces stood up and asked him about the sudden pay cut.

Fida was astonished by their question and still answered not knowing. Rio kept guarding the barn door and took the key, stored in the clothes bag.

Sakti walked up to Fida and held onto the collar of the shirt while babbling to forcefully answer.

But Fida remained silent and had a confused face towards Sakti and did not put up any resistance. He tried to take off the collar of the shirt held by Sakti and managed to push until it fell down.

Rio also had Fida answer and the reason they got a sudden salary cut letter by the director. But he remained confused and stood still to them.

Then Fida walked over and forced Rio to step aside from the warehouse door to exit. He still did not dodge and remained standing in front of the warehouse exit.
