MATTHEW WHY?

Sam arrives at the hospital as the sky turns dark. Just as Sam was about to enter Papa Aaron's treatment room, the man was startled by Matthew who had just come out of the treatment room.

Whahuh?

Matthew was both shocked when he saw Sam coming.

"Night, Sam!" Greet Matthew flat before then the man passed away even before Sam answered his greeting.

It's strange!

Matthew also looked messy and unlike the usual Matthew. The man looked chaotic and uninspired. I don't know what happened to his life.

"Good night, Mr Sam!" Sapa a bodyguard who guards Papa Harun's treatment room.

"Night!"

"Matthew Orlando's here since when?" Sam asked Papa Aaron's bodyguard.

"Since this morning, sir! I came here by myself, and sat quietly guarding Mr. Aaron."

Since morning?

Back when Matthew was engaged to Claudia, the man wasn't even close to Mr. Aaron.

Then why is it that now that Matthew has broken up with Claudia, the man has even approached Mr Aaron?

"It's over!" Matthew replied as his hands remained actively typing on his laptop.

"Rest and stop thinking about work, Bang!" Navya's advice is to close Matthew's laptop. But Matthew prevented it quickly.

"Can't!" Matthew answered with a blank look.

Matthew hasn't been able to sleep well lately, more precisely after he hurt Melody. Nightmares and images of Melody's tear-filled face always haunt Matthew's dreams.

Matthew needs alcohol or sleeping pills to get a good night's sleep, but Matthew knows it's not good for his health. So Matthew tried to shift his guilt by working over portions and so that his mind did not constantly think about Melody. But it feels like all of that was in vain.

I don't know what kind of charm Melody actually has until the girl can make Matthew this broken.

"Abang is thinking what exactly? Abang's engagement to Claudia's sister?" Guess Navya guessed.

"No!" Matthew answered quickly and firmly.

"I never had any feelings for Claudia!" Matthew continued with conviction.

"Then? Is there another woman who broke my heart?" Navya asked full of questions.

"I've hurt him" said Matthew, whose eyes had turned sad.

"Everyone has done something wrong, Bang! Did you apologize to him?"

"He's gone!"

"I've been looking for him for two months but I don't know where he's going" Matthew recounted. Two months of holding his own problems, Matthew finally couldn't bear to not tell Navya everything.

Even when Brother Matthew was obsessed with Melanie, then the woman was married to Dean Alexander, brother Matthew was not so ruined.

"He hates me and doesn't want to see me anymore, because I've done something inexcusable" Matthew muttered regretfully. Navya immediately hugged the brother to ease the burden of the problem that was being borne by Olrh Matthew. Navya is currently facing a complicated problem.

"You're parting ways with Erlan?" Matthew asked to divert the conversation materials.

"Yes. Navya has taken care of our farewell letter today, and tomorrow Navya just has to give it to Erlan to be signed" Navya explained as soon as possible. Navya is just as devastated as Matthew.

Matthew did it, but Navya had to take it. Matthew hugged Navya tightly.

"Abang must continue to seek and fight for brother's love" Navya advises Matthew again.

"Don't give up!"

"You should also grab your happiness then," Matthew put forward a condition.

"Navya will get it in a moment" Navya replied as she buried her head in Matthew's arms, then rubbed her own stomach.

"You're pregnant?" Asked Matthew who seemed to respond once.

"Please don't tell Erlan!" Please Navya barely without a sound.

"Erlan was already happy with Feli and their future son."

Matthew just sighed and re-hugged the stubborn Navya.

"Abang will take care of you then!"

Matthew came back to see Papa Aaron this afternoon. The man came after lunch and it just so happened that Sam was also in the hospital monitoring Papa Harun's condition.

"I'll help Setyawan's company get out of this." Matthew said his intention to Sam.

"You're gonna apply for conditions?" Guess Sam fast. Nothing is free in this world, especially for a Matthew Orlando who lately looks increasingly chaotic.

"There are no conditions, because I know the company means a lot to Om Aaron who pioneered it from scratch. I'm really sincere in helping" said Matthew full of sincerity.

"After all, isn't it that Aaron is Melody's biological father. So.." Matthew's voice choked in his throat as he recalled what he had done to Melody. Matthew did not continue his sentence.

"By the way, I've never seen Claudia look after Aaron," Matthew switched the subject.

"Claudia is out of town" answered Sam honestly.

"He doesn't know his dad's sick?" Matthew asked in full.

"I told you. It's just that he can't go home" said Sam a little lie.

"Is Claudia with Melody?" Matthew asked suddenly which of course immediately made Sam a little misbehaved.

"I don't know!" Sam stuttered a little.

"Please let me know if you know anything about Melody, Sam!" Pinta Matthew is hopeful. The man had even cupped his hands together in front of his chest

"I just want to apologize to Melody and make amends for all my mistakes if I can" Matthew continued.

Sam didn't get to the heart of this guy. It seemed like Matthew was completely destroyed now and this man had already truly regretted his actions towards Melody.

"Alright," Sam replied as he nodded faintly.

Matthew did not stay in the hospital for long because he still had an important meeting. The man immediately said goodbye to Sam, after Erlan called and reminded of Matthew's meeting schedule.
