Sweet Curse

Sweet Curse
Seeing Ghosts

It's very late. Lisa wakes up when she senses a cold wind coming into her room. He forgot to close the window.

Lisa undoes her intention to close the window when she sees Juna standing outside. It's almost midnight. Moreover, the wind is quite cold and can pick up the flu later on.

"Hey, what are you doing out there?" Lisa asked from her room.

Maybe because it was far enough or because it was late enough that Juna did not want to scream, Lisa did not really hear the answer. Even so Lisa is happy Juna still wants to respond to her.

"Wait a minute, I'll be there soon."

Lisa closed the window of her room before going over to Juna. He also pulled the blanket because it was so cold outside. Lisa wrapped herself in a blanket.

"What are you doing here? Can't you sleep?" Lisa asked sitting next to Juna who looked calm while looking at the night sky.

"Little bit. I just want to breathe the air for a little night. Why aren't you sleeping?"

"I just woke up, hehe... I'm Luoa closing my bedroom window. Are you not cold?" Lisa asked, wiping her own hand. He had wrapped himself in a blanket, but the night wind was still cold on his skin.

"You want to share a blanket?" Lisa asked. Not yet Juna answered but Lisa had already split the blanket on him.

I feel uncomfortable sharing a blanket. Finally Juna took off the blanket on his shoulder. "No need. The wind is not so cold."

It's nonsense. Even Lisa can feel the cold to the bones. How can this not be cold.

"But the wind that night was not good. You will get sick later." The second time Lisa forced the blanket to be on Juna's shoulder.

Whatever. It's late and Juna doesn't want to make a fuss. "Why not go back to sleep?"

"You riled?" Lisa doesn't like it.

"Where are the guest evicting the owner of the house from his own house?"

"Yes, it's over..." Lisa can't speak anymore.

Silent. The two of them were silent for quite a while while staring at the star-studded night sky.

"Geez!" I was busy staring at the stars. Inadvertently Lisa saw a scary figure on top of a tree that was quite far across the street.

Lisa's reflexes hugged Juna tightly. What was that? It is impossible for a man to stand like that on a tree in the middle of the night. It's not wrong that it's a ghost.

"You seen him?" Ask Juna to relax. "But now he's gone.

Lisa pushes Juna's body away. Juna who was pushed looked confused. It wasn't Lisa who came to hug him. Why is he the one who gets physical violence?

Seeing Lisa wrong, Juna did not want to raise the problem and let it pass.

"Can you see ghosts?" Lisa did not believe it.

"Yes. I can see them from a small. I didn't know you could see ghosts either."

"I can't see ghosts. Don't know why they're looking."

Lisa glanced at the place where the ghost was. "You lied! He said he was gone."

"So it's really gone. But wait a minute."

Juna held Lisa's hand tightly and it turned out to be true. "It's true."

"What?" Lisa shook Juna's hand. Why suddenly Juna so hold it without permission.

"If we touch, then the ghosts will go."

Hearing the word 'the ghosts' Lisa became more and more frightened because they seemed to number a lot.

"You try."

Lisa nodded quickly. "I'd better get inside."

"Inside, near the kitchen fridge there are them too."

Lisa turned to look at Juna. Why should he hear that? "Then what should I do?" Lisa almost cried.

"Sit here for a minute."

Juna held Lisa's hand. "Open your eyes and look there. I'm not lying, they're completely gone."

Lisa shook her head. "Believe me. They will never dare to approach or hurt you."

Lisa finally collapsed and believed in Juna's words. Slowly he started to open and peek a little. And sure enough, they all disappeared.

"Really, right?"

"How can you?" Lisa did not believe it.

"I don't know either. By the way how can you see ghosts?"

"It seems like it's time. " Said Lisa in a sad tone.

Juna did not understand her words at all. It's time for what?

"What do you mean?"

"Maybe what I'm saying is going to sound crazy, but hopefully you can believe it. Actually I got cursed. I can't get married because my energy is big enough. Because that energy is also what makes me slowly able to see ghosts. Although they wouldn't dare to approach, they were all terrifying."

"You too? They don't dare approach me either."

"of course. That's because your energy is also great."

Juna looked at Lisa full of probes. "You can see the energy."

"Not me, but Jeslyn."

"Is this related to you following me?"

Lisa smiled awkwardly as she showed her front teeth. "Actually I was forced by Jeslyn. He said if I don't want to be single for life, then I have to get close to you. But it looks like I'm going to be single for life." Lisa is pessimistic.

"Why is that?"

"Do you think we can be in a relationship? Forgetit. Our relationship will never work."

"yes too. But can you still find someone else?"

"Omong empty. Said Jeslyn the person who had such great energy as us was like a treasure. They're hard to find. Forgetit. I don't think about that anymore, anyway. It seems there is now something much more important to think about."

"So, what's my energy like that?"

"Not as big as mine, but good as well. But last time Jeslyn said your energy changed color."

"Color?"

"Heemm.so human energy is seen by its color. The largest is blackish red and the most common is green. You have pink energy."

"And you have a blackish-red energy?"

"Yep. That's right."

"How can you have that much energy?"

"Because there's a god I'm helping. He gave me his energy and now I'm being chased by his enemy."

"Who?"

"Either. It's like a big eagle."

Lisa looked at Juna who was just speechless hearing her story. Beyond expectations, Lisa thought even Juna would find her crazy. Who would have thought Juna believed in all of his words. Even Juna looks enthusiastic to know more.

"Do you believe all my words?" Ask Lisa to make sure. Because usually Juna is always difficult to guess. Who knows, he secretly thinks Lisa's crazy.

"I believe. Just like you, who would believe I can see ghosts. No one believes my words."

Lisa nodded small. Now Lisa understands why Juna can trust her so easily. It seemed like Juna was in the same position as him. This is the first time Lisa has been able to tell me about this so easily. Looks like he has found a storytelling friend other than Jeslyn.
