Chapter 6: Hidden quest/Hidden mission

The Augustus was delivered into the guest room which would be his resting place, it was a simple wooden room with a small bed and a candle as lighting at night.

"Maybe this is simple, but please rest as comfortably as possible." Margareth.

"Yes, thank you for lending it." Reply August.

Augustus also slightly laid his body on the bed until waiting for nightfall.

At 09:00, August was standing majestically on the roof of the house where he was left to stay.

With both of his legs attached to the end of the roof of the house, an iron sword sheath on his right hip, and his body suit armor robe that fluttered from the wind at night.

At this time Mr. Pite and his wife Margaret were resting in their room, so they did not know that Augustus had come out of the room and climbed onto the roof of their house.

After the clock showed at 09:03, a shadow emerged from the forest and ran towards the residential area.

"Here you come!" August looked towards some shadows running through a swath of rice fields from the forest towards the settlement.

1-3-6, there are 8 shadows seen by Augustus from the roof on which he stood. And one of them headed towards the house he occupied.

Augustus plans to let the goblin thieves escape, but because he has been helped by a couple who let himself stay the night. Augustus decided to take care of the goblins that were approaching towards him.

Seeing that the goblin was close enough to the house, August jumped off the roof of the house and landed right in front of the Goblin.

Shocked at the sudden arrival of Augustus, the Goblin immediately turned herself to run from Augustus.

"Oops.sorry." August immediately threw the blade he had prepared and pierced through the goblin's back from behind.

"Gee!" The goblin fell down and died covered in blood.

Augustus immediately walked towards the goblin's corpse to retrieve the knife he threw earlier.

"One is dead." Said August while picking up the knife stuck in the back of the goblin he killed.

After 5 minutes, there was the sound of screaming citizens from the residential area, and the goblins seemed to be done with their theft and ran back to their forest.

Augustus let out a small smile from his face and followed the herd of goblins into the forest.

In the darkness of the forest, Augustus was running after the goblins a short distance from behind them.

The goblins were carrying sacks containing the treasures they had stolen, and they were running back to their lair to put the treasures they had stolen.

And that's what August was after.

"Hidden quest!" Mumbled slowly.

After running through the trees while following for 3 minutes, Augustus arrived at a small cave where the goblins entered.

He immediately peeked inside at a glance, and went inside to follow the goblin earlier.

His soul trembled, imagining there were piles of treasures inside the cave that he entered. Treasures abound in the form of gold gear and rare items. It might even be a legendary item.

He thought about it until he smiled every time the porch went deeper into the cave.

"Gerere!"

"Gogogo!"

There was the sound of a goblin not far in front of him, and as it drew nearer, August saw an amazing sight before him.

"That-that's..."

A dream scene for all gamers in the world, a fantastic scenery where the deepest dreams of all gamers are realized. Golden mountain!

"Bingo!" Augustus approached slowly towards the golden mountain the porch was hiding in the rocks.

The goblins were taking out their loot from the scabbard, and it was not gold, but simple items such as agricultural tools and others.

The goblins seem to be talking about something with their language, although August does not understand, the Goblins seem to be looking for one of their lost friends.

Quickly, August ran to one of the goblins not far from him and aimed his iron sword.

*Blash. The goblin that was hit by Augustus's slash spewed out blood and died in an instant.

Panicked at the sudden appearance of Augustus, the Goblins began to disperse.

However, August leapt towards the other Goblins after he slashed one of them.

August reached into the contents of his clothes, then threw the lesser healing potion towards the Goblin that ran towards him.

Augustus immediately jumped towards the goblin and slashed his sword towards his neck.

The goblin's head fell and rolled on the ground.

There are 4 goblins in the cave. And they yelled at each other as if they were planning something.

"Gaga, gugu gwa!"

"Gogo?"

"Gw!"

After talking to each other for a while, the goblins took out their blades from his hips and stared intently at Augustus.

"Yahoo!!!" The Goblins ran towards Augus simultaneously and jumped towards him to stab him.

"Heh, so they intend to attack me simultaneously huh?" August took out the speed potion he had bought earlier and drank it.

Augus felt a sense of power flowing into his body, and he felt his body getting lighter.

4 Out of the 3 goblins advanced leaping towards Augustus simultaneously.

But before they reached Augustus, Augustus had already disappeared from their sight and moved behind them in an instant.

*Blash.

"God?!" In an instant, the three heads of the goblins that attacked Augustus were cut off from their heads and died instantly.

The remaining 1 Goblin that was seen was sneaking around to escape.

Augustus who noticed it then continued by taking his knife and throwing it towards the 1 more goblins that were behind him

*Crosh. The goblin's chest was pierced and died instantly.

Augustus walked towards the goblin to make sure it was dead, and when he confirmed it, he sheathed his sword back into the sheath.

The 7 goblins in the cave were already completely dead.

"My nails, now..."

With a smile, August looked towards the pile of golden mountains that were behind him.

His body was goosebumps, his breathing became heavy, his eyes were glowing looking at the golden mountain before him.

During his life, he had never felt such ultimate satisfaction. And now he is very happy that he can get one of the things he wants.

August stretched out his hands towards the golden mountain as if hugging it, and shouted.

"This is all mine!!" That was what he said with deep satisfaction from his heart.
