6. Advice From Dad

Returning from the office, Wendi did not immediately turn to his home but continued to his parents' house. His mind was still confused because this morning when he wanted to go to the office he saw the money on the table was still intact. That means not being touched by his wife and he has not had time to talk to her, Sari has left for school early.

Wendi was surprised when she arrived at her parents' house because the atmosphere of the house was very quiet. Two months ago the last time I visited my parents. He opened the door which happened to be unlocked and went inside. How surprised he was to find his father lying helpless.

"Dad sick?" tanyanya while sticking the back of her hand on her father's forehead.

"Ohhh, my son," Mr. Dani's voice was very weak.

His body shivered but when touched the temperature was very hot. Wendi ran to the kitchen to fetch water and compressed her father's head.

"Where's mom going, Dad?" asked Wendi because from earlier he did not see the trunk of his mother's nose.

"Your mother is rarely at home, son. He always wandered and always brought his groceries home, out of nowhere he got money," replied Mr. Dani sadly.

"Really outrageous!" sally Wendy was angry. Now he starts thinking negatively about his mother, especially when he should be at home to take care of a sick father but instead just leave him.

Wendi returns to the kitchen looking for food for her father. Just as he turned around, suddenly his father was already in the kitchen as well.

"I'm still strong, don't worry!" he said, then sat down in a chair.

"But, Dad... "

"Come on, we'll eat together!"

Both then eat. There is a spirit felt by Mr. Dani for the presence of his son. He really misses moments like this make the pain suffered as if no longer felt.

Wendi looked at her father with pity. The once-strength body has now started to be thin. "Maybe it's because I don't want to take care of you anymore" Wendi thought.

"How are your wife and kids?"

"They are fine, only I started to feel dizzy because our needs are increasing, while my salary is just how much, understand only high school graduation," said Wendi honestly. He was indeed very familiar with his father so without hesitation to tell the state of his household.

"You should look for an extra job, son. I hear your wife also works, but please never expect the income of your wife to cover your household needs because it is your responsibility as a husband. Even if your wife has income, let her use it according to her wishes" said Mr. Dani seriously.

Wendi's heart was touched by the words of her father. He wanted to be honest that his mother always asked him for money every month but his mouth felt stiff. "I have to wait for the right time to convey the behavior of the mother to the father." he murmured inwardly.

"Maybe you can work the rice fields, son. Our rice paddies are very broad, if you are serious about working on them it will definitely work!" advice from Mr. Dani.

"But what about my job at the office?"

"You have to divide your time well. Don't be lazy. Remember your kids are starting to cost money. You should be able to make your wife and child happy!"

"Thank you, Dad!"

"Thank you once again" Wendi hugged her father in a moment of sadness. Even when I was sick, I was still thinking about my son.

The father and son talked for a long time. There are many tips that Wendi got from her father. His mind is now open to work.

"If you work on rice fields, it does not mean you have to jump directly but we use the energy of people who will be rewarded. So, your job is just to supervise," Mr. Dani unceasingly encouraged his son. He understood that actually Wendi was in a struggle because it was visible from his movements.

"Yes Dad, I will try" Wendi said steadily.

"Don't hesitate to ask Dad for help if you're in need, because I'm always ready to help!" mr Dani added.

Before returning home, Wendi went to the pharmacy first to buy medicine using the money given by her father because he had no money at all.

"If you've taken this medicine and it doesn't change, tomorrow I'll take you to the doctor for a check-up." Wendi put the medicine and change on the table and then decided to go home.

"Son, here's the change. Buy fried food for my granddaughter!" said Mr. Dani while offering the rest of the money bought drugs.Tadi Wendi used red money so there are still many changes.

"Thank you, Dad! Tomorrow I promise to come with them to see Dad," Wendi accepted the money with pleasure.

Mr. Dani was also very happy to hear the promise of his son. He really misses his three grandchildren because he always feels lonely at home.

On the way, he accidentally saw his mother was chatting with a mother of his age who had blond hair. Wendi parked her motorcycle on the side of the road and continued to pay attention to her mother's movements.

Widy's mother and her friend entered the restaurant while carrying her groceries. They both came home from the mall to shop. Wendi's heart became hot to see the behavior of his mother who flirtatious. He turned on his vehicle and continued his journey. Not to forget he stopped at a store near his home to buy fried foods for his children.

"Thank you Pa, Tumben brought the cake?" tiara exclaimed with excitement. Tofu is his favorite food. He got to fight over Wira while Tasya just waited for his part patiently.

"It's ole-ole from Opa. Papa stopped at his house" Wendi said. He continued to the room looking for his wife's whereabouts but none. His heart was filled to see that the money he had placed on the table was still intact. He rushed to the kitchen and opened the hood and there was still food. In his heart he thought not to let his wife and children not eat.

Sari still had her personal money and that was what she used to shop for today.

Wendi continued to search for his wife's whereabouts to the kitchen and did not find her. Finally he returned to the living room to meet his children who were enjoying fried food.

"Do you know where Mama is going?"

"In Pa's back garden,"

Wendi returned to the kitchen and peeked out from behind the window. His wife looked as if she was plucking the weeds that were growing among the vegetable crops. Sweat was pouring on his body but he was still spirited.

Wendi immediately changed clothes and helped his wife in the garden. This was the first time he did make Sari wonder. The disappointment that he experienced was too great still raging in his heart so he still chose to remain more silent.
