THE ALEXIS

THE ALEXIS
THE REMEMBRANCE 2

Artha kept Khiara company in the car, while the others drove Shasha to her final resting place. Ever since waking up from fainting, Khiara had never spoken at all. There was no sign of life in his eyes. He stared blankly at everything in front of him. It was as if his soul had been carried along with Shasha to nature there.

Khiara's eldest brother, Kalvin Aldric Mac Louis, who was an army captain in America, immediately returned home after hearing the news of Shasha's death. She takes a baby with her, who knows who Artha herself doesn't know. Artha had not yet spoken to him.

There are two bodies buried today. From inside the car, Artha could see there were several people standing near the new tomb a few blocks away in front of it.

"But why deliver only a few? Maybe the others are gone?" ask in the heart.

After a while, the mourners left the funeral. Adit and the others return to Khiara and Artha. Artha only shook her head as Krishna asked Khiara's situation with her chin gesture. Then suddenly Khiara opened the car door and headed out to the cemetery.

“Let me drive him," said Krishna. Artha who had also gotten out of the car followed the two of them. Because only he and Khiara haven't been to the funeral.

They offered a prayer for Shasha, who was lying down there. Khiara did not see the slightest tear in there. The look of his empty eyes was in stark contrast to the look of his face that was so flat. No one can guess what Khiara's head is.

They've been there long enough. Artha also saw three mourners there still faithful in his place. And they remained in their own place until Adit and Endra finally caught up with them. They also carried umbrellas as the spatter began to fall.

“We have to go, the rain has started to fall" said Endra, but there was no reaction from Khiara. Krishna and Artha could only shake their heads in concern. Adit exhaled his heavy breath and handed his umbrella to Artha. Adit quickly raised his hand on the nape of Khiara, causing her to faint a second time.

Everyone was surprised to see it. But it is only this way that can be done to Khiara, if they want to bring Khiara back home. Adit carrying Khiara ala bridal style with waded by Endra. Artha followed behind him. Krishna, who was about to follow his friends, undoes his intentions when he sees a familiar figure.

“You go first. I'll catch up later, "Krisna told Artha. Artha immediately handed over her car keys to Krishna.

“Wear this, we will use your car.” Krishna nodded and exchanged the keys.

Krisna immediately flipped over her body and saw someone walking closer towards her. The man walked in quite a calm pace. He even put his hands in his pants pocket.

“Alex, you... Where have you been?”

It is undeniable that Krishna was surprised to see Alex at the funeral. Even more surprised when he saw Alex was so clean, free from fighting injuries and looks healthy.

Is it possible that the wounds of the fight heal in just a few days? The wounds of the fight on Alex's face were even severe the last time he saw her. Did he cover it with some kind of magic powder?

Alex stopped in front of Krishna. His eyes looked at the group of people who had moved away behind Krishna. He doesn't know who they are. He only knew Krishna.

Alex is actually leaving this cemetery. But immediately told Ata and her lawyer to leave first after her eyes caught the figure of Krishna. He passed his car and crossed the cemetery block separation path and headed to the funeral block in front of him.

“You.... alright?”

Krisna's voice made her turn her face towards the man. The man still looked at her with a surprised face.

“Emh.”

“Are you from your mother's grave?”

“Emh.” Well, Alex wasn't entirely lying. The cemetery over there is indeed the place where his mother was buried.

Krisna felt a significant difference in Alex. Especially the look in his eyes, the look in those eyes was so dark and cold. Cold-blooded killer tub. He's never seen her before. He looked at Alex more intensely, looking into whether he was still the Alex he knew? Because he felt so unfamiliar with Alex standing in front of him at this moment.

The hairstyle that usually went down covered her forehead, was now raised upwards showing off her hard forehead. Makes it look more charismatic than ever. Really, Alex's performance was completely different from the previous one.

And... since when did Alex use earrings in one of his ears?

Can someone change so drastically in a few days? Maybe it can. Even a person could turn into a monster in a matter of seconds, if a terrible event were to befall him.

And today may be an******** for Alex. Krisna was really sorry about all the events that happened to her.

Alex, who had turned to the still-wet mound of earth to his right, raised next to his eyebrows when he saw the inscription on the gravestone.

“Dia..??” Krisna caught a bit of surprise there.

“I'm sorry," said Krishna with regret.

“Why should you apologize?”

“Because I couldn't keep it according to your request a few days ago.” Alex did not respond to his words.

Alex stared at the photo of Shasha in the middle of the wreath in front of the headstone sharply. Chris knows how Alex feels right now. It must have been as devastated as Khiara was. But that face showed no sadness at all. Alex's face was completely illegible to Krishna. Just like Khiara.

"Is this the end of her love story? I don't have to take care of you in this world. Rest now!" alex said in his heart and left the tomb without saying a word to Krishna.

“Wait! Where have you been? Why did you just disappear after driving her to the hospital?”

“Take care of those bastards.” Alex's words surprised him.

What did Alex do to them?

Regardless of what Alex does, those bastards deserve punishment. Even if it is death, considering they have also resulted in death to someone.

Krisna stared at Alex's departure with pushy eyes. Now there are two people who are ruined because of someone's death.
