The Arrogant Widow of Father Choice

The Arrogant Widow of Father Choice
Chapter 6

If in my house I could discuss this matchmaking problem with a cold head and loving explanation from my father and mother, but not at David's house.

There was a great debate between David and his father and mother, namely Rima's grandfather and grandmother.

"What the hell is this all dad and mom?"

"You guys arranged my match without asking me first?"

"What kind of joke is this, I will never agree and accept this matchmaking !!"

David shouted with his parents.

"David !!"

"Stop your yelling and you better listen to the reason behind this matchmaking."

Reply Mr. Wijaya shouted for David to calm down and listen to everything well .

"You know, a few months ago Rika filed a lawsuit in court for the issue of taking custody of Rima."

Mr. Wijaya began to tell what had happened to why his match was set with me.

"What?"

David surprised.

"Yes right, your ex-wife came with a court letter stating she filed an application to the court for custody of Rima. And right now all are in process and two mimggu are coming we are b

I have to follow the trial, which is why we told you to come home soon."

Wijaya's mother explained.

"Damn..."

"Gubbraak"

In a fit of annoyance David hit the table and kept Rima awake.

"Take it easy, son, we need to be calm about this problem.Mom's already contacted Rendy your lawyer, and he explained our position is very difficult to win this case. The reason is that the first age Rima is still a minor and is more likely to be better fostered by her biological mother, the second status is single parents who in court value a single parent father will not be able to take care of his young son."

Obviously Wijaya's mother.

"But Mom, I know for myself that Rika has left me and Rima and is chasing another man. What kind of mother is she and how can Rima be taken care of by her?"

"No Ma'am, I can't let Rima be taken care of by Rika that despicable woman."

David was so firm.

"Let it be father..."

Said Rima who turned out to have been standing behind them since earlier when they were arguing and she had heard everything.Feeling her father did not love her instantly the sentence came out of her mouth.

"Let mother come to take me, isn't it better for the father who hasn't wanted to see my face."

Rima said again while wiping away the tears that had soaked her cheeks.

"Oh...Rima dear Grandma's granddaughter, why haven't you slept."

Vijaya's mother approached Rima who was standing right behind David.

"I can't sleep grandma, you're too noisy ."

Answer Rima.

"Please forgive us, now go back to your room."

Said Wijaya's mother persuaded Rima not to get involved in their debate.

"No grandma, I want you to let me come to take me to live with you."

Said Rima hoping her father turned to see her who was very sad.

"Darling.don't say that, don't say that, you do not know your mother is also not able to take care of you well.Even she could leave you when you are a baby and really need it dear. And besides how grandma can live without you dear, you know very well if grandma, and, grandpa and dad love you so much..."

"Maybe my grandparents love me very much, but not with my father. So I beg of you please let me tell you mom

come to take me, at least I want to see my face not like a father who hates to see my face."

Replied Rima with a tone of voice that was so soft.

"Darling don't say that, that's not good."

Persuade Wijaya's mother back.

"Stop Rima, don't come along if the parents are talking, where is your manners, go back to your room !!!"

David snapped at Rima with a loud enough voice without turning towards Rima.Rima was so shocked by her father's clasping and went into her room.

"Hey..David, what are you doing? Why are you scolding her, she's just an innocent little ank."

Said Wijaya's mother.

"And what's wrong with you ?I noticed it's true what Rima said you never showed her your affection at all and never even saw her as loving as the father who loved his daughter?"

Wijaya's mother continued with questions.

"Mother, you know Rima's face always reminds me of Rika's adoration of me."

Said David.

"Then what's Rima's fault in this?"

"Does he want his face to look like his mother?"

"Don't be unfair to him David, you know you love him so much more than your own life."

"You know, why he'd want so much to feel your embrace, your affection..."

Advice from Bu Wijaya to David.

"But Ma'am...."

David tried to argue.

"No David, don't try to argue with mom.If you don't want Rima's custody to fall into the hands of your ex-wife because Rima feels you don't love her and prefers her real mother, she said, then show me that you're also a good father who loves Rima very much."

Resolute Bu Wijaya.

"And the one thing you should know is why my mother's father chose Naima to be your wife?Because he loved Rima so much and Rima loved Naima too."

"So we thought if we could explain that you have a wife who loves Rima very much and is able to take care of Rima well maybe Rima's custody will fall into your hands, and all this for Rima's good."

Obviously Mr. Wijaya.

David was speechless and sighed deeply.Down his body on the sofa and tried to think and digest well all that his mother's father said.He was right in a state of dilemma. One side is impossible for him to marry again because of the door of his heart already closed to love due to the pain of the embellishment Rika did her ex-wife On the other hand there is Rima whom she has to fight for her custody and she does not want Rima to grow up in hand a traitor like his ex-wife.

"Huff.Well, mom's dad, if it's all for Rima's good then I'll agree with this crazy idea of arranged marriages."

David said when he sighed long and not David's name if in every sentence that came out of his mouth there was always a harsh word.

"Oh, thank goodness, son, we're glad you understand what this matchmaking means."

Mother continued so happy.

"But there's something important that I want to get to the girl before I marry her.And if she agrees on what I'm saying then I'll marry her soon."

David said it was as if I was the only one hoping for this marriage to happen.

"Well, I don't care, I think Naima will agree with what I want to give her."

KataPak wijaya approves request. David patted David on the shoulder and then left David who began to fall asleep on the sofa looking so tired because the trip was quite far plus a very great debate with the Father and wijaya's mother.
