26 . DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Project Agency)
It starts with hurt feelings and self-esteem. October 4, 1957 was the day when the United States felt defeated. That day the Soviet Union launched the first rocket into space carrying the world's first satellite, Sputnik I.
Not to be preceded by Russia, U. S. President Dwight Eisenhower also founded the Advance Research Projects Agency (ARPA), which was later renamed the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA). Exactly a year after the launch of Sputnik , in 1958.
It is said that DARPA is filled with super-intelligent scientists (genius) so it is nicknamed “mad scientists” because of their ability to give birth to ideas beyond normal limits. Most DARPA projects are confidential but those involved often can't keep their mouths shut.
DARPA as one of the special units under the United States Department of Defense (Pentagon) has a mission and purpose to lead and prevent lag in the field of technology.
One of their big projects is developing advanced robots and weapons with futuristic technology. Among their works are bullets that can turn after their targets, bullets that can turn avoid obstacles, implants that can make someone have vision power like Ironman, flying cars, flying cars, stealth aircraft and other like. Adapted to technology that is now a part of human life such as ARPANET and GPS. ARPANET was invented in 1969 and was the beginning of the INTERNET.
In other words, DARPA embodies what was previously thought to exist only in science fiction films. One by one it creates a wild image of man in the field of science and technology.
Geon Arthur Yildiz worked as a Neurorobotics engineer. Neurorobotics is the combined study of neuroscience, robotics, and artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence). Science that seeks to bring replicas of the human nervous system into machines, including robots. For the sake of gaining new experience back then Arthur was willing to leave the rapidly developing Astrogun and officially appointed Chen Yuan as his representative. Since working at DARPA this is Arthur got the title Mr. Genius or commonly abbreviated as Mr. G.

Today is the peak day of the DARPA Robotics Challenge (DRC). DRC is a competition between robot engineers to demonstrate the superiority of their design robots. Like in previous years Barbara Clarkson took the time to visit this competition area directly. Of course, to find new talents that he can hire according to his ambitions.
Unfortunately, he had to swallow disappointment several times . He has not found a replacement for Mr. G is equivalent.
