The Azkia Wound Flakes

The Azkia Wound Flakes
Paklik and Bulik request

Finally Azkia, Kevin and Ardila arrived at Bulik Sri's house. Once Azkia came, Bulik Sri immediately served some food and drinks. All except Kevin looks uncomfortable with Bulik Sri's house. Azkia laughs at Kevin's reaction to never eating a home-cooked meal in the countryside.

"What's your friend's name, Kia?" tanya Bulik Sri with a thick Javanese accent and speaks in Indonesian.

"My name is Ardila, Bulik." replied Ardila with a smile.

"If this man?" tanya Bulik looked at Kevin in admiration. Rarely are people as white as Kevin in this village.

"Oh yeah. My name is Kevin, Mom... Bul... Bul..." Kevin was stupefied when he mentioned 'Bulik'

"Bulik." continued Azkia.

"Oh yeah, Bulik." Kevin continued smiling.

"It's okay - what. Sorry, the house is small and uncomfortable. As if here yes, son." said Bulik humbled himself.

"It's okay, Bulik. Relax." said Ardila, laughing. But he forgot that Kevin must be unfamiliar in this Java area.

"Where's it going, Bulik?" ask Azkia. Azkia appears to be looking for Kean's whereabouts but does not find him.

"At the end of school. Wait a minute." said Bulik. Not long after, the gate rang.

"It's true. It's Kean." Bulik said smiling.

"Assalamualaikum, ma'am." Greet Kean after entering the living room.

"Walaikumsalam, Le.." replied Bulik. Azkia looked at Kean who had just returned home from school feeling homesick. It had been a long time since he had met Kean. It's getting bigger. His voice began to change.

"Budhe.." said Kean who immediately greeted Azkia and also Azkia's friends.

"Change first, Kean. We'll have another conversation" Azkia said, stroking Kean's hair with a smile. Kevin looked at Azkia with his sad eyes. He wanted to reach his own son but it was very difficult.

At first Kevin did not understand the sadness of Azkia's heart. But today after he saw the eyes of Azkia who missed Kean so much, Kevin understood. Kean looks sweet and polite. His face was also a bit similar to Azkia's. Ah, why is Kevin so clever - if the like - kind? Not necessarily Azkia would accept his proposal after this.

Kevin's resting in the room. The long journey made him tired. Although uncomfortable for Kevin, Kevin tried to put himself well because this is the Azkia family.

****

Before long, Bulik called Azkia to Paklik's room for a while. Because the others are resting in their rooms.

"Nduk.." call Paklik Sarito weakly. Paklik has indeed had several days of blood pressure up and down due to sugar disease. Sometimes, Bulik has trouble taking care of her husband.

"You haven't been here in a long time. If you want to come here, just play, Nduk. Do not hesitate." said Paklik with a thick Javanese accent but chose to speak Indonesian with Azkia.

Azkia took a chair and sat down beside Paklik's bed.

"Yes, Ki. Play it here. I don't know mrene." (Yes, Ki. Play it here. Ngapain kok gatahu way here.) Bulik Sri said to Azkia. Azkia just smiled hearing that.

"No, Paklik. At that time, I promised to put Kean here. Bulik and Paklik can take care of it." Azkia replied sadly.

"Nyapo (ngapain) really did say that. Your father said, put his son Kia here. Because you are too young. Still want to continue school. Yo wes kadung (soldest) until now. Bulik same Paklik you already thank your father was willing to trust us to take care of the baby at that time" said Bulik Sri half whispered.

Azkia shed her tears and then immediately wiped them away. His heart felt sad and sad. It was very desirable for him to hug Kean right now.

"But Bulik. All this time Kean had no idea who his mother was. All she knew was that her mother was Bulik" Azkia said, believing herself to be missing.

"It can be homongi, Nduk. Don't think about what makes you hurt again, Nduk. Kean wes big. Wes understands what you are talking about later." continued Paklik.

"Paklik is sick - sick. To eat a day - no day, Ki. Ask you to continue, Bulik is ashamed. Already now Kia, you can tell the truth." Bulik told Azkia who was getting saddened by his Bulik words.

"But Bulik, Bulik has been taking care of Kean for a long time. Where may arrive - suddenly I take Kean from Bulik and also Paklik." Azkia was getting more and more out of her tears.

"Gini aja's. Talk to Kean first. How will that be Kean's decision. Piye, Ki? Soale you never came here. So Bulik want to say yes opo, mumpung you here Bulik said. That's it, Ki." continued Bulik.

"Your kid understands. You're sad and worried every time you're told about Kean. Even if you say nothing, Bulik you still do not calm down." said Paklik, then Paklik cough - cough.

Azkia. Trying to think how to answer his Paklik words.

"Wes anyway, Ki. Gapapas. Kean your son, yo Bulik's son too. We are one family" said Bulik who finally made Azkia's heart more sad.

"Yes, Bulik, Paklik. Later Azkia thought first how nice to talk to Kean."

Azkia did not know how to reveal it with an expression. Should he be sad or happy. Maybe Kean will be surprised by what he will talk about. On the one hand, he did not want to disappoint Bulil and Paklik because he had "given" Kean to them. On the one hand he also always felt a very deep longing every time he saw Kean. But whatever the outcome, only Kean determines.

Later that night, Azkia felt restless. Because he was now thinking about Kean's feelings. He had long wanted to reveal that he was his mother, but how? Can Kean just take it? Azkia was not sure. Today Azkia spends more time in the room than outside because her mind is agitated.

The state of Paklik is also sick - sick. Bulik will concentrate more on taking care of Paklik who is sick - sick even though Kean is big and independent, still, Kean must remain focused on his school.

Azkia tried to close her eyes to sleep tonight. Ardila who slept next to him seemed to have been so slumbering that she could not feel the anxiety of Azkia who had since turned her body on the bed.

Before going to bed, Azkia imagined the possibility that would happen if she told Kean. Ah, but there's no way Kean could've snapped at him. Kean is not a child like teenagers in general. He's kind and polite. Maybe the reaction will be better tomorrow.
