"I said once again, I was framed. Ouch ... My head is this dizzy ... So just check my blood. There's anything in there. That must have led to the owner of the karaoke and the damn bar, asshole! I've never had a drink like that in my entire life, so if anyone mixes it up, I don't know. I just found out when my head was dizzy, so I got out of the place immediately, until the accident happened. It was purely an accident with no intention of killing people" explained Jun who was lying in a hospital bed with several bruises on his face. His hands were handcuffed to the edge of the bed made of iron.
"But Dimitri is now in a coma, and according to his men you threatened him" said the man dressed as a police officer interrogating Jun.
"For God's sake I don't threaten anyone. The problem is, Dimitri's men can't speak Indonesian. They don't know what I told him. Dimitri and my family have a business relationship. We were close like friends" Jun said of his relationship with Dimitri. "If you don't believe me, you can ask my father's secretary in Singapore. My parents are on a business trip out of the country. They're hard to contact."
"The problem is, Dimitri's side still sues you for wanting to kill Dimitri, and the CCTV in that place supports him."
"For God's sake, my goodness ... Let Dimitri's problems solve on my own. Now it's important to check my blood right now, because that drink mix gets me drunk and hits people."
"Ok, then we'll check, but for a while you're handcuffed to the bed."
"Hey, I won't run, why don't you let me go? I'm a patient here." Jun had no idea about the new police officer. The man is less flexible.
"Because Dimitri's side is still questioning the intention of Mr. bumping into Dimitri."
"Astaghfirullah alazim .. For God's sake it was a pure accident. Karaoke and the bar should have prevented me from driving. That alone could have kept the place closed temporarily, since the accident was in the neighborhood of the bar."
"Is that so, sir?"
"Of course!" the judge again. His head throbbed until he squinted his eyes in pain. Why would the police send an incompetent person in his field to this place? Jeez ....
Jun was anxious with the young policeman who many did not understand on appeal understood him about his duties. The police must use reason when interrogating so that they can detain the right person.
Before long the men left and they finally took off Jun's handcuffs. The thin-headed man was finally able to rest in peace. His head was still dizzy and a little sleepy.
A doctor in a white coat entered the treatment room. He corrected the location of his glasses before visiting the patient.
Jun looked at it. "Oh, doc." He was still twitching his dizzy forehead. "Did the doctor take my blood test? It's necessary for the next report on the police." The judge tried to open his slightly squinted eyes.
"When you were sleeping. Looks like you were given sleeping pills in the drink, too, because after you realized you were sleeping when your bruises were treated. It's so absurd because you snore."
"Oh, so."
"Mk."
"But why is my head still dizzy, doc?"
"That's the effect of alcohol. Maybe you drink a lot."
"I don't drink much, doc. I'm framed."
"That means you're given a high dose of alcohol."
"Mmh, maybe."
The doctor was still watching Jun. He paled for a moment and extended his hand. "Did you know, my name is Doni."
The judge grabbed the doctor's hand. "Yes. Jun. Junimar."
"Yes, everyone knows who you are. Oya, I think you know who this guy is." The doctor handed Jun a card.
The judge took it. He was surprised to rise from sleep to see the ID card. "G ...." His head was still dizzy from suddenly getting up, but it was his wife's ID card. "W-how did you get this?" He lifted his head to look at the doctor. "Where did you find this?" He looked at the man well. The doctor looked calm. "You know him?"
"What's your relationship with him?"
"of course. She's my wife!" the judge must have. Nothing needs to be covered up anymore. If necessary, he would announce to the world that they were married.
"But, he wants to file for divorce."
"What?" Jun looks shocked!
"So I came here to ask you to divorce her."
Jun was still gawking, but then he came to his senses. "Why did he ask me to divorce him?"
"What's? I'm not cheating. Who said I was cheating?" The judge squinted his eyes in annoyance.
"You think of another woman, isn't that cheating?"
"What if I think of my mother, it's also called cheating?"
Doni rounded his eyes. "Thinking about your mother?"
"That's it. He has no clear reason. Bring it here, he. She's my wife. I can't do things like that to her. Has he been hiding in your place all this time?"
The doctor looked confused. Both seem very convincing with their arguments. Which of them lies? "But he won't see you. He just wants you to divorce him."
"How am I going to divorce her if I don't meet her? Besides, if it can be fixed, why not?"
The judge's words have a point. Kati can't be divorced if there's no one. The doctor had to take Khati to see Jun.
"What if I go to him?"
"Eh, can't because outside, this room is guarded by the police. You can't leave."
"Ah, fuck!"
"Let me bring him here."
"Is he here?" Jun widened his eyes.
"Eh, yes. Just a minute." The doctor also left.
Jun is so missed. While waiting, he recalled again, the times together. Why when they had a chance to meet even the wife asked for a divorce. What harm? He felt he had never cheated on anyone while with Khati.
Door opened. The doctor came with a woman who was hiding behind the doctor's back. Jun tried to peek but it was hard. The woman always hid her head on the doctor's back while looking down. But his face was completely different. The woman's face was completely unknown to him.
His body was also a little fat. Jun recalled his first meeting with Khati. His posture was exactly as it is now. The height is the same. The difference is this woman uses an instant hijab and at first glance looks have a different face. Yes, the wife has changed the face to be someone else so she deserves not be able to find it.
"Cauthio ...." Call Jun softly to the woman. He tried to peek at the woman's face, but the woman continued to dodge. Doni felt his body become a game place for the cats-kissing them both until he sighed softly.
"Cautiously, Honey. Why did you suddenly leave?" talk Jun to his wife.
"Just divorce me, Mom. I don't want to go back" said the woman still from behind Doni's back.
"For what? I have no reason to divorce you."
"Mas I promised!" Unintentionally, the woman showed her face in annoyance.
Jun gawked at the wife's face now, but he immediately recognized her from both of his soft-looking eyeballs. Yes, this woman is really the wife she had been looking for. Khati now has a face that looks ordinary. "Is this your face now, dear?"
"Already, don't seduce me," pinta Khati almost cried. "Just divorce, I. You promised."
"Promise?"
He took out a piece of paper that he had signed. "This. This is our promise."
Jun was surprised that his wife could find the paper. "But I never made that letter, dear."
"But you promised me ...." I was tired and almost crying.
"I'll say last, I want to talk about it. Why are you so insistent on getting a divorce from me, honey. What's your excuse?"
"Because I want to marry her" said Doni loudly.
