The siren screams continued to screech with the red signal lights continuing to light up from the ambulance that took Naura to the hospital. Screams that make other riders pull over and stare at the vehicle that must have a top priority on the road.

Inside the ambulance, Dimas clasped and kissed the hand of the woman he loved so much, asking Naura to get up. Tears continued to flow more and more rapidly saw half of his life lying weak unconscious on the cage.

"Darling, wakeup! Don't be like this! It's not funny" Dimas said, kissing Naura's hand between his sobs.

"I wish it was just a nightmare. Honey, slap me! So that I quickly woke up from this nightmare," he continued, while putting Naura's hand with the help of Dimas' own hand to his face. "It's not slapping, it's stroking" he murmured with a smile that would even make the person looking feel contemptuous. Dimas releases Naura's hand. His eyes closed and slapped themselves, very hard.

Slowly, Dimas opened his eyes after getting a hard slap from his own hands, hoping he had returned to the desired world. He stared at the moving room where he was, the wife still lying there in an ivory white shirt that had changed color.

"Why is it still like this? It's very painful. It's not a dream." Dimas roared, lamenting the pain that approached him. He again grabbed Naura's hand that was drooping beside the cage and continued to kiss her, hoping that she would wake up with every touch

the given Dimas is the same as Naura's habit when sleeping. However, Dimas' chest felt very tight, his wife was still like that. Siren screams and tears bear witness to Dimas's current destruction.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Naura was immediately taken to the ICU (Instensive Care Unit) and received action from the medics. Doctors and nurses are struggling to deal with Naura, who is in a critical condition.

Meanwhile, Dimas and Irma looked back and forth in front of the ICU room waiting for someone to come out from inside, giving news of the state of Naura.

Ranti, Ana, and Bambang have just arrived at the hospital. After getting word, they immediately rushed towards the hospital. Ranti looked at the child and her daughter-in-law who looked very chaotic.

"What happened to Ara?" asked Ranti who stood a few steps away from Dimas and Irma. His voice sounded trembling with tears that kept on accompanying him since getting the bad news.

Dimas and Irma turned towards the sound. Irma immediately rushed into Ranti's arms and cried a mouthful without being able to explain anything. So did Dimas, he sprinkled into Ana's arms, spilling the pain he felt. The two families were dissolved in tears that bore a river on their faces.

"Fuck, Mah! I'm afraid anything will happen to him. I can't live without him. Why should he? Why not just me?" dimas said so softly and heart-wrenching.

"Nothing will happen to your wife. He'll be fine." Ana takes Dimas to sit in the waiting area, trying to calm down, though his fear is also very great.

'He?' Ana gasped at the glance of the person in the cage.

"How's Naura doing?" asked Andre who was also behind the patient's cage, approaching his wife and family.

"Dre, did he shoot Naura?" Instead of answering Andre's question, Ana asked back.

Hearing Ana's words, Dimas immediately turned to Andre, then approached Andre. "You're here? Has the culprit been caught? Who shot Ara?" tanyanya shook Andre's shoulder.

"Yes, we caught him. He was also weak from attempting suicide. Now the doctor will handle it, hopefully he can survive and we can interrogate him" Andre said.

"Who is he?" Dimas got up and was about to catch up with the cage that had gone away.

"Patience, Dim." Andre prevented Dimas. He was confused to explain who was behind the Naura shooting because Dimas would have blamed himself if he knew the perpetrator. "Later you'll know who he is, but now you'd better be here. Other police have been keeping the man tight" Andre continued.

"But, I should know the person who has made my wife critical?" keukeuh Dimas and began to move about to overtake the cage that entered one room.

However, Dimas' steps came to a halt when he heard the ICU door open. The doctor who was long enough to dwell inside came out, undo the intention of Dimas who was about to follow the suspect shooting the wife. He approached the doctor impatiently asking about Naura's condition.

The doctor also said the condition of Naura, but not good news obtained Dimas and family. Naura must immediately get follow-up action, namely two operations at once. Taking out a bullet that pierced her spine and pulled out the baby, made the whole family even more shocked to hear it.

'It's all because of him, my son-in-law, it's like this. He has not satisfied that he has made my son's life suffer. Until I will never forgive you!' Ana's heart screamed at the doctor's words. Plus, he knew who had done all this. Ana condemns the woman who was also sprawled in another room, the woman whom the child once adored and is now the cause of Dimas's destruction.

After getting approval from the family, the medical was immediately moved quickly because the longer it was delayed, will affect the condition of critical patients.

Now the whole family is in front of the operating room, waiting for rescuers who are struggling to save Naura and also the child she contains.
