Trauma in silence
"Where are you from Tiff?"
the man again asked Tiffany because his wife had suddenly just disappeared and when she tried to look for his whereabouts beside her, she was, suddenly Tiffany came from behind him and turned the road making him not surprised.
Tiffany thought Dru was still asleep, somewhat surprised when her husband called her name so that he turned his head.
"i think you're still asleep in your sleep?"
the woman asked back, not answering the question from her husband, trying to throw away the shock and nervousness that hit her. he tried to fix his sleeping position where bro tried to go up and lean on the wall of their mattress.
"a little awake because of the dream that crashing, it's used to sometimes several times I will have trouble sleeping at night"
Dru replied, saying that sometimes he had trouble sleeping at night because the nightmares kept hitting him, but did not want to tell in detail for fear of being over-considered by his wife.
hearing what Dru said instantly made Tiffany sort her forehead.
"Nightmare?"
she asked while looking into the eyes of her husband, it could be seen there was anxiety behind the male eyeball where Dru looked so big with the circumstances as if the man had just dreamed of a bird where Stefany could see the sweat soaking the temple and also the forehead of the husband.
Tiffany immediately felt a little guilty when she found out that she was not aware of Dru as she was experiencing the level of difficulty and anxiety she was hiding in everyone about her.
Tiffany slowly touched her husband's left temple with her right hand, wiping away the sweat that was seen soaking in the area in a slow motion as she said.
"Did you often have nightmares after that incident, brother?"
given how clear the character was once he and how difficult it was to interact with others, he was worried that the man kept his burden for many years to this day.
hearing what his wife questioned made Dru momentarily for some time, his net met the Netra Tiffany and he let his wife stare at him for quite a long time.
he seemed hesitant to talk about himself, because he was not the type to talk to people around him even though he was in the most difficult circumstances. except when still wrestling with the black world, he only likes to give orders without telling anyone about his life.
"Emotionally or logically, everyone must have nightmares several times in their lives, even I've felt it but that doesn't mean the nightmare happens over and over again even when I'm traumatized by Sean's betrayal"
Tiffany spoke slowly, now that the fingers of the woman were slowly moving to the left cheek of the same husband, Tiffany stroked her gently in their position facing each other where they leaned on the back of the mattress.
"There are exceptions, however, if we experience recurring nightmares after one month of the trauma, the sign is that the nightmares are already unhealthy. Dreams that appear are usually only painful memories and can not help us accept the situation,"
add the woman again.
Dru looks silent, closing his eyeballs enjoying the gentle touch of his wife, he grasps slowly the palm of Tiffany's hand, enjoying the warmth he has never felt.
