That afternoon, Vaska and the rest of his house followed him out of the house.
“Judith why did you stop ?” Vaska paused for a moment and turned around to look at Judith who stopped and looked at her house as if and to leave her. “Is there something holding you there?” Vaska touched Judith's shoulder. “No... I only remember all our memories there.” replied Judith briefly because it was a pity to leave the house full of memory. “Sometimes if the condition is safe again we will come back here. Let's go again.” Vaska held Judith's hand and pulled her to walk, leaving immediately.
Vaska had gone so far away from the human world he was in right now. It passed through hundreds of kilometers, through vast forests and also vast oceans that were the final frontier of the region.
Three hours later they stopped at a place, still in the human world yet they were in another region.
“Peter try to check if this place is safe or not?” Vaska approached his servant and asked him to check their current location. “Check is this place livable or not ?” added Vaska.
“Good sir.” Peter immediately went from there and checked around. Because it is already night then he was a little difficult to check the location in a dark state covered by trees. “hap.” He jumped on a tree to see this place thoroughly.
Vampires have the same abilities as bats. They can see clearly at night without the need to use tools. They also have a keen sense of hearing and are able to hear infrasound to ultrasonic sounds.
“The atmosphere here is calm.” Peter sharpened his audience to check on the situation around him. Still not sure he jumped from one tree to another. There were several houses there in the middle of the hoard, simple houses lined with dim lights. “Human scent and they're all asleep.” Peter looked over the roof of the house and peered inside.
Peter went back to inspect the area.
“Master, I've checked the entire area here and this place is worth inhabiting. There are several houses standing in the middle there.” Peter reported what he saw while pointing to the house he had found.
“Thank you if so for a while we stayed here first with the emergency tent. Tomorrow morning then we build this place.” he replied satisfied with the performance of Peter.
Vaska took out some of the equipment he was carrying.
“Let me put up the tent.” Judith picked up the tent that Vaska had just taken out and then immediately unfurled it and set it up. “I'll help you.” Vaska took the peg and put it up.
Soon, one tent was finished. And they made another tent for Peter.
“It's done.” Vaska patted his hands together to clean up the remaining dirt stuck in his hands after he finished making a tent for Peter. “Peter come here, this is your tent for a while you can rest here.” points to the blue tent that he just finished installing. “Thanks mr.” Peter immediately went into the blue tent and rested there.
“Honey let's get into our tent.” Vaska invites Judith to enter the orange tent which is ten meters from Peter's tent.
Judith and Vaska rest in the tent. They both fell asleep a few moments later. From outside the tent there were a pair of white eyes that stared at the tent from behind the grass and trees.
