In the afternoon after lunchtime, it was seen that Kevin's mother was preparing. He changed clothes and changed Kevin's clothes.
“Mom... I don't want to go to the doctor. What if I'm home alone ?” Kevin was reluctant to get out of bed. Not that he did not want to go to the doctor's house to check, but because he felt weak and the luggage made him want to sleep all day.
“You should see a doctor, son. Let the doctor examine you what your disease is and can give you the right medicine.” the mother clean hard and refuse Kevin's request. “Now let's go.” added the woman approached Kevin then helped him stand up and get out of bed.
By force, Kevin followed his mother and walked slowly.
“Kevin you're sick?” another neighbor said as he walked past Kevin's house and saw the boy pale with a red, mottled face. “Ya, madam.” the answer is short.
The neighbor did not walk immediately and stopped a little while staring at Kevin.
“Kevin.. I noticed your pain is similar to the pain suffered by Albert some time ago. He also experienced the same symptoms as you but now the red spots on his body have dried up even though his body is still hot until now.” clearly the woman told of her neighbor's son who also experienced pain similar to Kevin.
“Yes, Carol I'm sorry to check Kevin out to the doctor.” said Grace asked permission because she did not want her son to get worse.
“So Albert also hurts like me ? It's worth it he's been invisible for one week.” Kevin just found out if his friend who is a school and different classes with him is sick first.
Kevin and his mother continue their journey to the Vaska practice.
“It looks right here the place is.” Grace stopped in front of a large house where in front of her was a sign bearing the name of a doctor, also visible from outside some people who were queuing in the waiting room.
Grace tells Kevin the symptoms and complaints about Judith. And the girl recorded it in the patient records.
“Please wait a minute, madam.” Judith passed the patient's data to Grace and asked her to sit in wait with another patient in the waiting room.
There were about 10 people sitting in the waiting room waiting for a queue call. One by one the patients went inside after Judith called out to him.
30 Minutes later, Kevin's turn was called.
“ Queue number 23, please go inside.” Judith called the queue number after a patient came out of the room. “Come, Kevin.” Grace stood up and walked with Kevin into the check room.
“Please lay.” Vaska asked Kevin to lie down as soon as he read the patient's complaint, which Judith wrote. “How does it feel now ?” Vaska asked the patient for another complaint.
“It feels like my body temperature remains hot even though I have taken a doctor's heat-relief medication. In addition I feel dizziness and weakness in addition to itching all over the body.” Kevin explains how he feels right now.
“Well I'll check it.” Vaska did a thorough checkup. He was surprised to see Kevin's fingertips. “This wound is like a bite that is almost similar to a vampire bite.” Vaska put Kevin's hand back.
“What injury on this finger of the hand ?” Vaska pointed at the wound on Kevin's finger. “Actually it's not a doctor's wound. I was playing a bird back then and suddenly the bird pecked my finger until it bled.”.
“Birds ?” Vaska was very surprised to hear the explanation from his patient.
