The Change of the Stepmother
Chapter 11
During the day after from the restaurant Zea brought Alex treatment abroad as he said lucky Alvi would help her to go there but after that he would work day and day night instead of her but it doesn't matter to her as long as it can bring Alex to treatment.
"Why" asked Zea holding Alex's cold hand.
"I was nervous this bun the first time I got on a plane" Alex said.
"Just take it easy to sleep if later until we will go straight to the hospital" explained Zea in a nod Alex closed her eyes but her hand held Zea tightly.
It took hours of her end they arrived in the country of J which is famous for her medical women there.
Zea brings Alex to the apartment where she used to live and will take all her money to move her to the original Zea account so that no one will be suspicious.
"We'll stay here as long as we're in this country" Zea told Alex.
"This is who's bun's apartment" Alex asked.
"Mother's friend because she's not here so you borrowed it for us" Zea replied with Alex.
"New short break to the hospital" Zea said.
"Yes bun" said Alex laying down his body on the couch.
One hour of their rest Zea takes Alex to the hospital where he used to be a doctor. He smiled faintly looking at the fellow who joined him there first but he did not greet them because there was no way he said who he was who they were would say his crazy so let him save himself who he is.
Alex entered the examination room with Zea while talking to the doctor who handled Alex. If Zea struggles to bring Alex to treatment, it is different from Bara who enjoys her vacation with her three sons because she rarely spends her time at home with her three sons.
"Papa see that Zea does not approach you any more" Bara asked his three sons.
"Hmm after getting out of the hospital he did not come near us anymore" Kenan replied.
"What you did was already over the limit what if he did not survive that time" Bara said.
"We have told him not to approach us he's the only one who doesn't hear so just feel the consequences" said Kenan.
Bara was silent to hear the words of his son.

The four of them stared at the vast ocean before them silently without speaking anymore.

A week has passed where Zea accompanied Alex for treatment and tomorrow is the last day Alex kemotrapi there after that he will only take medicine but with a record of having to routinely cake up and drink medicament.
"Wind the streets" Zea asked Alex.
"May bun" said Alex smiled thinly because for a week Zea just once invited him out except to the hospital.
"Let's wear warm clothes" said Zea in a nod to Alex who with passion to the room took a jacket.
After preparing the two of them out of the apartment to the tourist attractions that are there do not forget to capture it as well, a happy smile rises on his second lip enjoying their time.
"That means I'm going to school on Wednesday if it's Thursday Bun" asked Alex to eat ice cream in his hand.
"Why mommy wants to make me mother's son" Alex asked.

"Ck I'm serious bun"grim Alex.

"Ehh but mother does not have a biological child well" continued Zea chuckled to herself with her speech.
"Mother is not close to the three of them" Alex asked.
"As you can see" Zea replied to Alex.
"We've been coming home too long outside hasn't been good for you" Zea said.
"Yes bun" Alex replied.
The two of them walked to return to the apartment, suddenly there Zea arranged their goods into a suitcase so that tomorrow night they stayed home.
"Tomorrow after the hospital we buy souvenirs first" Zea said.
"For whom bun" asked Alex watching television in front of her.
"You are of course for Vino and the others all want to be the same mother-in-law's son-in-law no" replied Zea.
"He's not your future daughter-in-law" Alex made Zea chuckle.
"Indeed why she's beautiful" Zea said.
"Beautiful from where it is"grunts Alex.

Zea's laughter echoes seeing Alex as a child when it's like that.
"Rest now ok tomorrow morning we go to the hospital again" Zea told Alex.
"Yes bun" replied Alex immediately to his room for a break leaving Zea who was now sitting alone on the sofa.
"What promise do you have me to run Zea" muttered Zea remembering Zea's original promise to her mother-in-law.
If only the promise was not there I would have quickly gone from there looking for my own happiness but I felt entangled by the promise itself, Zea thought.
He could have gone from there because he was not the real Zea but he also had a conscience and knew the return. The next day Zea and Alex were preparing to head to the hospital for the last Alex.
"Don't be nervous and bear this pain is the last one" Zea said, holding Alex's hand, which turned cold.
"Of course" said Alex with a faint smile.
"Mother will be waiting here" Zea said, nodding to Alex, who is now inside the room himself.
Two hours waiting for the end of his finish Alex is moved to another room to rest there a few hours and Zea walks into the room with the doctor who handles Alex to find out how the results of the chemotherapy are last done by Alex.
