The Change of the Stepmother
Chapter 4

Arrive at Zea Hospital immediately to the operating room after leaving his belongings first. Zea goes inside and starts her with Alvi seriously.

"I think his illness has been long enough" Zea said.

"You're right" said Alvi watching Zea.

"Your turn" said Zea in a nod Alvi immediately did his.

"Had treated a patient like this before" Zea asked Alvi who looked nervous.

"Remember but just help" Alvi said in a nod to Zea.

Zea also guides Alvi and explains her in detail as well as the sisters who help hear Zea's explanation smoothly make them understand let alone see her directly. Zea herself has memorized because it is common to handle patients on the operating table even if the emergency Zea will do the operation on her own without the help of other doctors.

After finishing her second get out of there and change clothes.

"Thank you for the science" said Alvi.

"Ck relax" Zea said.

"You're new to shopping" asked Alvi in Zea's nod.

"I'm bothering you,"

"It doesn't matter what paisen is more important,"

"Alvi" shouted someone making their step stop.

"Magic grandmother comes you go first" Alvi said.

"Who is he" asked Zea astonished.

"Tomorrow I'll tell you" Alvi said.

"Then I go home first" Zea said immediately away from there her goal now is to go home and rest.

"Haiss I forgot my order earlier" Zea snorted into a cab to the house.

Arriving there he immediately walked towards the pavilion and went straight inside.

"Sleep well when it's cold" muttered Zea's body on the bed not forgetting to open the window of his room so that the wind goes inside.

In the evening Zea ordered food from outside after her food came she came out of the pavilion walking quickly towards the gate taking the food.

"Non Zea ordered food" asked Ani.

"Yes bi had no time to shop" Zea said with a faint smile.

"Good God, why not even order food from outside at home, many aunts cook too much"

"Hehe didn't papa bi Zea enter bi first"

"Auntie also came in like it was going to rain" Zea continued walking quickly towards the pavilion.

Bi Ani was speechless staring at Zea's back which was now entering into the pavilion. Zea herself enjoys her meals while watching her feel her life is the same as it used to be though with a different body also her schedule situation is different tomorrow night with Alvi in the hospital so she can relax.

"Auntie why long outside is who comes" asked Kenan curious.

"That's Miss Zea mesan food from the outside so the courier who came to take her" explained Ani's bik in their nod.

"Auntie don't get too close to the woman" Kenan said in response to a nod by bi Ani.

Now in the morning greet Zea taking a leisurely walk around the house, As she will walk in the courtyard the four of them out of the house will depart.

"Next night don't go anywhere Aunt Nindi will have dinner with us" Bara said.

"Yes pa" they said.

Zea did not look at them glancing at him nor did he just walk without stopping his footsteps to go around thinking they did not exist because now that's all he can do.

"Like it's enough I'll just take a shower" muttered Zea walking back to the pavilion cleaning her body after which she went out looking for breakfast for her.

As he walked across his eyes he stared at the pale-looking teenager quickly as he approached him.

"Hey want you to be okay" asked Zea to approach the boy.

The boy did not answer Zea before he pulled the boy's hand to sit down.

"Come to the hospital you're like you have a pretty serious illness" Zea said, examining the child.

"Auntie doctor" asked the boy in Zea's nod.

"Wait here aunty to the house used to pick up a bag"said Zea running back inside towards the pavilion she took her bag and cell phone after that she got out of there and went back to the front of the house.

"Come to the hospital" Zea asked but the boy shook his head.

"Why" asked Zea.

"Just let my aunt want to quickly leave this world" she said making Zea turn her head.

"Don't talk like that you're still young your future is still long Aunt sure you'll be cured" Zea said softly.

"Tante works in that house" asked the boy.

"Take it that way" Zea replied chuckling.

"You already know that disease" asked Zea with a serious face.

"I know" replied the boy.

"I'm suffering from stage two blood cancer" he continued.

"Do your parents know" asked Zea.

"They don't know because they don't want to know" she answered, leaving Zea speechless.

"Who's your name" asked Zea.

"Alex aunty" Axel answered in a nod to Zea.

"I call Zea aunty just" Zea said with a faint smile.

"May I call mama" asked Alex looking at Zea expectantly

Zea was silent for a moment before replying she looked into Alex's eyes which seemed to hold a lot of sadness there.

"Call Mommy I think it's cooler than mama" Zea chuckled at what she said herself.

"Thank you Mother" Alex said with a sincere smile to make Zea smile.

"Come to the hospital we have to check it back" Zea asked, pulling the teenager's hand to stand up.

"What class are you" asked Zea to hold Alex's hand to the taxi he had ordered and went inside.

"I'm first class with Kenan and Kevin Mommy" replied Alex.

"One school too" asked Zea.

"Yes but we're different local Bun"

"Your parents where Mother may know" asked Zea carefully.

Alex was silent for a moment before answering.

"If you don't want to be answered it doesn't matter" Zea said, embracing Alex's shoulder.

"They're divorced and now they're living happily with their new family without me" Alex replied with a wry smile that left Zea speechless.

"Now you don't have your own Mother so you have to be healthy" Zea said encouragingly.

"Mother works here" Alex asked after they arrived at the hospital.

"Hmm let's go in" Zea said, holding Alex's hand inside the hospital to check on Alex again.
