A Complicated Love

Night at the luxurious Moohan mansion. The handsome man spent time drinking alcohol and being alone after knowing exactly what Thalia was going through in her husband's family. The presence of the beautiful woman who was never expected by the mother-in-law and family, made Thalia immediately expelled just like that after the fatal accident that reportedly experienced Alexander. Moohan was truly feeling extremely guilty and she was saddened to have added to the wounds for the woman who had quietly continued to infiltrate into her heart.

"Zack, get me a drink" Moohan asked as she opened her eyes, unraveling the assistant's daydream.

Zack immediately went to get a glass of water to drink to Moohan. In one gulp, the clear water in the glass directly toilet without waste. It seemed, the handsome man was extremely thirsty after consuming that many high alcoholic beverages earlier.

"You're not home yet, Zack?" moohan asked, glancing at the assistant.

"I can't bear to leave you in this condition, Hen," replied Zack, concerned.

Moohan. "I'm fine, Zack. Go home, you also need rest," said Moohan, understanding.

"No, Hendrick! I even planned to stay here even though you kicked me out. I don't want to see my mom sad when I find out her favorite child is like this and I'm not with you" Zack said.

Moohan let out a long breath. The handsome man remembered the words of the mother who always advised Zack to accompany Moohan at the Mansion, but he instead evicted the assistant and told Zack to stay in the apartment alone because he did not want his pleasure to be disturbed. Zack, who always complied with him, certainly did not mind and was willing to live in Zack's private apartment.

"It's up to you, Zack," said Moohan, finally, giving up.

He knew that, in times of this condition, Zack would definitely insist on always being with him. This time, Moohan would let it go because she did need a friend. He's very messed up now and Moohan is convinced, Zack can definitely make him a little calmer.

"Hen, shouldn't we get the detectives to find Thalia?" advice Zack.

The handsome man's phone that was lying carelessly on the table, trembled. Moohan was unmoving and she had no desire to know who was contacting her. Moohan's current thoughts were only on Thalia, the young widow who had been able to tear her heart apart.

"Boss, Agatha called. Wouldn't you accept it?" asked Zack who picked up Moohan's phone that kept vibrating.

The TMC boss shook his head. "You'll take it, Zack, and tell him that I'm not being disturbed" Moohan's message, causing the assistant to frown.

It is not uncommon for Moohan to turn down Agatha's offer to date because the woman is one of the young man's special date companions. Moohan wears Agatha more often than any other date. Zack then receives a call from Agatha.

"It's me, Zack. Sorry, Tha, Boss is not being bothered. He's with me now" said Zack, who delivered the boss's message without giving the woman across the street a chance to speak.

"Zack, wait ...!" Moohan's personal assistant hung up the phone and paid no heed to Agatha's screams that seemed to be about to convey something.

Zack then keeps Moohan's phone back on the table, just like that. Just as the phone lay, the expensive phone shook again. Moohan frowned.

"Who else, anyway? Just interrupt!" moohan grumbled without wanting to take her phone.

Zack took the phone back. "From mama." Zack then handed the phone to the owner.

Moohan let out a long breath. "You'll take it, Zack, but please don't say anything. I don't want my mom to think about me" she asked.

Zack shook his head. "It's not good to refuse a call from mom, Hen. Just accept it and tell me what you are feeling. I'm sure you can give me a solution to your problem. At least if you don't have an opinion, you'll feel calmer because you've told the right person" Zack declined and advised.

With a heavy heart, Moohan finally received a call from her mother. "Hello, Ma," said Moohan.

"Hen, are you okay? Why does your voice sound so uninspired, son? Mama from the early hours of this day your thoughts continue, mama is afraid you're okay." The mother's voice across the street sounded very worried.

"Ma, I'm fine," Moohan replied forced to lie. The man did not want to make the mother worry more.

"Same story, Hen. You know, there must be something you're hiding. Are you in love, son?" guess the mother, then.

"Yes, Ma. Hendrick is in love" said Zack unexpectedly by Moohan.

What the assistant did, made the handsome man cluck in annoyance. Moohan can be sure, the mother will definitely fly to this city if she knows she is in love because that is what her mother had hoped for. Hurry up, Moohan chimed.

"Complicated love, Ma." Moohan then told her everything without anything being covered.
