The Charm of the Widow

The Charm of the Widow
It's All Mama's Wrong!

One by one the key people in the Thompson Group company left the meeting room. Including Lady Grace and Sarah who are fed up with seeing Moohan's affection for Thalia. However, not with Alexander who was looking for an opportunity to approach the little girl who was currently walking in a limp supervised by Maria.

"Aletha, dear," called Alexander as the little girl walked not far from where she was sitting. Thalia's ex-husband then approached Aletha who was recognized as his daughter.

"Altha. Come on, come with daddy!" Alexander intended to hold the chabi-cheeked girl, but the Princess cried instead.

Thalia who was busy chatting with her husband and one of the company officials who was still in the room, turned her head. He immediately moved and approached the Princess who was still crying in Maria's arms. Thalia reached out, taking over the princess from Zack's lover.

"Why are you crying, honey?" thalia asked as she wiped the princess' tears.

The Princess pointed towards Alexander who was standing misbehaved, not far from Thalia. The man rubbed his nape that did not itch when he understood that the little girl complained to the mommy. Thalia approached Alexander.

"sorry. I just want to carry Aletha," Alexander said.

"Princess, Uncle. Name's Princess. Try greeting her by that name, she will definitely not cry" Thalia explained with a smile.

There was no aura and hateful look from Thalia's beautiful face and netra on the ex-husband. Everything seems ordinary. Moohan who watched from where he sat, smiled at the dikulum to see the calmness of the wife.

"The princess? Why did you change her name, Thalia? And earlier, did you mention me? Uncle?" Alexander's forehead is wrinkled deep.

"Yes. Why Mr Alexander? Is something wrong? She's my daughter and Hendrick Moohan, so I'm free to give her a name, aren't I?" thalia asked with a triumphant smile.

"Daughter Hendrick Moohan? What other joke are you saying, Thalia? He's my son, right? And you taught him to call me uncle! You also want to change the name we have prepared!" The strong man seemed to be stirred with emotion.

Seeing the anger of the man in front and his voice rising, Thalia then gave the princess who had calmed down to Maria. Thalia didn't want her daughter to hear an unimportant debate. As much as possible he kept the princess from hearing the voice of the person who spoke with high intonation, let alone indistinct anger.

"Reminent Mr. Alexander Thompson. Have you forgotten what you said when we met in front of the hospital in the next town?" Thalia knitted her two eyebrows.

"I'm just a ja*lang, isn't that what you're saying? And he, you don't want to admit it." Thalia pointed to the princess who had now turned into Mary's arms.

Alexander swallowed the salivary with great difficulty. Now, regret enveloped his heart. But it's all too late. Thalia seems to be very happy with her husband who is more everything than she is.

"But Hendrick, he wanted to acknowledge and give his name behind my son's name. Princess Aurora Moohan." Thalia then turned to her husband and smiled sweetly at her husband who always looked at Thalia with love. Alexander's heart burned for it.

Alexander breathed a heavy sigh. "I know I'm guilty of you, Thalia. Forgive me and please give me a chance to make amends for all my mistakes" he asked, staring at Thalia expectantly.

"Aletha remains my son even though you changed her name and the man gave her last name behind my daughter's name. I hope, you don't mind if I approach my own daughter," Alexander pleaded without shame.

"Sorry, Mr. Alexander. I object to this moment!" Moohan who then approached after seeing the aura of seriousness in the conversation Thalia's wife and ex-husband, opened his voice.

"It's none of your business, Mr Hendrick?" Alexander stared cynically at Thalia's husband.

"Of course this is my business because Thalia is my wife and my daughter's Princess!" firmly Moohan, stared intently at the man in front who had the same posture as her.

"But I'm his real father! I'm more entitled to Aletha than you, Mr. Hendrick!" alexander said, raising his voice again.

Moohan laughed at Alexander's words just now. "Your biological father said?" Thalia's husband then looked at the man in front of her.

"If indeed you were the Princess' real father, you wouldn't let the woman containing your daughter live to suffer out there." Moohan said while tightly hugging the wife's waist and tail her eyes glanced at Thalia.

"I'm sorry, Honey, for I've added to your suffering" whispered Moohan, full of regret. The man then kissed the top of Thalia's head with great affection. He had absolutely no concern for Alexander who hardened his jaw at the stifling sight of the chest.

"Everything happened to Thalia outside my power because I was in a coma" Alexander responded in self-defense.

"And having come to your senses, what are you doing, Mr Alexander Thompson? Are you looking for a woman who is pregnant with your child?" Moohan's question makes Alexander more cornered because it is true, he did not try to find Thalia even he also just believe the sedition and slander of the mother and sister just wayang.

Alexander looked down lethargic. The man who had that sharp gaze then immediately rushed about to come out. He wanted to leave the room that suddenly felt cramped and made his chest feel tight if it was still in it.

"Don't worry, Mr. Alexander. If the time comes, I will definitely tell Princess the truth about who her real father is! I also promise, will not instill hatred in Princess against you!" moohan exclaimed wisely, before Alexander left the meeting room that became the historic meeting place between the four of them.

Hearing the husband's words, Thalia smiled proudly. He then rested his head with spoiled on the solid shoulder of the husband. "Thank you, Daddy. You are the best husband and father. I am very happy to be your wife" said Thalia who can be heard by Alexander who stopped the step once he heard Moohan convey his good intentions.

Inwardly, Thalia's ex-husband recognizes Moohan's kindness. "Thank you" Alexander said, trying to smile even though his heart was broken, he harbored jealousy because of Moohan's affection for the woman he once loved.

Alexander immediately continued his steps, leaving the meeting room he would never forget. 'I was wrong. I should not have believed so easily in my mother's sedition and slander against Thalia. I should have believed John's words back then and looked for Thalia. It's all mama's fault! Mama who from the beginning disagreed and always wanted to separate us,"

his monologue was silent as he walked out of the Thompson Group office building.

Alexander did not realize that there was a pair of eyes that kept watching his movements since coming out of the meeting room.
