Zyden POV

Now I'm at Kenneth's house, rather the room Kenneth provided. I was contemplating something on this rather rough bed.

"I've become an adventurer, my skill is probably the same as the S rank in the city. But, there was less when I fought Kenneth." I sat in bed and looked up.

"I don't have the strength of a capable body and I don't have the skill that can knock out my opponent quickly." I looked at the ceiling.

"I'll try a few things tomorrow morning. It could speed me up to kill someone." I remember some movies and anime.

Although I have an advantage over my top 3 skills, but I still lack in some ways. One of them defeated my enemy quickly.

'Why is this creepy loli talking casually to me?. I don't think he'll care about me?.' I thought.

"Then why are you still there, boy?." Now a male hoarse voice sounded. "Come here!" Continue speaking.

I glanced to the left, a burly man with the face of the roar sitting at the table eating, Kenneth. I looked at it for a while, then I stepped forward towards the same dining table.

"Morning, uncle." Smooth say.

"Oohs... You called me uncle! That's better than old man. Isn't that right, kid?. Haha..." Kenneth laughed out loud.

I smiled grimacingly in response to Kenneth.

'what the fuck, well.putting aside about the old man, he is indeed a bit crazy. Even if I kicked her ass many times, she would probably continue to act like this. But.' I thought I glanced at Angela. 'why is that loli so good to me, isn't she hysterical as I battered her husband?.' I continued thinking.

"What are you thinking, boy?" Kenneth woke up my daydream.

"I want to take a shower first. Where's the bathroom?." I asked Kenneth.

"You just go to the front hall, there's a door on the right. That's the bathroom." Kenneth pointed to a passageway.

"alright. Thank you uncle Kenneth." I cried to go to the hallway.

I went straight in and the bathroom was almost like the one in the village. After the shower I wore a black blue dress with black pants.

Then I went straight to the dining room. There were three people sitting there, two women one man and a lot of food on the table that had not been touched.

'they seem to be waiting for me. Very nice.' I thought I was sitting in an empty chair.

"Of course you can, boy! Isn't this one of our deals?." Answer Kenneth. "So as long as you're here you have to follow all the activities in this house. Understood it?". Further.

"... Okay, thanks.!" Saying slowly.

"Then let's eat!." Angela was followed by a nod of the three of us.

"As usual your food is always good Angela!" Kenneth patted his stomach.

Angela just smiled while Elsa, she was still silent from the beginning to the end of the meal.

"So, kid. What are your plans for today?" Kenneth saw me.

"...Today I want to go somewhere." Saying slowly.

"Hm.. What place?" Ask Kenneth again.

"Secret" I answered flatly.

'i can't possibly say that I'm going forest or looking for a dungeon for me to practice.' I thought.

"Then... How about you take Elsa. She's off today, isn't she Elsa?" Kenneth asked for an answer.

"Eh" Elsa awakens from her daydream. "I.."

"No, I can't take anyone. So then... Sorry!" My words cut Elsa's answer.

"That's it.." Kenneth weakly.

The two of them looked down while Angela, she cleaned the dining table earlier.

"Thank you for the food, it's delicious." I said standing up from the chair. "I'm leaving now. So see you." I went out of the house behind the inn.

I have reached the city gate. Because the inn with the city gate is not too far away, so I can get here quickly.

The guard to get out of the city is guarded by 1 person only. The exit for pedestrians when exiting is on the left side of the gate, while to enter is on the right.

To get out there is no need to show the id card just pay to get out. But, when entering is required to show the id card even though the residents of the city itself.

I paid only 2 silver, because I used the adventurer id instead of an ordinary person. After exiting the gate, I went straight into the forest and immediately darted in search of monsters.

As usual to search for monsters, I used my skills. Instantly my eyes gave off a red color, even if only a dot was clearly visible.

Looking and searching, I stopped at one of the branches of a large tree and found a swarm of fire wolf that was eating the body of an ogre.

Fire wolf has wolf-like characteristics but is covered by fire around its body, especially its neck and tail. Fire wolf is like a wolf on earth or a goblin who is always with his herd.

There were seven fire wolves there, six were eating and one big one was sitting well. I'm after the big ones first, because here I'm trying a few things so I'm not going to finish them off easily, maybe.

First is the element experiment. I've tried the fire and water element. So I'll try the lightning and the wind, for the land I don't need. My skill was already quite strong and sturdy over the ground so it wasn't necessary.

I tried to create lightning in my right hand and wind in my left. The lightning was the same as the usual lightning, it was stinging and irregular. For the wind, it is also soothing and easily vanishes.

These two elements were black, the same as fire and water back then. I will try the lightning first, I focus on making the lightning that covers my entire body, and a sword in my right hand.

When the lightning had spread, I jumped straight into the fire wolf sitting down.
