15 Minutes after the explosion in the city.

The explosion made the city more crowded than usual.

The knights and adventurers stood guard in a barren place where there were no buildings like the surroundings. And in the middle of that place, a group of people were gathering.

From the group there were three adults who were discussing, while on the other hand a group of young people and a spirit who made the citizens, knights and adventurers around excited.

Beside the spirit, there were two women with black hair who were holding green haired women. They are Nika and Sofia and her party. They survived because of the protective magic cast by Kene.

"...Sophia? Are you still not awake?" Nika said in a soft voice to Sofia who was still fainting.

"Calm down Nika! Didn't Sofia just get treated by the healer." Laura was standing nearby.

"I'm just worried, he hasn't woken up yet even if he just fainted. Shouldn't he be awake by now?" Said Nika stroking Sofia's hair.

No one answered Nika's question, all of them were silent even to her friends. While everyone was still silent, two adults walked towards them.

A 40-year-old with a scarred face, and a 20-year-old with the same hair. They were Kenneth and Kene who had just discussed with the city leader.

"Has Sofia not woken up yet?" Kenneth asked to see Sofia who was still unconscious.

"He's still not awake, I'm worried about his circumstances." Nika replied sadly.

"What did the healer say just now when she healed Sofia?" Kene asked.

"Say he just passed out normally and there was nothing serious about it." Sofia lirih.

"Then he will wake up soon. So don't worry too much." Kene calmed down and saw the Spirit named Ritta. "Are you sure the boy disappeared when you were in a power fight?." Further asked.

"Yes.., but I don't know if he disappeared and left or just vanished." Ritta said doubtfully.

"Just wither away? Did he die from losing to your power?" Kene thought about it.

"What!" Shouted Sofia waking up from Nika's lap which made everyone look at her. "A..Did he die?" Continue with sadness.

"...Thank God Sofia, you finally realized it too." Nika said relieved.

Sofia immediately looked towards Nika and held onto her shoulder. "Nickas... The nika? A... Is he really dead?" This made Nika wonder.

"ee... Who do you mean Sofia?" Said Nika.

"She...? Where's 'she' Nika! That guy? The person I want is always near. The person I want is always in his arms." Sofia shook Nika's body.

"His spirit told me that he needed someone who was always there for him..." Sofia looked down sad.

"When the black fog appeared, his spirits also told me that he was in great pain and torment. Where is Nika? Please tell me he's alive! Hix... Where's she?" Sofia continued to cry.

Everyone was speechless, they were shocked and confused by what Sofia said.

"Ta. but... Her spirit?" Sofia said nervously.

Sofia looked down sad but did not cry, while for the people who heard them talking put on a face of wonder and confusion.

"The fog changed all the spirits around it, from what was once a beautiful bright light color to blood red. I've never seen anything like this, and then the mist forms the human body. That's when I was sure, the change was because he was already a demon." Ritta cried out her eyebrows.

"You keep telling me the devil's alive but you don't know where he is?" Ask Kene.

"Yes. Take it easy, he's not in town. Although this was only a guess, it was likely that he was teleported by someone from afar. So he won't be here for a while, but if he's here again I'll kill him." Said Ritta confidently.

"And Sofia, right? You don't have to worry about her anymore, you didn't have anything to do with her from the beginning. So forget him! It's for your own good." Ritta.

"Good..." Sofia answered in a lethargic manner.

"Then I'm leaving, I want to report this to my Queen! If there's anything, call me right away." Ritta said to Nika.

"Alright, Ritta thank you." Nika's words were answered with a nod.

Ritta returns to the continent of Xyrus, where the spirits live and to the city of Larkxa. The city is back to normal as before.

In a different place with almost the same time frame.

"Welcome back. My professional hunter, Zyden!"

Someone was welcoming his guests.
